The service seemed to go quickly and I was charged $94.71 for what should ve been an oil change only. The young lady said they topped off all my fluids. After I left Jiffy Lube I had a feeling that things weren t right under the hood so I decided to check and the engine filter didn t need to be replaced but when they checked it they didn t clasp it back like they should have, see attached photos. Also the windshield wiper fluid wasn t topped off. I am highly disappointed with the service considering the amount of money I paid.

My car is old now and I was looking to purchase a new vehicle. In the meantime I need to keep up with my car. I have been looking for weeks for a shop to give me a reasonable diagnostic and cost for my vehicle s Maintenance repairs. I called and spoke with the store manager Aaron and he was very pleasant and gave a rough estimate for possible repairs but did inform me he had to see the vehicle. Shops are now charging thousands of dollars for minor work and sometimes it s just unnecessary the price inflation is just for the dealership to turn a huge profit.Upon inspecting my car he also informed me the additional work I needed and AGAIN was very honest and upfront. I have not felt this welcomed and comfortable at a shop in years!He even gave me referrals for other shops for services that jiffy lube cannot do. That was just awesome.I have been going to Pep boys for years and I don t think I will be going back!They are extremely honest and trustworthy please get your service done here. Prices are affordable and Aaron will inform you of what to get done first if you are on a budget.I can t thank my repair Tech Gibson enough. Man my car rides like factory new after 6 years.He was swift and professional and did not pressure me into anything he updated me about my car as he inspected it.I will definitely be returning for my car maintenance and hope they have emissions up and running soon.Aaron and Gibson are awesome and deserve raises.I can t thank them enough.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Best car experience I have ever had. The manager is amazing and always bends over backwards to help people. Definitely where I will take my vehicle for any repairs from now on.

My receipt said they'd filled the washer fluid tank.. but it was bone dry. Another $6 at AutoZone fixed that... but I'll find another Jiffy Lube next time. Worried about what else they "checked"...

Linda was absolutely amazing! Not only did she make me feel comfortable but as I was sitting in the lobby she came in and asked me if I wanted a water. Gibson didn t seem like he was very attentive but with Linda there she had the whole crew moving not sure if she is the manager but she needs to be and needs a raise. Service was amazing the service was fast and the team really went out of their for me. They made me aware that there is a free top off policy while i was on vacation and told me that I could go to any jiffy lube on my travels and get a top off free of charge , you can barely get that at the dealership really happy the company is international for my trip to Canade.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes

They didn't close my air box after checking the engine air filter. I noticed as soon as I got home. Luckily the screws didn't get lost. Next time (if there is one) I'll tell them to not inspect the air filter.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Jiffy without any hesitation from the first phone call they had taken me in with the ability to handle my car troubles. Ms Linda was great in expressing pricing of repair for my tire on information given . The main team memeber Gibson made sure my tire was fully evaluated and repaired before placing me back on the street. The whole staff this morning. Early early morning, had taken their time in reassuring my lotus , my veichle was taken care of . I really appreciate them and their time for working with me and having a space for me to relax and read while I wait in peace. So I thank them so much. The man who greeted us was friendly enough. The rest of the crew was loafing around moving VERY slowly, no urgency...I haven't been to a quick lube in a decade that made me get out of the car while the oil was changed. I had to unload my entire family including my baby who was sleeping in the car. We were supposed to get a cabin filter price before agreeing to it. Instead it was just billed $49.99 for a $20 air filter. There was another $9.99 charge I wasn't informed of as well (can't even recall what it was for). The woman who rang us up made no eye contact and basically just grunted at me during the check out process. Disappointed and won't be back.

Came here for an oil change in September 2021. Went to another location for next oil change yesterday and they showed me that Jiffy Lube Alpharetta Hwy had reattached my skid plate with ZIP TIES instead of the original 6 screws!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Great customer service friendly and clean establishment. I appreciate them identifying an issue that was causing a leak that I was unaware of from the Jiffy Lube in Kennesaw,GA. I went to Express oil change first and they tried to scam me. They told me that they couldn t get the bolt off of my oil pan and that I had to pay $345 for them to replace it.So I left and went up the street to jiffy lube.. they got me together quick and. The guy easily got the bolt of of my oil pan. The guys were respectful friendly and professional. I ll definitely be back for more service!!!Thank you for your help today!ZakiyyahService: Oil change

They seem like a nice family-run operation and I really want to support them, but I just can t. First, they were as expensive as the dealership. Also, they overfilled my oil, which can potentially cause major problems. The biggest problem is that the oil was leaking because they didn t replace the copper drain plug gasket. These gaskets are intended to compress (or crush) to create a reliable seal when the plug is tightened to the appropriate torque. They argued that they never replace the drain plug gaskets, which surprised me since I ve always known that to be fundamental to oil changes. How can a company not know one of the most elemental steps of their business?On the bright side, they re-did my oil change with a new plug and gasket.Service: Oil change

Very professional and efficient experiences. I didn t come with an appointment, but the crew started to work on my car right away. Fast, courteous and reliable service. I enjoy being able to sit in the car while they work. I asked for this at another Jiffy Lube during the pandemic and well before shots were available, they said no. I waited and had the work performed at this location. I was out that day near another Jiffy Lube location and had to wait while my grandson was attending a class for 90 minutes and thought I'd get an oil change. That Jiffy Lube wouldn't let me stay in the car so I read a book while I waited for my grandson then had the oil change done at this location.

Great service, Felicia was very professional and Johnny had my oil changed in 10 minutes. All I had to do was sit in the car comfortably and pay. Great experience and I would definitely bring my family vehicles back here for my all of my oil services.

Quick Service. They took me in last minute and helped with my scheduled maintenance. I got my front brake pads replaced too quickly and cost effectively. The service personnel were really nice and did not try to upswell on anything. Better yet, I asked if I had to replace some of the other parts and they were like don t worry about it, it has a lot of life in it. Thank you!

Polite team did a quick oil change, topped the fluids, reset my maintenance needed light, etc. Given Covid, I was able to stay in my car while they did their work (or you can go to their waiting room). For quick, immediate, reasonable priced service from friendly folks, this is my go-to place. Thanks!

As a frequent Jiffy Lube customer, I was a little concerned by the "rough look" of this shop, but I was extremely surprised by the thorough and thoughtful quality of service. I learned that the shop has recently come under new management by a fantastic manager named David. David spotted that I had an oil leak and low clutch fluid reservoir. His shop isn't equipped for the oil leak but he fixed the clutch fluid for free -- that's not part of the normal service, he didn't have to do that, and it might have saved my car! Not only did he and his team provide excellent service, he gave me a discount using a coupon I didn't even know about, saving me a lot of money compared to other Jiffy Lubes.This shop may not have been great in the past but with the wonderful new management it's a must-stop if you need your car serviced.
