Our experience with Jackson Acura and Reggie Hammond was first class. I personally hate the drama experience of buying a new car. We had none of that. Super professional and so helpful. I m so happy I chose an MDX over the Mercedes GLE.

Love this Acura Service Center! Always make it so easy to get in and out and track my vehicle. Yvonne is really nice and helpful through the whole process. They don't try to find additional things that are wrong with your car like other places but let you know what's urgent and what should be monitored. Clean waiting area with multiple private rooms, snacks, drinks and coffee. It's also walkable to several restaurants and coffee shops.

Dealership was a pleasure to work with during the buying process. No issues which is rare with car dealers!The Type S version of the MDX drives and handles like a small sports car but with a smooth luxury ride. We are 18 months in and very happy would buy it again!

Did an oil change and tire rotation special. Service was quick. The car wash even though free could have have been better. They did the multi point inspection & mentioned it will send via email. But never got it !!!

I have had my Acura before this location opened up, but I would take it there for service. Also, when I looked into purchasing I dealt with Reggie Hammond. His attention to detail is excellent, there was no pressure like I have received from other places. It was the easiest interaction. I have referred several of female friends who Hated going to car dealerships due to previous experiences.All of them described how they were pleasantly impressed of how they were treated and did not feel like they were taken advantage of. Not did they feel like they were in there allllll day. They all expressed how Mr. Hammond valued them.So if you re looking for your next Acura, go see Reggie Hammond at Jackson Acura.

Brought in the car to get battery issue checked. Not only, Yuvonne made sure they checked the battery thoroughly, but shared that it was under warranty and hence we didn t have to pay anything extra.Jackson Acura and Yuvonne particularly, has been a great advisor for us for the past few years and does a thorough job and provides to the point recommendations.She also went above and beyond with the shuttle service ride to drop me off and pick up.

After over 10 years of loyalty with this dealership including my initial purchase of my (at the time) brand new 2013 RDX, I may have to part ways. I m very disappointed with how my last visit was handled. I drive almost 45 minutes out of the way (even passing another Acura dealership) to get my car serviced here. My most recent visit almost put me in a very DANGEROUS situation on the road with my car. I, as a consumer, did my due diligence and even gave the service representative a chance to correct any errors or issues, but they didn t. Instead I was turned away with a faulty part. The error was caught by another dealership and I was largely inconvenienced with my time and money. I wish this situation was handled better especially since I am a loyal customer.

Employees were very friendly and helpful. Thoroughly inspected my car and provided a documented list of the state of each issue - what needed to be done today and what I could come back another time to fix. Overall a great experience and will be back again!

There's some good service agents and then there are bad ones. My first interaction with Jackson Automotive I experienced a bad one, and the service manager wouldn't return my voicemail.Returned to the shop, got work done and requested I get anyone but my first service person. Had a completely different and positive experience.

I purchased a mdx from this dealership today.I live two hours away and made an appointment over the phone yesterday and the salesman (Rob) came in today on his off day to help.This was the best experience ever,it was rainy and he had the car pulled inside for me to view it.We test drove it and I loved it.He was very thorough with the carfax and remaining warranty. The negotiations on price went well and no one pushed extra warranties or add ons.Rob said excuse me for awhile I'm going to fill the tank up and wash the vehicle. WOW I was blown away.I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

Setting up the appointment was easy, they greeted me and took my vehicle on time. The work was done quickly while I waited in their very nice lounge. All charges were explained to me and checkout was a breeze. They even washed my vehicle! Great customer service!

Not the experience I expected.Started out by visiting the website, saw a car I liked and then submitted an email asking a few questions. I received a canned response and none of my questions were answered. Okay, well I'm off work today so I'll drive over to check in person...Pull up to see the car I'm interested in (and is listed for sale on the website). Nobody comes outside. I wait for a bit and then look over the car. It has a window sticker, as one would if it were available for purchase. But on the dash is a small sign that says "this car is not available for purchase. See Sales person for availability date."So I walk inside. There is a middle aged guy sitting down in the sales office looking at his phone. Earbud in one ear. I walk past then ask "are you on a call?" He says no, but doesn't get up. Posture says he doesn't care I'm even there."What's up?" He asks."Well, this is the Sales Office, right?" I replied."Yes".Still doesn't get up. Seems annoyed."There is a blue Acura out there that says is not available to purchase."He says "yeah that group of cars is all waiting for recalls to be addressed.""So I can't test drive it?""No".Per the small sign in the window, I ask "what's the ETA for the recall to be addressed?""Well we hoped it would be in a week or two but we really have no idea.""Did you know it's listed on your site as available?""Eh those guys really shouldn't be putting cars out there like that. Sorry."Never. Got. Out. Of. The. Chair.And I walked out, never to be seen in this store again. I had cash in hand. Your loss.Here is what I expect when I'm walking into a dealership, whether it's Sam's used car mart or Acura or Ferrari: Respect. Get out of your chair and do your best impersonation of someone that gives a damn.I wasn't asked if there was anything else that I'd be interested in.I wasn't asked if I heard about their financing specials.I wasn't asked if I wanted a coffee or a water.I wasn't asked anything. I guess this is the new Standard Operating Procedure for dealerships I should expect. I'll visit a few more today just to verify that.Note: I only gave 2 stars because the dealership was clean.Website experience and follow up was a let down. Personal experience was a let down. Car was a let down.

Sergei, our salesman was so helpful. I had called and inquired about a new MDX and he said he would work something up and call me back. He called back with a great price, walked me through the application process and finance and delivered my car to my home all within a few hours.He was wearing gloves and a mask and showed me all the particulars about my new car. He has followed up with me a couple of times to see if I have questions about my new car.This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had, and I have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime. I give them 5 stars for honesty, integrity, ease of purchasing, and follow-through. I will buy all my new automobiles from Jackson Acura.

Reggie Hammond was fantastic to work with in purchasing my new car!! He was professional, ethical, and very helpful in teaching me all about the new technology. The finance department was also very friendly and helpful without being too pushy. All in all, Jackson Acura is a wonderful dealership!

Horrible customer service. Went in to get the LED bulb in my Enter button fixed along with my backup cam. I was advised by the only female in the Service department (her words not mine) that she could fix both issues. Per her I needed a Navigation update for my backup cam issue (what does my Navigation have to do with my backup cam), and a LED bulb for my flickering Enter button. I had them fix the backup cam issue with her recommended Nav update first since the LED was considered a special ordered. Two weeks passed no call from the dealership, so I reach out to my tech. She was absolutely the rudest individual I have ever dealt with. She never ordered the part and pretty much accused me of lying and was rather aggressive. She couldn t fathom that she may have just forgotten to order it. Due to her lake of professionalism I requested to speak to her supervisor in the hopes that they would be able to resolve the matter. To date I have not received a call and the VM was left prior to Christmas. I guess the lack of professionalism runs down hill. I would not recommend this dealership. They didn t fix any of my original issues. If they can t fix a bulb or a backup cam there s no way I would trust them with something more serious. Thanks for nothing I ll just go to the Acura Dealership in Duluth at least they know how to treat their clients.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I leased a 2019 TLX from Reggie in 2018 and had 10,000 miles per year. Several months prior to my lease ending, Reggie put me in a 2021 TLX and had all the paperwork drawn up so when I went in it would basically be a sign and drive. I had 6,000 miles they were going to roll into my new lease. Well, have turned in my lease and now billed almost $1k. When i called into the finance group, was told I only had 7,200 miles/year on the new lease. Here I am thinking I had 36,000 miles for the 3 years, but NO. My contract was decreased in annual miles. Absolutely my fault for not looking closely at the contract, however did not think Acura would do something that incredibly shady. Pissed and would never recommend someone to do business with them.

Chege was my sales person and made my out of state purchase go as smoothly as possible, even though I got there late in the day. He even picked me up from the car rental location down the street. Car was better than advertised. Joey Andrew had all the paperwork ready to go and had me in and out in a flash. Drove all the way from the Tampa area and was well worth it.
