My wife and I have both had service done here and in both cases it was simply outstanding. Both of our cars have transitioned from new car service at the dealership to finding a local shop we can trust. I can honestly say that the level of service and the genuine care shown at this establishment is unprecedented compared to the dealership experience.My wife had the oil changed on her car. They dropped her off, picked her up when the car was ready and it was done in the time promised. They inspected and recommended some additional items that were due per the mileage but didn t push them hard.My car needed new brakes and it s a unique vehicle. I dropped it off and got a ride home - Jordan is super nice. I got a call around noon letting me know the pricing because it was higher than normal. It was consistent with previous brake work so I wasn t shocked but I appreciated the call. I was told it would be done by the end of the day and it was ready at 3:00.Honest-1 is a local business that does excellent work and supports the community. We all need to support businesses like this!!

I inherited my grandfathers 92 Dodge D150. I took it to Honest-1 and they got it running fantastic. I no longer get nervous about taking her on the road. These guys are great!!

Awesome experience here!!! Both my boyfriend and I had service done on our cars and had nothing but positive things to say about them. Everyone we talked to (Chuck and Conrad in particular) at this place was so helpful! They not only informed us of what needed done but also why it needed done. I felt comfortable asking questions as I got clear answers! We just moved to this area and this will definitely be our new go to auto shop.

Great Experience! This was my first visit to Honest auto care. I brought my old dog truck (2006 Ridgeline) in to have all fluids changed. Talked to Jordan who gave me an estimate that I checked vs Honda Dealer. Honest auto care beat it hands down. while they had the truck they did a complete inspection due to the age. It pointed out work that would need to be done with estimates and whether or not there were any urgent repairs needed. It is a great planning tool for me. Everyone that I met were courteous and helpful. I am happy to recommend Dennis and his crew at Honest Auto Care.

This shop was recommended to me by another trusted repair facility, which by itself is a great credential. I drive a Chevy Tahoe. Honest - 1 saw me quickly, listened to my issues carefully, and recommended a solid course of action. They performed a thorough evaluation of the car and got back to me the same day confirming the original diagnosis, and highlighting the overall mechanical health, where it's good and where it might need future attention. They were able to complete my repair earlier the next day than I expected and below their original estimate. Also gave me a ride home and back while they had my car. Couldn't be happier with the quality, timeliness and overall experience. Highly recommend.

Ive had such a great experience with these guys. I don t normally write reviews but this place deserves one. I m somewhat new to this area and needed my Jeep fixed fast. They really worked with me and kept me updated with their site that gives a detailed explanation with pictures of the issue and they would call anytime they knew updates. I m a bit antsy when I don t have a car but the updates helped knowing I was informed the entire time. Thank you guys for a trusted place I can rely on.

I had a great experience with Honest 1. This was my first time to this shop, but everything was so clear and there were no extra or unexpected fees that were brought up.Jordan helped me the whole day, I brought my car I recently purchased, and he did a report of the condition of my car. I also reported a rattling noise which the team here spent hours trying to identify but had no luck. The amount of checks they went through was greatly appreciated and they did not charge anything extra for looking for it for so long.They also have a detailed report with pictures that actually shows you the work you need and why this is important, rather than a sketchy process of just telling you things you need. THIS is the type of stuff that shows they value the customer.I have never had great experiences with auto repair shops so finding Honest 1 was a great relief and I will continue to come back.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

My wife & I had a great experience with this shop.Dropped off our Jeep Wrangler to repair a seal leak on the rear axle + repair a tire pressure sensor. Pricing was reasonable/fair.After picking up the vehicle, the light came back on. After being it back, they quickly diagnosed the problem & fixed it - at no additional charge.Then, the owner, Dennis, & Conrad personally drove the vehicle back to our house to drop it off!Thank you for 5-Star service!

Honest-1, is a customer caring, upfront and efficient repair service. That's what I experienced when I took my vehicle for repairs. In addition they became my advocate when my warranty company showed reluctance to support their highest standard of repair. I'm recommending this repair shop without reservations.

Great service, wonderful to work with, and a super convenient shuttle! I took my vehicle here for an overall service as I approached 100k miles, and they were very clear and concise with the inspection results - which items needed to be repaired, which could wait, and even talked me out of replacing my old wipers since that wasn't really necessary if I'd had no issues with them.I had another minor issue pop up after the service was over, and they quickly got me scheduled to come in for a fix. They were accommodating to my busy schedule and never pressured me at any point in the process. That's the kind of honesty and solid service I searched years to find.As single female, I used to have to bring male friends/family with me to less honest service shops after a few repeat issues (obvious upsells that I didn't know to argue). I was always afraid to go on my own, despite knowing how to do basic car repairs myself. These guys at Honest-1 speak to me respectfully, want me to actually know what is going on w/ my car, explain what/why things are needed, and I trust the quality because they're not giving me the runaround.I've found my go-to auto service spot, for sure!

This auto shop is the best! I have used them twice with my volkswagen beetle and they are great at explaining everything in detail and calling/ giving prices before doing anything to your car. They are very responsive and always so nice! Definitely recommending to everyone!

I had a really good experience. Usually when I go to auto repair places there s always a condescending energy and I feel judged about not knowing much about cars. I took my car in today for a weird sound coming from my under my hood and they knew exactly what to help me with. I worked with Jordan. He was awesome at communicating and explaining everything. They also have a shuttle driven by Alan. Alan was a complete pleasure. He took me home and picked me up when my car was finished. He had an awesome energy and great conversation. Overall, I enjoyed my experience completely. From the time I walked in to the time I picked my car up! Excellent customer service!

I recently got a new car and was recommended to come here and talk with Chuck. I think I can speak for most people that it is dreadful going to an auto shop because nothing feels transparent and there is no foundation of trust between the staff and the customer.This location is FAR from that stigma, Chuck made the entire experience of getting my car inspected and repairs done so easy. Chuck and Pat explained the whats and whys for each repair and inspection of the car, and never pushed for services that weren't needed.My family and I will only ever go here from now on!

The team at Honest-1 was terrific. I needed a wheel alignment. They were ready for me at the scheduled time and did the work quickly. Reasonably priced ! Will definitely be back. Very personalized service.

My father was a Ford dealer so all my life buying a car was not a problem My car was totaled and finally finding what we thought was a good used vehicle our own mechanic of 15 years couldn t get us in that day. The dealership had two other buyers on waiting lists and we needed to make a decision. We found Conrad and they took the car right away. Spent 3 hours inspecting, gave us a clear easy to understand report showing 2 minor issues. We bought the car, feeling comfortable all is well This is our mechanic from now on. Thank you!

I'm very pleased that I found Honest 1 to repair my RAM 1500 Laramie 4x4. Originally had taken my truck to Christian Brothers and was getting totally ripped off. Chuck and the guys at Honest 1 were extremely transparent and friendly. They saved me a lot of time and we're very kind enough to pick me up from my car rental drop off and took me back to the shop so I can get back to work in my truck. Highly recommended they also saved me lots of money.

Amazing service. They were able to service my car in a very short wait time. Chuck offered great customer service and was able to push my claim through with my insurance company. The claim process usually takes some time with insurance holding things up. However, this wasn t the case for me at Honest-1 Auto Care. I will return if I need any other service for my car.

The fellas here at the Roswell location are nothing short of amazing, everyone was courteous, polite, and friendly. Did I mention how quick the turn around was? I was expecting a week, they called me within two days. My truck is riding like new. Thank you Honest 1 Roswell.

Dennis, and the team of mechanics are great. Their communication every step of the way allows you to make informed decisions in the care of your vehicles. Now that my boys are driving, I would not trust their vehicles to any other garage. Highly recommend if you want superb service at a fair price.

I tried to be a customer today. I called, was put on hold, then after several minutes, they hung up. I called back. This time Chuck answered immediately. I asked for a quote. He asked me a question about my car that I didn't know the answer to, so I said I would call him back, and I did. I gave him the information. He acknowledged receiving the information, said he'd call back, then quickly hung up. 4 1/2 hours later, no call back, so I called them back, and was put on hold again. I waited several minutes, no one came back on the phone, so I gave up. Perhaps my expectations were too high because they have good reviews on yelp from others. But if I have this much trouble trying to get a simple quote, I don't think I want to bring my vehicle to Honest-1 Auto Care of Roswell.

How do I even begin? I really don t know how they do it. Everyone here is so incredibly nice, so easy to talk to, and they genuinely care about your time, your experience with them and your car.They are also very professional and they do a good job on my car. Unlike car dealerships or other places where they just tell you X Y and Z need to be replaced don t ask us why , Honest-1 texts you a detailed report with pictures showing you why it needs to be replaced. I trust them with my car and I always will.I went for my third visit today for an oil change, and when my car was done, I went to go pick it up, had a nice conversation with Chuck and Jordan, got into my car and saw that my technician left a little thank you note and a small pack of goldfish in my car. C mon everyone, this is how you get a customer s loyalty. I am literally telling everyone about this place.Trust your car with Honest-1, you will not regret it

My sister recommended that I have Jordan check my new purchase of Nissan Rogue over . I was so impressed with his professionalism, and he provided copies of each item checked. I had to get my engine, alternator, radiator, head gasket, and much more replaced in my '99 Jeep Cherokee. Chuck and the team at Honest-1 worked wonders for me! From the detailed explanations of what had to be fixed to the consistent updates they provided, I felt incredibly comfortable with the repair, especially considering it was a massive job. Chuck went above and beyond to make sure I understood every minute detail of the repair and got the job completed in excellent time without letting the quality of the work slide by the smallest fraction. I have had regular, middle of the road mechanics before. However, Chuck and his team have set a new standard and I won't be taking my car anywhere else again.

So happy and grateful as always to have found these guys!!! They are always upfront, explaining what truly needs to be done versus what we could wait on, as well as the costs. They ve given us discounts without us even asking (always a huge help)! You will not regret taking your car there!!
