The team at Honda Carland went above and beyond for me. I had one day to have them fix my car because I was out of town and heading home the next day, and I had to have a tow truck drop it off after hours. They prioritized it for me and even sent a valet to grab the extra parts they needed from another dealership in town just to make sure they got it done within one day for me. John was super friendly and communicative through the whole process, and even took pictures for my insurance claim for me. I highly recommend this shop!

Shaw was amazing. Not only did he have a friendly smile but he was very helpful and regularly gave me updates about my car. When we knew they would need my car for a few days and I had an appointment to get too, they offered a courtesy car. Amazing experience and will definitely go back.

When I purchased my 2019 CRV, a decal had been ripped off of the back hatch causing unsightly scratches. The Service Department completely repainted the hatch and it shines as if it s brand new(quite like the rest of my CRV). Great job, Honda Carland!

I was scheduled for a service however I had a family emergency and needed my service done before leaving town. It was no problem and was worked in and service was done pretty fast so my family and I could leave town. Awesome service, friendly, prompt, polite, and efficient.

Excellent staff. Very helpful and explained work needed. Didn t push work that didn t need to be done. Completed quickly and they provided a loaner car since the work would take a half day. The service was great! Jamari was a professional from start to finish.The one knock against Honda Carland is their expensive price tag on servicing my vehicles, especially for labor. I believe they can improve in this area. Apart from that, the service is second to none.

I can't say enough of how well I was treated by John Peterson and his service department. I live in SC & had an accident while traveling up to Atlanta. My car was towed to Honda Carland at the highest recommendation of my daughter. They quickly accessed my car, reassured me i was going to be taken care of, kept it overnight, and kept me informed. They repaired my car so that I could drive it safely back home! So professional, courteous & understanding at such a stressful time.

They do very good work and take good care of my car.. Easy to get an appointment, friendly staff, comfortable and clean waiting area. Jordan Pruitt, my service advisor, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and such a nice person!!

Consistently good, friendly service, though priced a bit higher to assure quality parts and doing it right. Ridiculous surprise to charge extra 3% for credit and debit cards. Come on, really? Who doesn t pay w credit cards, so it s just an extra not-so-hidden charge. They need to fix that

Online scheduling system was simple and well done. Lots of available time slots. Service professional, David, was excellent. Talked me through all options to fit my budget. The waiting area was clean and spacious. Car was taken care of very quickly. Shaq is great, I have know him for years. I do my homework on any kind of work I have on my car and I trust his advise. My old Honda is getting close to 200K miles on the great service Shaq has done for my car. I like everything about this place except the 3% credit card fee. Please remove the 3% credit card fee, it is really bad for your business and very inconvenient for customers.

The Service Advisor I had (David M) was professional, helpful, and thorough. I also spoke directly with the mechanic (Mike) who was incredibly knowledgeable and (importantly) honest. Both of them were excellent representatives for Honda Carland. It was my first visit to that dealership/service center and I will definitely go back. Really excellent customer service! Thanks for making what was an unexpected trip to the mechanic a pleasant one!

I was able to schedule my maintenance quickly, and the servicing was performed in a timely manner. Connery, the service manager contacted me by text to inform me of additional items that needed servicing, and followed up with a phone call. He was always polite and knowledgeable.

Connery was excellent from the very first phone call into service dept.! He was an attentive listener & extremely well organized. He called for a replacement part & made my apt. when part was available. He even went the extra mile to get my future service maintenance performed so I wouldn t have to come back a week later saving me time. Can t get better than Connery for a great service rep!

The service was great, but since scheduling is done online without a live person to ask questions to, it would be helpful if it gave an estimate of how long each service generally takes somewhere in the process. I was prepared to sit and wait for a couple hours, but when I got there I found out it would take all day. Shaq was very helpful and got me a loaner car.

I was greeted with professionalism and kindness. My advisor explained what service would be provided on my vehicle. The building was immaculate and 5 star for cleanliness. My car was returned with a complimentary wash.

Still taking my vintage Honda Element for service here - they understand how much I love my car (they keep trying to buy it- but I will never sell her). Even finding trim parts for me to keep her looking as good as she drives. Wouldn t trust my car with anyone else. Nothing was diagnosed for the problems my car is experiencing. The problems still exist while the technician states can not duplicate . I was informed after waiting for more than 2 hours for my car that the technician working on it had left home and so I suspect the recall was not completed because I am still receiving messages about idle stop errors. The advisor refused to assist me with the problem with my car key not opening the doors when prompted, said I d have to pay diagnostic even though I still have e not paid for the service yet. Very unprofessional and I am disappointed with the lack of service I have received that day.

Early appointment for oil change and tire rotation along with a complete inspection since this was the first service for a newCR-V. The work was completed in less than the estimated finish time. The car was delivered washed. It was a very easy and pleasant experience.

Jordan did a great job checking me in and keeping me up to speed on what was happening with my car. The service department has a nice waiting space. I was offered a Uber/Lyft back home but I chose to wait. All in all, a good experience.

Great experience, my service advisor Mike Rivera is very knowledgeable and professional. I live in Woodstock and prefer to bring my vehicle to Honda Carland over the dealership in my town because of this. I highly recommend Honda Carland service!

Went in thinking I needed a battery replaced. The starter needed to be replaced. Not what I had hoped for, but David was able to help me by prioritizing the service items that would need my attention soon. I can tackle one or two at a time, in order of importance. Jamari made my day. I was in a negative mood, but speaking to him, brought me out of it. He did a great job getting a loaner car for me. He was professional and courteous. Also, the younger guys were great helping to register me for the loaner. One went out and searched my vehicle for my insurance card. He didn t find it, but thankfully, I couldn t online. He and the young man who actually completed the paperwork were both a kind and professional as well. Great service department.
