We had a great experience at Gravity Autos! We had been shopping for a Jeep for a few weeks and had several bad experiences at other dealerships. I contacted Marco at Gravity about scheduling an appointment to see a specific Jeep and showed up to have it washed and ready to go right in front of the dealership. They truly made us feel special in our purchase and we got a great deal on the Jeep of my dreams! Would highly recommend working with Marco and this dealership!

This was the best car shopping experience I ever had! Marco assisted me each step of the way while I was at work. I mean finding me the best of everything. He was so informative and attentive! I got there and was in my new car in 45mins! The staff was welcoming and music was on point too!

I purchase a Mercedes with this company last year. I should have given a review by now. Decide to wait to see how well the car would hold up with out issues. I took the car in to a dealership for a few minor defects. The dealership did an all over diagnostic and gave the car a great overall review. I can t speak on behalf of other customers outcome with this company. But living in Mississippi purchasing a car hundreds miles away and diving a car hundreds of miles back home is risky. The car did well and I would like to thank Gravity for a job well done. Mohamed Eldohshoury and Vicki were the ones that help threw out this process. Thank you both for a job well done

Muy buen servicio me atendieron muy muy bienSe los recomiendo %100 Calvin, my dedicated salesman, along with Kash, the Finance Manager, went above and beyond by staying until 10 o clock at night to finalize my car deal, considering I traveled all the way from South Carolina. Calvin s expertise and professionalism made the sales process seamless, while Kash secured a fantastic warranty for me. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Worked with Yaz at Gravity Auto Roswell and he was Great! I looked at multiple local and long distance dealers for what I wanted but found the preferred model, condition and price points at Gravity that lead me to make contact. Found plenty and reviews of the dealership and staff that gave me comfort. Yaz took the extra steps to have items I observed with the vehicle serviced before finalizing the purchase which showed commitment on their part.The buying process was not stressful at all. They clearly focus on premium model autos in solid condition. It s been three weeks since my purchase. I ve taken my 2021 X3 to BMW for a service check and so far all is good. I would recommend this location without hesitation and for sure look up Yaz.

Update: Afte receiving my vehicle via Transporter, the car was delivered with dents on the hood and passenger side. I wasn't going to accept delivery, but Gravity told me to. The dents on the hood and side of the car were not there before. I had pictures prior to delivery. The Transporter claimed that it wasn't cause by them. However, the creases on the hood resemble the metal crank used to tighten the straps. I'm still waiting on a resolution 3 months later. I even sent in an estimate. Everything was handled correctly by Gravity, except for this issue. Maybe, the owner can get the Transport company to pay for this issue.

What an amazing experience! We had been looking for a particular Lexus GX 460 for a few months, we wanted 2020 or newer, white with red leather interior and black wheels. As soon as my husband found the car at Gravity Autos Roswell, he went to look at the SUV on Wednesday night. It was priced a bit higher than what we had budgeted for the car, but was exactly what we were looking for. They weren't able to come to a deal that night, however Thursday, Moe Mansour, followed up with us to try and work with us to reach a number we were happy with. We cannot give enough credit to Moe, he was amazing to work with, extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. My husband ended up heading to the dealership again on Thursday evening to purchase the car. Alan Ramada, the sales manager was great as well. Both gentlemen worked with him to get us in the SUV we really wanted. I cannot say enough great things about Gravity Autos Roswell, from the moment my husband walked in the door, he was treated exceptionally well. If you are looking for an amazing, reputable dealership, with amazing luxury vehicles this is the place. 10/10 - best car purchasing experience to date, we highly recommend. I love my new Lexus!!

I just recently purchased Jeep Compass Altitude from Gravity Autos Roswell on Alpharetta Hwy. last week and I must say that I had a terrific experience. Salesperson Moe was dedicated to making sure that I got the best deal possible. I am highly satisfied with my experience and the service that I received. Most importantly, I am satisfied with Jeep purchase it is a great fit thanks to Moe for making it all happen for me!! Two thumbs up!

Gravity Roswell will definitely take care of you and get you what you want without forcing you to make any deals. My experience here was amazing and Moe took care of me like I was family. If they don t have it on the lot they will find what you want and get it. Definitely coming back for my next purchase

I cannot explain the patient, reassurance and generosity the folks at this establishment granted me. I initially was not sure about the first car I picked out. I went home and slept on it, by the next day when it was time to pick it up, I had completely changed my mind. I expressed my concerns to Ken who completely understood and took his time to listen to what I really wanted and made sure I got it. Ken and Allen were so knowledgeable and educated me about the different cars, their features, everything. I feel like they went to a next level to deliver what I really wanted and they did exactly that. I felt confident and happy with in my decision. I can t forget my guy Kash with a K!!! You were all so great. I drove off the lot, happy. I love my 2021 BMW 330i!! Thank you again!

So I had a car in mind, I knew exactly what to search for. I saw it at Gravity Auto! I knew exactly what bank I wanted to use so I got my pre approval first. Marco texted me immediately and we set up a meeting. I met him that afternoon and he let me test drive the car. Not only did I love it, he got the price exactly in my budget, made sure the process was seamless and literally got everything done in less than 24 hours! Highly recommended

This was my 3rd purchase with Gravity Autos of Roswell GA - I love that they were always able to facilitate 80% of my purchase online, which was super convenient for an insanely busy Tech Executive, Mohamed E - my sales rep was very prompt & diligent with all documentation requests etc.I also want to give a huge shoutout to Torry, who I believe manages the Sales Team at the Roswell Location. Torry is the best & will go above and beyond to ensure he finds the best deal possible for your purchasing preference. I highly recommend this dealership & will be a life long customer!

I've never bought a vehicle online before so I was sceptical at first but I got lucky and Moe was my salesman, he was extremely professional and treated me with great respect, everything Moe told me he done, he got me a great deal and kept me informed till the end, if I buy another vehicle I will definitely give Moe a call first. I work for a car dealership and I know how hard it can be dealing with a salesman, not Moe, he's honest and willing to satisfy his customers. Anyone wanting a used car needs to ask for Moe at Gravity Auto Sales for the best service. I definitely would buy from him again!

Front end of the sale went well. Afterwards there was no communication on the vehicle delivery. After several calls I was told they could deliver the car that day. I then received another call instructing me to pay the car hauler as t was to late to cut a check at the dealership. I was assured they would reimburse me promptly. 6 weeks later no reimbursement. I then got an email requesting documentation for the title/registration so they could send it to TN. This information was provided the day of sale by me in person. It has now been almost 2 months and the state of TN has yet to receive any documentation and my temporary tag is expired. To make matters worse when I inquired about the title information they could not provide me with any information as to the status and then was informed I owed them an additional $2000 of down payment. Not sure how this was arrived at after 2 months.

I had an amazing experience at Gravity. Call ahead and request Ahmad. He is a great listener and helped my wife and I get an incredible deal. He is very knowledgeable and professional.
