Looks great, color match is spot on. Can't tell it was in an accident. Only issue is took a month do a parts. Happy to have my car back!!! Thank you to David, Wayne, and the whole team. before and after.

I had a pleasant experience with Gerber! I spent a couple weeks driving around the city getting quotes on how much it would cost to fix the back part of my car (driver's side) & a broken taillight. Gerber's quote was the most reasonable and pretty much spot on as far as the estimate my insurance company suggested as well. I first brought my car to the Gerber location in Decatur and the customer service rep was very helpful! She was courteous, understanding and very transparent about how the process would go. I ended up bringing by car to this location because it's closer to where I live.I dropped my car off on a Monday morning and received it back the following week on Tuesday afternoon. I received a packet with instructions on how to car for my car the next 30 days (I had a paint job done over the affected areas as well) and an itemized list of the cost of parts/ labor cost etc.Overall I'm glad my baby is fixed! I'm glad this experience was hassle free and I knew exactly what to expect while my car was in the shop.UPDATE:I should add that I have total full body coverage for my car insurance. So either way I pay my $500 deductible and that's it. I did look over the details of my receipt and saw the final price of the work done was DOUBLE what the estimate was. Ultimately it made no difference in what I paid (because I only paid my deductible). However, I'm sure my insurance company wasn't too thrilled with that. I'd be extra cautious (especially) if you're paying for work out of pocket.LAST AND FINAL UPDATE (I hope)I received a call today from the general manager of Gerber Collision in regards to this very google review explaining how they take these types of reviews very serious. I m glad to know my opinion on review sites such as this matter. The general manager began to explain how once the car was taken apart more damage was found than the visual estimate and that my insurance was full aware of it and had to agree to it. Which I understand. All and all, I do respect the general manager taking the time to explain information I hadn t received from the shop at the time or my insurance company. The response I received from my insurance company in regards to the pricing is what prompted the previous update to the review. However, I am appreciative of the effort in customer service by the general manager reaching out.

I was hit pretty badly back in late September. The other car was totaled and mine was barely hanging in there. USAA worked with Gerber to get my car in the shop in about 2 weeks. Unfortunately, with the current craziness in the supply chain, my car had been in the shop for about 2 months getting repairs while waiting on back ordered parts.Mary gave me constant text and call updates to give me progress in the vehicle! While the wait is if course hard everywhere at this time, I appreciated the transparency and being kept up to date. My car was just recently racked up to a total loss as parts just didn t match up, but the team worked with my insurance to get my car released and my items back to me. They handled all the paperwork and keep the process pretty seamless. Was able to get into a new car within a week!The front of my car was damaged in a hit and run about 2 years ago, and I came to this same shop. Same great service - I recommend to any USAA customers. Stereotypical commerical collision repair center. Failed to address mechanical issues before cosmetic issues. No mechanic of staff, just techs. The techs are unknowledgeable in mechanical workings of a vehicle which grossly miss diagnosed the issue with our vehicle. Never got a timely response back, corporate complaints are worthless as well. I was told I would hear from the regional manager but never did. I was left with a vehicle that looks great but does not drive safely. Avoid at all cost, even if it is USAA paying for repairs.

******REMINDER DO NOT USE SERVICES AT THIS PLACE******Worst experience, car was there to paint a spot on inside of hatchback. Estimate done in September but car cannot be done until mid October, Given a date of October 18th but than pushed to the 25th. Car was there from October 25th until November 6th. I was told the car would be ready on a Thursday than pushed to Friday. Mean while I am having to pay rental expense as the wait has gone over my insurance allotment. I am now told that car would be ready on Monday instead of Friday. This is now costing me $170.00 extra in rental fees, so I ask for the shop to pick-up for all the delays. I am told that Wayne the manager will not pick up extra days of rental. I ask to speak to Wayne who is now in a "meeting" ask for a call back which is never received nor is he in when I call. Spoke with corporate office, who informed me that the area manager Richard would give me a call. Well, I guess Wayne and Richard both went to the same school of don't call customer back. I would not let either one of these managers, manage my "Out House". No Management Skills at this Company. Michael D. 2015 Acura

Tae'lor Stewart provided 5 star service on a recent visit to Gerber Collision and Glass. I needed to get my windshield replaced. I called what I thought was Gerber's local office number. What I found out later was that I was routed to American Glass that has a completely different appointment system from Gerber. I set an appointment for the repair and specifically asked them to ship the glass to the Gerber Oak Street location as it was close to my job. I reiterated this several times throughout the call. I specifically wanted this location because it was close to work and it received high reviews. When I arrived from my appointment Gerber did not have me on file for an appointment because my appointment was actually with American Glass. As you can imagine I was very confused and angry my appointment wasn't on the books and the glass wasn't there. At this point I panicked as I was not sure who I actually gave a $700 deposit to. Tae 'lor explained that Gerber and American Glass were owned by one company and shared a phone number but not appointment systems and could understand my confusion. She quickly got on the phone with American Glass, located the driver and arranged for him to do the repair at their location. She managed a very upset customer (me) with an amazing amount of professionalism and grace. She never once got upset despite me being angry (not at her but the situation). I wish there were more customer service professionals such as Tae 'lor. Gerber is really lucky to have her! That location was very busy and I know it's a direct result of the great service that she and Oak Street team provide.

The manager Wayne was so rude! I had my car repaired here two months ago based on USAA partnership with Gerber. Not even a month after picking up my car, I noticed at least 12 nicks in the paint where repairs were done as well as some peeling. I took it back up to Gerber for them to look at since they "guarantee" their work. Wayne immediately said my car had been in an accident (which it had not) or that my kids scratched my car up with KNIVES AND SCREWDRIVERS!!! I told him my kids are teenagers and wouldn't do that and that they don't "play" with those items. He then insisted neighborhood kids did it to which I told him I park my car in my garage. I told him I felt the quality of the paint was bad and asked him about their guarantee but he he rudely brushed me off and said it wasn't covered. He then snapped a few pictures and sarcastically said he was, "Sorry he couldn't tell me nicer or sweeter" to which I told him I didn't NEED him to be nice OR sweet to me. Good customer service would've included asking my name or pulling up my account history. Wayne, get your act together. (Taylor was alway polite/helpful so for that I gave them one star.)Service: Body & Trim

This is the 2nd time I frequented this business. Both cars they worked on were Honda's. It could have been the 3rd time but they didn't work on older vehicles( My 1999 Chevy Sonoma).This past time they came out on Christmas Eve and I only called them the day before to request a quote on replacing my passenger door window Which was broken in the night before and my Windshield Which a rock crack had spidered across the glass. I checked 3 companies Gerber was not the cheapest but since I knew their work to be professional I went with them. They weren't the most expensive I actually saved a $100 going with them Instead of Safe light which I had a horrible experience with( A nother long story don't use this company). Gentleman Was in touch with me throughout entire process since I gave them the wrong your number on the vehicle, Which the installer caught and double checked triple check that everything would still work properly. Installer came out on sign Christmas Eve knocked it out cleaned up the mess in the car and the mess from the install and went about his Holiday , On to to more jobs I might add. I can only imagine what most of you are probably thinking; "How in the H*ll can anyone be so elated about being without your favorite ride for about a week, after it suffered severe damage from a ridiculous crash/accident that most likely could have been avoided, as it was caused by either someone who actually think they own the road or have the same/better driving skills than Mario Andretti, or maybe yourself, who was not paying attention, texting, reading, putting on make-up, or starring in the 15th sequel of Fast & Furious. And during the waiting period when your ride is in the shop, wondering what the repair process looks like, and that wonderment consumes your mind and stresses you out as you are wondering if that team at Gerber will be able to repair and restore your ride where it looks even better than you can imagine, just like new. Well, I am sharing with you that this is what Gerber is so very skilled at doing. This is truly one of the best experiences I have had in a situation like this. The entire staff that I engaged with at Gerber, especially Tae'Lor Stewart, performed with the utmost benevolence, professionalism, and quality. Through their consistent and diligent communications, they truly make you feel you are their #1 customer, and ensure that you are well informed of the entire repair process. I probably did not have the level of extensive damage that most people have incurred, but I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience and result. Additionally Gerber has a direct partnership with my of my auto insurance company, which enhanced and simplified the entire claim process. I highly recommend Gerber Collision here in Roswell and was more than happy to share my genuine gratitude to Tae' Lor and the entire repair team who work so hard every single day! Tom Cruise would be proud!

I turned my car in on Wednesday and it was ready the next day! The body work and paint job was excellent. I would post a pic of before and after but it isn t giving me the option on here. Overall I was extremely satisfied and would recommend this location. It did take several weeks to get an appointment but the turn around time was good.Service: Painting

I was able to get a same day estimate when all other repair shops were either saying they couldn't schedule an appointment for an estimate until late June or July, or they wouldn't schedule an appointment without an insurance work order.

As far as auto body repair goes, nobody looks forward to visiting. In the event you do ever need professional work done, with a guarantee on it, then look no further. The team at Gerber get it done, on time and on budget! Crystal clear communication and an amazing staff to work out the fonts and dings in your car! Highly recommended

Waited in lobby for fifteen minutes to get an estimate. Was then told computer is down, but won t take a look at the vehicle in person or take photos so they can tell me later? They are disinterested in general or because I m paying cash and not insurance. I don t appreciate businesses that do not value my time. Will drive elsewhere.

I was very impressed. Gerber did an amazing job. Kianna, The shop coordinator, was professional, knowlegeable, very nice and kept me up to date on the progress. No only did they tell me when the vehicle would be ready. It was actually ready when they said it would be. The vehicle looks fantastic. Thank you very much!

My fiancee took his car here through insurance and it took them three times before they fixed it properly. It kept having to go back for additional problems. They were accommodating regarding pick up, drop off and rentals. They even called and checked to make sure everything is working properly following final pick up!

GREAT SERVICE AND PERFECT REPAIR!! The Gerber store on Oak Street in Roswell Historic district has just completed repairs on my truck for the third time. I couldn't be more pleased. The completed repairs are invisible, they kept me informed and completed ahead of schedule. All with a warranty. What else could you ask for.

Their service team is polite and helpful, unfortunatly the first time I took my car here some issues weren't repaired and other parts weren't put back together properly. My understanding is that the mechanic who did that work has since been let-go but My car has been in and out of this shop a two times, once related to something not put back together properly and the second for something they would have only heard had they driven it further. After a third issue came up I was more comfortable taking it to a VW dealership who knew my car better.tl;dr service is good, mechanics were bad. This may have been an isolated incident but a review is still worth-while.Note: Gerber takes forever to do any work, not just this Gerber but all Gerber. It's just the way they operate. I didn't take off any stars for this because I'd rather have it done slow but right instead of fast but wrong. Unfortunately it was slow and wrong for me (this time).

Took vehicle to be repaired here was not done well. Not repaired on schedule four days after competition date. Parts where found to be broken after putting back together.(Which I suspect that where broken by shop.) Towing company which was recommended to tow car to shop damaged car further. Was told that they could not repair everything there and when i took the car to deler. To finish repairs was told of parts missing and not fixed properly. Which ended up costing $2000 more from dealer to repair. When I went by shop to check on repairs workers where standing around texting on phones. Which explains why car was not done on time. Will use some other shop for repairs next time.

Excellent customer service and amazing work. Not only was my car fixed right but was on time and very clean.
