2001 Honda Shadow ACE.My motorcycle had not been ridden for several years. The guys got it road worthy again. When my motorcycle needs something in the future, I ll be back. Highly recommend this business.

I want to extend a huge thank you to G&G for taking care of me! Very fair pricing and top notch work! Clean shop, clean lobby, great location, these guys are nothing but professionals. Special shout out to Shawn and Ugly for taking great care of me and the bike. Had them do some handle bars, grips, a fender extension and exhaust for me. Couldnt be happier with the finished product and i am so thankful i dont have to lean on the dealer down the road for anything. G&G was easy to deal with, always answered the phone and made me feel like a family friend. Ill be returning for more stuff!Thank you guys for doing what you do and being the best around!

They didn't peel the Michelin Sticker "Completely" off.Two leaks on the sidewall, foaming, when sprayed with soap waterI've heard "I'll get back to you" one too many times"I Didn't bother to callPrimary Cover has been off and on a few times, could have been just wear and tear.....is what was mentioned by themPerhaps, or based on the threads caked with casing material......something elseI'll be acquainting myself with Heli-Coil, and am comfortable doing the repairWhat about the guy/gal that isn't?

Very nice place to do business these guy are extremely great they fixed my 1999 Suzuki king quad 300 4x4 ATV and it runs better than it ever did before these guys go above and beyond to get the job done right the first time these guys are amazing at what they do very great guys I will definitely be doing business with them again and in the future I would highly recommend G And G Cycles to anyone I personally want to thank all of you at G And G Cycles for doing an amazing job on my 1999 Suzuki king quad 300 4x4 thank you.

This is the only place to bring my Harley. I liked to give a huge shot out to Ugly he has always gone above and beyond to help me figure out what parts to get and man they did an awesome job on my handlebars, exhaust, custom dynamics lights

g and g cycles are awesome. they did a wonderful job bringing my Harley back to life after it had sat for 22 years. I couldn't recommend them enough. Their prices are fair and work is great. I appreciate that they wash each bike after they service it too.

I have been using G & G Cycles since they opened the doors. I have had several bikes repaired and serviced there. To date, the work has been done promptly, correctly with very reasonable prices. They never surprise me when it's time to pick up the bike. They are great at communicating throughout the service or repair job. It was terrible terry The day i. ,pick it up. He said just put oil in it and ride well. I put oil in it. Put it in gear and it bought jumped out of my hands. The clutch didn't work. I took it back, he said. Oh, you need to do clutch. You need this, you need that. It was terrible, overcharged me. Everything that they done pretty much went bad the wiring, everything. Seems to me you would need to put oil in it to test out the work that you done. Do not recommend taking anything to these guys. David logan

They greeted me by name as soon as I arrived. They allowed me to wait in the waiting room. They even let me see the shop and charged my Sena headset for me. They kept updated as I waited as well.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The experience of finding a shop to work on my '01 sportster was TOUGH, until G&G. The reviews led me here, and I'm darn glad they did! Shawn and Ugly helped me out tremendously on scheduling and getting my bike (that had sat for many many years) worked on.After I picked up my bike there was a slight hiccup (fault to previous owner and myself, not the shop) and Chops rode out to me to work on it and make sure I was safe. Even though the problem wasn't even related to the work I had done, they took care of me. These guys know there stuff and will take great care of you.10/10 recommend. I will be back (hopefully not too soon). Big props.

The best shop for repairs and maintenance, hands down. The guys who work here do great work. I ve had my 2006 Kawasaki in for a total refurb as well as my 2016 Indian for regular maintenance. Each time the staff has been cool and the work has been reliable. Will definitely be back every time I need work done on my bikes.

This business is ETHICAL in all of their practices. The technicians are very good and will do ridiculously incredible things to make your motorcycle feel cared for and pampered. I drove over 30 minutes to have them do work on my 2019 Kawasaki H2 SX SE plus. They completed the customization of my motorcycle with great attention to detail and more importantly, exceeded my expectations. If you want quality work by competent and skilled professionals on your motorcycle, see these guys. They are all class acts.

These guys are the real deal. They truly stand by their work and are honest, which is rare! Took my 2018 Kawasaki Vulcan S to get an oil change, rear brake pads and get some accessories put on and they did a fantastic job. I did have a bit of a problem with my shifting but they got me back ASAP and fixed it quick and no charge. It, no lie, actually shifts better than it did before! G&G are worth it and have truly earned my loyalty as a customer. I highly and I cannot stress this enough, highly recommend them!Services: Brake service & repair, Oil change

Every time I take my Yamaha Stratoliner to the professionals at G&G I know the work will be done right the first time. The attention to detail and the quality of work at G&G are the standards to which all bike repair shops should aspire.I want to thank Jason for making sure that the Baron s risers he installed where fitted properly. Furthermore, after an oil change and transfer case fluid change he made sure my bike just as clean or cleaner than it was when I arrived. Since I always keep my bike showroom clean, I very much appreciated that Jason cleaned everything exceptionally well. This is the type of service I can always count on with G&G.I also want to acknowledge Ugly at the front desk. As G&G s service writer his customer service skills are fantastic. In many respects Ugly is the first voice and face at G&G that customers encounter. He is definitely the right person for the role.Thank you once again for a job well done and for making me feel like your most important customer.

Really happy with these guys. Ugly (that is the name he goes by) was great at understanding my needs, setting realistic expectations, and keeping me up to date on progress and issues. Had a bunch of things done: regular service, valves, fork, electrical, and all seems to be well done. Bike runs great now - better than ever. From the first call to the time I picked the bike up I got the best customer service I have received in a long time. I had a primary leak and an issue with the steering head bearing and both were fixed quickly for a great price. The bike runs great and feels like new. I really like that everyone at G&G cycles are passionate about bikes and that passion clearly shows in the work that they do. I have been here a few times and every time they exceeded my expectations. Especially this time, I called on Tuesday and they did not have any openings to take my Harley in for a tire change. They were already fully booked. I told them I was doing a trip to the Tail of the Dragon over the weekend and needed the bike in top condition. They accommodated me today (Friday) and changed the tire, on checking the brake fluid was bad and they replaced it. Once, I changed my tire here as a lose tire and fixed it myself at home. I brought the bike back to get it checked without an appointment. They looked at it and the chain was too tight. They fixed it immediately even though they were busy and I did not have an appointment and did not even charge me for it. They care about their customers and their rides, which is why I will definitely recommend them to everyone who asks me for a motorcycle service center. Great job guys!

Friendly and quick service, but they adjusted my clutch engagement zone, however I wish they hadn't as it resulted in dropping my bike when attempting a u-turn the next day.I can't blame them too much since they did notify me of it after they adjusted it, however I was perfectly okay with it where it was before and did not ask them to change it.EDIT: In their they reply they state that it was out of line with factory standards, however it was not. There was plenty of room without burning out my clutch. I bought it brand new from the dealer and it hadn't changed since then. I would trust the factory to know their own standards. Originally this review was a two-star, however if they are straight up lying about these things I'm not sure I can trust them with future work on my bikes.Feel free to look at any of my other reviews here on Google, I always leave honest and open reviews and I will rarely leave a one-star or two-star review unless it's actually deserved.

After searching and being to several shops this by far is the best shop in North Georgia. Shawn is the best around. This shop services all types of bikes at the best price. Shawn is very thorough and recommends services but isn't pushy. I was skeptical but after visiting this shop I can see why it has a 5 star rating. Most shops you take the bike for service they will do what you ask and that's it. Not Shawn. When I rode up he inspected my bike. Now I was here for an oil change, air filter, spark plugs and brakes. Upon his inspection he noticed my brake light out. I doubt any other shop pays that close attention to your bike. Anyway as I sat there waiting for my bike they talked to me and even let me watch them work. As customers came in most being there first time at G&G states that Shawn came highly recommended. And I see why. Bottom line go to G&G you won't be disappointed.

Pleased to finally have my bike fully and properly serviced. Very friendly and helpful staff discussed in detail what was done and what may need to be done in the future. I'm planning to make this more routine moving forward, it is just easier to have everything done at once.
