The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I wanted to update my 1999 Jeep with LED lights and bumpers and add fog lights. It only took 2 days for everything to be done once they came in. They did an amazing job.

I am having my jeep renewed, new top, tires, and my tire carrier replaced. I am giving them 5 stars, prior to the repairs! Andreas has been so helpful and instantly responds to my emails and questions. I'm looking forward to the end result!

Such a friendly and honest staff! Called and discussed options for repairs for my jeep. Told me to bring in and they would take a look! Alex fixed it for me super fast. Thanks for taking care of me and my jeep!

Fortec is a great shop for all Jeep enthusiast! The whole team from the front desk to the shop are very knowledgeable on all aspects of modifying your Jeep or just keeping it original. They perform great service, I purchased my LJ in 2005 and other than oil changes they have performed all upgrades or modifications! They do it right! I recommend you considered them for your next add on or project on your Jeep.

Hands down the BEST in the business---Alex and his TEAM are skilled, professional, dedicated, creative, and fantastic to work with. Fantastic customer service. Might I add, also very knowledgeable & professional. I'm a first time Jeep owner & with any concerns I've had, Alex took the time to explain in detail & visually point out any issues that needed addressing. After having horrible experiences at other Jeep repair shops, I would definitely recommend this place

I came to Fortec as a first time Jeep owner (JL) and met with Alex and explained to him that I was looking to upgrade a component on my vehicle. He recommended a product, which I purchased and had them install. Alex requested that I let him know if I am satisfied with my upgrade. After bringing my vehicle home and testing it out, I was very unhappy with how it functioned and suspected there may be a malfunction of sort with the product. I returned to Fortec and Alex and a technician assessed the issue and agreed that it wasn t functioning properly. Immediately, Alex took steps to resolve the issue by having a better component installed in only a few minutes and at no cost to me. He wanted me to test the vehicle that night and let him know my thoughts. Well, the product worked absolutely perfectly and I could not be happier with the outcome. I have nothing but praise for how I was handled by Alex and his employees and I highly recommend Fortec to any Jeep owners looking for honest and reliable service these guys are awesome!

I wish I could give them 10 stars. Alex and the entire team were great from beginning to end. Communication was above and beyond. My Jeep is absolutely perfect. Better than I expected. I could not be more happy.

Oct 2018Amazing experience! I m a first time Jeep owner so I was a little apprehensive about inadvertently asking a dumb question about some upgrades I was looking to make for my new JL. However, Andreas and Tyler were extremely patient and helpful and took the time to answer my questions and walk through their recommendations in detail. When it was time to drop off my vehicle for the upgrades to be done, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and they kept their promise about having it ready later that afternoon. Definitely recommend this place!Feb 2019Another great experience. Took my JL back to get some new Bushwacker Fender Flares installed. Since they just came out I. December, there some quirks to work out on the install, but despite the challenges, the Fortec Team figured things out and got them installed and everything came together so nicely!

A friend recommended Fortec, and I can't tell you how glad I am that he did. If you're like me, you care about your Jeep, and want the best for it. Although these guys did a great job on my Gladiator, and everything turned out as expected, I am actually more impressed with their customer service. For me, this is the most important thing, and it's good to know some business still care about that. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. But most importantly, they have gone out of their way to show me they want to do business with me for life. I would highly recommend you pay them a visit....and did I mention the JT looks AWESOME!!!??!

Great group of guys, they were very helpful when I got into a pinch looking for some specialty supplies while wiring lights for my Jeep. Seemed very knowledgeable and honest about their work/services. Plan on going back and having them upgrade my axles at some point. They do a ton of work on Jeeps and have a bunch of hard to find stuff in stock. Instead of supporting the foreign sellers online, buy and support local shops like this when you can. You will have a better experience and get to see some cool builds they have around the shop and in their lot.

Fortec is very helpful and friendly. Alex was very accommodating and was willing to look at a part I was having trouble with (aftermarket drag link). I expected they may not be willing or have time to look at something this small and tedious, but they gladly took care of me and were super fast as well. I look forward to using Fortec for my future jeep needs!

Andreas was very patient with me through the whole process as we did everything while I was in Louisiana! I couldn't have asked for anything better! I have had several issues with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler over the years. I called today and spoke to Alex about my current issue with my top. He advised me to stop anytime and he would look at it. I brought my Jeep and he saw me immediately. I had a broken spring which he fixed and made some adjustments to the top and it now closes. We talked about my gas tank issue, the top itself, resale value, etc. Alex is a pure professional! I have never had such great customer service, knowledge and professionalism with my Jeep. I highly recommend Fortech to anyone that has a Jeep. I will definitely go back for any forthcoming issues and if/when I buy a new Jeep, they will be getting my business. I ordered a Jeep grill from this company on eBay, I was wanting to replace for the original grill - the company is Fortec in Roswell, GA. When the grill came a piece was cut off on it so my husband decided to call to see if we could get the part we needed. We called at closing time and the President Andreas had to restart his computer so he could help my husband - not once did he say - we are closed call back tomorrow. My husband explained the missing part and sent pictures so Andreas could see the problem and was told his tech s were gone for the day and he would call him back in the morning after the pictures were looked at. Then this morning I received and email my money was refunded - when Andreas called my husband he was told the tech s were fast on refunding the money. We wanted to keep the grill and wanted to see if they could get us the parts we needed. Andreas communicated several times throughout the day and was able to find another grill and will ship it so we can use the parts off of it and still keep the other grill. He went above and beyond and from now on when I need a Jeep part I will be using Fortec.

These guys did an outstanding job on my new 2019 Rubicon. Mopar lift, spring spacers, full Steer Smarts solution (upper track bar, drag link and tie-rod), geometry correction brackets, Fox ATS steering stabilizer, Hellwig sway bar, 37s, 18" wheels and more. Not only is it the look I'm wanting, but more importantly, it performs/drives great! These guys rock! It's ready for the north Georgia trails!

Excellent customer service. They worked really hard to ship me a product they don t normally ship since I love all the way in Michigan. When my new Jeep rock rails got here they were perfect! Was expecting a preciously owned product, but these look like factory new condition. Can t wait to get them installed!!

I lost the key fob to another car after it fell between the driver s seat and the console into an opening at the bottom of the console. After I tried, unsuccessfully, to retrieve the fob for several hours and determined replacement of the key fob would cost $1000, I visited Fortec. They retrieved the fob and did not charge for anything. The co-owner and tech that worked with me were extremely helpful and courteous. My brief experience was positive on all fronts. I will definitely return when I need something for my Jeep.

I came to Fortec to get my entire steering system and front axle mounts upgraded. Not only did they give me the best and most honest estimate, they also constantly updated me on additional issues they found through out the week. The job that this team did was perfection and I could not be happier!!! help drives better than it ever has and they did a great job painting/cleaning my front end so everything looks brand new!!!! Will definitely be coming back to these guys for anything i do in the future.

Wouldn't go anywhere else! Andres, Alex and Matt made sure our jeep was in tip top shape. Updated the bumper, lights, shocks and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Personalized service, prompt responses, ready when promised. Only place I'll go for my jeeps.

I can t compliment Alex and the Fortec team enough. They took my concepts I was thinking about and translated them into concrete ideas. And Alex used his experience to focus me in on maximizing my dollars and didn t try to sell me anything! It has been a great experience and I am extremely pleased with what they turned out. I would absolutely recommend Fortec for your Jeep upgrades!

I ordered the Rugged Ridge Hood Latches about a month ago. There was a delay in delivery and perhaps a little miscommunication; however, what really impressed me about Fortec 4x4, was their immediate response to my emails and willingness to correct the issue. I finally received the latches and I'm 110% satisfied with their customer service and the quality of the product. Two thumbs up!

I can't say enough great things about Fortec. I was purchasing a used Jeep & Fortec was kind enough to squeeze me in for a pre-purchase inspection. I was very intimidated to buy a used vehicle since I know nothing about cars, but this inspection and the general assistance/information from Fortec put my mind at ease. Everyone I encountered here was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I am so grateful I found them online. Thank you Fortec!
