What a great experience! I had a risky financial situation, and Umar took a chance on me I so appreciate you guys. I love my car, customer service was awesome, and Alex stayed behind after they closed to get us signed, sealed, and delivered. Thank you all so much, I'll NEVER forget what you did for us

I would recommend everyone to Five Brothers. Their environment is nicely organized & the service is top tier. I am blessed to have had ALEX as my salesperson! He was very professional, detailed when speaking, extremely patient and knows how to reassure and comfort his customers. Clear car, fast and friendly service! I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The car was in excellent condition and exactly as described. I made a purchase on 8/24/2022. I spoke with Kevin and did the entire process online and over the phone, only thing I had to do was go to the dealership to pay my down payment, sign my paperwork and pick up the keys. Kevin and Marlon made the process so easy. I was not a fan of salesmen because they lie, but at the end of this process I had to apologize to both of them because they didn t lie to me at all. They were very helpful and understanding. My next purchase will in fact come from them. I thank Kevin so much for going out his way to find me the vehicle I wanted and sealing the deal highly recommended. I m not a person that is easily pleased but this time I was. Great job fellas.

Nice enough but no integrity in pricing. Supplied my own oil filter and was charged $150 for an oil change. When I asked about standard rates for oil change they said it was the rate. Website says it starts at $35. On the receipt it said customer rate and charge $150/hour at 1 hour. Doesn t add up.

I purchased an 2014 audi from them. Primarily for my minor son and household car. Price was 18333.87 with 106906 miles. They were adamant regarding the addition of a service contract of 4500 - included in the price. Our choices were the Audi and an X5 BMW with a salvage title. I purchased the Audi. Less than a week later, I was stranded, the engine blew up. It was towed to them - at my cost as they were busy. The " replaced the engine" and I took the car to Audi to verify. The problems with the vehicle are many, I have had to replace the coolant cap ( should have been replaced when engine was) - 225 plus tax. Control arm bushings - 2057.60 before tax.trailing arm bushings ' 1015.32 before tax. Alignment ( the car pulled to the right) ' 179.95 before tax. Coolant spillage - 225.93 before tax. I can continue but I have now spent over 10k for a car that I purchased from them. Caveat emptor.

We were on a over night trip to a concert and had a fan go out on our car. It was a Saturday which most places are not open and most cannot get parts on a Saturday! We were worried about this. But Five brothers hooked us up. They even went and got the part we needed to get us on the road a little quicker than expected and gave us a 100.00 discount! Thanks to the guys that own this place and the workers that work here! Would recommend this place and would use them again if needed!!!!!!

Uzi an his team when I say great customer service willing to step over boundaries to satisfy a customer. Something wasn t right with the truck that I had bought they fixed it and they drove it all the way back to South Carolina to me 4h 30min just to make sure the truck is running right I ll be back soon to buy another thanks

The front bumper of my Toyota Camry was damaged in an accident and I took the car to Five Brothers Automotive for collision repair. I specifically asked them to install a Toyota bumper and they said they will. I do not believe they did. Big cheats. The bumper was not fixed properly on one side and when I took it back they did something but it never fully got fixed. And now the paint has come off in two or three places (in less than 2 years) and it is showing bare metal. Please see the pictures. Worst repair shop I had been to. Also do not fall for these guy's sweet talk. They are not sincere at all as I found out. They did a very shoddy job overall. I will never ever take my car to them and my bad experience steered two of my friends away from them for good.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Paint repair

I have been looking for a used van for months but couldn't find an affordable one until I came to Five Brothers Automotive. I met with the sale person, Julio. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He showed me through their inventory and we compared prices , mileage and condition of the vehicle. The prices was right compared with other dealership. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a clean used car to come to Five Brothers Automotive and Mr Julio will help you out.

Omar sold us a car that he knew was unsafe and had major problems. Contacted them a month later to confront him and he said he d make it right. $4,500 bill and they refuse to do anything. Take your business to an honest dealership.
