Hector did any amazing job. Phenomenal personality and customer service. He educate me in the different oils (blend, synthetic) and tires and express oil tires policy and benefits. I would definitely recommend going back. I was in and out.

My experience with Hector was great. He was very attentive, informative and a listening ear for me. I mentioned that my Mom had just recently passed and he was very compassionate. I didn t mind pay more for the oil change than I was expecting to pay. He suggested the other things that I should do for the car and I was grateful. I was having a rough morning but running into Hector made my day. I will definitely be back as I am new to the area. God bless.

I had an appointment for oil change with Walmart Auto and was told to wait three hours till my car gets serviced. That s why I headed to the oil change with the highest ratings near by. It s more expensive than Walmart. But, time or money, you cannot own both. The staff welcomed me when my car was approaching, and helped drive my car to the garage. The staff are very professional. Anthony and Hector explained everything to me with great patience. The cost is 60+. I am happy with the service.

Hector was really informative and kind. He helped me understand each thing that was being done to my car and how I can check things for myself as well. He also let me know about how I can get free services between oil changes. Definitely gonna go back!!As a woman, you never know what you re gonna get at a car place but they are always so kind, they remembered me, and always help me to take care of my car even if it isn t immediate money for them. So nice that this is right down the street from me!Patrick fixed my skid plate so quickly!!! I was worried it was going to be a bigger issue, but he fixed it no problem and I was on my way!Service: Oil change

Fast, quality service every time. Anthony is a pleasure to do business with. Employees are courteous and attentive.If I ever need work done besides an oil change and it's something they offer, I certainly know where I am going first.

If you are looking for a trustworthy place to have your car serviced, I highly recommend the Mansell Road location! Both Anthony and Patrick are top class! They were attentive in listening to my concerns and extremely informative. I could have talked to them all day. True professionals!

Hector took the time to provide excellent customer service. While I got my oil changed he let me know my tires should be looked at because they were balding and let me know one of my running lights was out. I highly recommend this location for quick service that is also quality service

Service was good, the guys that work there take good care of you and your car. The price was nos horrible though more expensive than I thought I was going to get. A full synth is around $110, plus my car has a plastic plug that needs to be changed (based on what they said) every time the oil is changed. I don't know enough about cars to know if this is true or not, but in any case they didn't charge me for that so I thought it was ok. It was a good experience and the guys were good. I'm not giving it 5 stars because they have a big sign that says "10 minute oil change" and the whole thing took more than double that time. They were really busy but still, with a sign like that out there, I'd at least let customers know the 10 minute thing was not going to be possible that day. In any case, it didn't dampen my experience with them. I'm happy I took my car there.

Best oil change I have ever had! I highly recommend! Allen was friendly, experienced, and efficient! He even checked my blinkers, brake lights, headlights, etc. He let me know what my car needed based on milage, but with no pressure to purchase. I will be returning! Thank you!

Hector was so helpful with explaining what I needed done, when to come back and what to look for etc. Sophia did an amazing job changing my oil and helping my car.Allen was so helpful getting me in quickly.I came around 5 and they were able to get me in and out quickly and efficiently! As a female, I m always skeptical about taking my car to the shop, in fact I d usually send my husband just to avoid being scammed. However, you can feel the honesty and integrity here at Express Oil Change and I really enjoyed my experience. You can tell Nate really knows what he s doing and does a great job of getting you in and out as quickly as possible without cutting any corners. I never felt any doubt with what he was saying nor did I feel like he was adding additional unwarranted services, a really genuine guy who knows what he s doing and seemingly loves to do so. They also provide all of the options for services and really explained the costs. I also like that everyone there gave really great customer service, from the young lady that helped transfer my car seats into my rental, the black gentleman that greeted me when I first arrived, and Hector who was really personable and nice as well, not to mention the prices are very reasonable. Overall I just moved to Roswell and am excited (not that I want to visit anytime soon) to have found a good and genuine repair shop! Thank you guys!!

Anthony and Hecter are the best !! Always very helpful and informative. Always go out of the way to help make my experience better. And a plus for Hecter he is bilingual and always recommend my Spanish speaking friends to him !!

DO NOT GO HERE!! I have never been treated so badly in my life. The first person I talked to could not have been nicer. The next person was this boy who they call the manager who is an absolute bully. Tried to get me to play over $3200. Took it to a Midas and they did diagnostic for FREE and I only needed my cylinders replaced which was about $800. TREY THE JERK manager didn t mention ANYTHING about my cylinders and tried to have me hit an entire new engine mount. Midas told me they broke parts in my car too!!!!! I will be filing a complaint with corporate and I hope this review stops anyone from being disrespected and ripped off like I was!!

I stopped by this location because its near my work, and they did a great job! Hector and Deonte got me in and out with time to spare! They made plenty of recommendations but I didn't feel pressured to buy. I will be back!

I have been coming here since living in Roswell. The last two times I've gone I've gotten Hector and it's always great when he helps me. He does a great job of educating me on what my car needs and made sure to tell me about any coupons for my oil change or other services. On top of that the oil changes are quick. If you're looking for shop check this place out.

Hate to leave a bad review but these people told me they patched my tire on a very slow leaks that wasn t even punctured through and they actually put a bigger hole in my tire. The guy was very shady saying he wasn t sure the patch was going to work and to come back if it didn t. So he patched it and the next day my tire was half empty which was a way faster leak than before. I went back and he said I told you it wasn t guaranteed, want to buy a new tire? And insisted he couldn t patch it again. So I left without buying the tire and went to a different place where they showed me the new bigger hole. They patched it and my tire has been fine ever since. Don t get screwed over by these guys.

This is my second visit to Express Oil Change. I will continue to come here! Hector was awesome in fact the whole staff is excellent. They were quick and thorough. Highly recommend!!

I was told I needed a catalytic converter by anouther shop and my brother told me to check with Jason first, turns out I only needed a battery! So very greatful, can't recommend them enough. Thanks Guys.
