I m not much of a review writer and much less for outstanding service, but Empire Auto Glass truly went above and beyond for me. My Lexus IS250 needed a back glass repair done ASAP.Sully at Empire answered my call immediately, and said even though he was very busy that he could make it work. Gave a quote on the phone and stuck to the quote through the job.The professionalism was second to none. You could tell Sully was highly experienced and skilled with this type of work by the fact of him walking me through everything he was going to do when I dropped the vehicle off.The most exceptional part about the service by far was his commitment. I desperately needed the vehicle back by Wednesday and despite how busy Sully was, stayed in the shop working very late on my car. I can say from experience, there are not many other service providers that can maintain this level of commitment and service.Highly recommend Empire Auto Glass Atlanta for all of your auto glass needs!

I recently visited Empire Auto Glass for a windshield replacement, and I have to say, I'm extremely impressed by Sully's service.Having received high quotes at other places, I was relieved when Sully offered a much more affordable option. Not only was the price incredibly reasonable, but Sully also upgraded my glass to an acoustic one, which was a significant improvement in terms of durability.What really stood out to me was Sully's kindness and understanding. As a college student, affordability was a concern for me, and Sully completely understood that. He also worked efficiently and quickly, ensuring I could get back to college after spring break.Even when a small issue arose with my old rearview mirror not fitting the new windshield, Sully immediately informed me and assured me he would buy a new mirror at no extra charge. I had a great experience with Sully at Empire Auto Glass! He was extremely professional and accommodating. The windshield he had installed on my car was perfectly aligned and when driving I hear no whistling! I also drove it in the rain and there was no water coming through! I 100% recommend EAG for anyone who's looking for a glass place!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sully at Empire Auto Glass in Roswell, GA. I needed two panels of glass replaced on my Tesla, and Sully went above and beyond to meet the expectation he set.He was extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire process, and I was impressed by his attention to detail and commitment to quality work. There were a few bumps along the way, but Sully was quick to recognize the issues and make sure that they got addressed. Sully is very professional and before thinking only about making money, he values his customers as human beings and tries to help. I have a 2003 Lexus with lots of pits on it. He could easily charge me for filling or buffing them but instead tried a few of them for free and showed me it won t work. Gave me great advice. Will definitely come back here. Great professional attitude.

I highly recommend Sully and Empire Auto Glass. Sully replaced my windshield yesterday and did a beautiful job! Prior to the work being done yesterday, Sully was very informative and helpful with what needed to be done and also costs and insurance advice.I appreciate Sully's integrity, honesty and professionalism. He is also transparent and fair, and an all around nice guy.I am very glad I found Empire Auto Glass online when searching for who to call for cracked windshield.Should I need help with auto glass repair/replacement in the future, I'll definitely use Empire Auto Glass, and you'll be glad you did too.

Sully helped me out when my car got broken into. He was able to replace my window the same day I called. He was super professional and very informative. He even aired up my tires! All around great service that you don t find very often these days! I would definitely recommend.

Sully, was great during the entire process. He informed me of the mechanics of the windshield which I didn't even know about and he quickly replaced my broken windshield. He was a pleasure to work with and honestly the glass on my Camry looks 100% better than the original glass that I had before! Thank you Sully :)

Let me start off by saying that Sully(business owner) is AMAZING!!! I'd had the rear passenger window of my Jeep busted open by some low-life "pookie" or a jealous resident who called a low-life pookie to do it for them. Anyways, it happened during very early morning hours of Saturday. I'd called about 7 so-called 24 hour mobile window repair/replacement businesses who told me that I'd either have to wait Monday or Tuesday as they didn't have that particular window for my Jeep in stock or their warehouse closed at a certain that day.(why call yourselves 24hours then?!) Next thing I know a man named Sully answers- and out of the kindness of his heart, went out of his way to replace my vehicle ON HIS DAY OFF. His brand new shop wasn't even fully ready yet as he'd just obtained it. He had my particular window in stock which was a surprise bc no one else did. Not only was he very accomodating, but he was personable, very detailed & careful with my baby, explained everything that he was doing and he was fast. He even cleaned out the broken glass in my car. Sully not only replaced my window that same day, his price was reasonable!I'd wished he offered more auto services because I could tell I was in good hands with him. Sully, you have a customer for life

Sully was incredibly thorough, detailed, and knowledgeable from start to finish in my experience getting my windshield replaced by him. Not only did he give me the best quote in the area, but he was also extremely flexible in scheduling me. He was able to get me in the next day, after appointment hours, in order to accommodate my work schedule. Would give more than 5 stars if I could and would recommend to anyone. Rain was coming and my passenger side-rear window was broken. Sully was quick to answer my call, stock check for my window and get it repaired. I asked if I needed an appointment, to which he said he could work me in and expeditiously swapped out the window of my Silverado. Now my stereo is dry and safe thanks to Sully. Sully did an amazing job. I needed a new window and he was able to accommodate the same day. Very professional and was able to install a superior window for much less than the dealership. It took less than an hour and the window looks flawless. Great Service all the way around. Highly Recommend!

This is solely based on my experience. Are you tired of not receiving a straight answer on windshield replacement prices? Are you tired of receiving quotes that are $200-$300 in difference from multiple companies??? Well, I m glad to have made contact with Empire Auto Glass. The owner is very professional and ethical. The best of all is that he is very detailed oriented and always made me feel confident in his skillset. When my Suburban s window regulator malfunctioned and needed replacement at night becauseI had to going out of town the next morning, I contacted several places without success. However, Empire Auto Glass promptly offered assistance and efficiently replaced my window regulator. The service was excellent kind, diligent, and well-performed. Their professional service comes at a great price! I wholeheartedly recommend Empire Auto Glass.

Had parked our vehicle at the airport for a couple of days and someone broke into our car which idk why they would because we never leave anything in the car even a car charger. Anyways we call around and after speaking to about six different options I call Sully & I immediately knew he was the guy for the job. Just the way he was kind, honest & personable made be comfortable to schedule an appointment with him. There was some glass shipment issue and he even got out of his way to go grab the glass himself. When we got there he realized the glass they gave him was wrong but he was so nice about it and apologized kindly & offered a discount for the inconvenience and also voluntarily took our car to go vacuum all the glass out & put a clear wrap over the window so that it wasn t a wasted trip for us( he didn t have to do this but that s the type great human being he is). Absolutely BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. He was able to fix the car next morning and we are appreciative for his service.I honestly don t leave reviews comments so when I do trust me it s legit. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. Great pricing and more than that a great person who will take great care of you needs with genuine passion.Service: Auto windshield repair

Had my passenger window shattered from vandalism and Empire Auto Glass was the only one who was actually helpful! Professional, kind, and willing to fit me into their busy schedule the same day I called. Sully went above and beyond to help me out and kindly answered all of my questions + educated me on the process. The quality of the new glass is even better than before. I highly recommend Empire Auto Glass! My apartment had 100+ cars broken into, and Sully was there all day for at least a few days repairing as many windows as he could. He got to my car towards the end of the day after what I m sure was a very long day, and he still did a great job. He was very kind and diligent, and I didn t see a single piece of glass left in my car when it had been full of it. I appreciated having such great service through a stressful time!
