This is the best place around. I had a small crack in my front bumper and knocked it slightly loose. 2 other well reviewed shops in the area told me that they wouldn t/don t repair bumpers and only gave me the option to replace. They also had much much higher prices than ECC. Jefferson gave me a great quote, took my car in right before close Thursday night, and had it ready by Saturday morning less than two days later and it looks brand new. We had a deep dent in our fender. Lexus was quoting us over $2k and ECC did it for a fraction of the price. Before and after pics attached. The fender looks brand new.

This place is by far the best Collision Center.I brought my car in for body work and I needed to get it same day.Jeff assured me he will get me out in no time.Listen, he kept his promise. I sat down and waited in their nice and comfortable office while they got to work.I left feeling very satisfied. If I could give them six stars I would. After getting rear ended, I was incredibly stressed, but Jose and Jefferson made everything so easy. They gave me a great deal and did phenomenal work. ECC came recommended from my dealership, and I see why. Come here, don t even bother trying other places.

I can t say enough good things about Jefferson and his team at ECC! They did an amazing job fixing my bumper after it got damaged from road debris. Quick turnaround and great communication. Definitely would use them again.

If you need any type of collision or car body work done, this is the place to go. Abraham is the most kindness, understanding and hard working young man I have ever met. Jefferson and his crew at ECC are amazing! They fit me in the same week I brought my car in and fixed my car to perfection. ECC is hands down the best collision repair shop in Atlanta. Jefferson kept me updated with the repair and was always honest about the pricing. I would commute from anywhere just to have him fix my car if I ever need his services again in the future.

So my mom used this car to get a dent and her windshield replaced ! They did a phenomenal job and for a good price !I brought my car in that everywhere else was calling a total loss bc of the damage or they were asking for absurd amounts of money, but I was able to work out a reasonable price with ecc express.. They went above and beyond !! My car looked better than it did before the accident ! It took about two weeks and It s now on the road and running great! If I didn t find this place I would be without a car still . They are amazing, I recommend this place to everyone! 6/5 stars! Above and beyond service!!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Jefferson is amazing he is my favorite person I have met in this industry, he always takes time out of his day for me to bring parts. Jefferson has done multiple jobs on my car including fixing it from a car crash. He is a man of many skills! Other body shops will tell you you need to buy new expensive parts he will tell you he can fix it. He is a very hard working man and an amazing friend I have created a friendship with him over the months. ECC Express Collision Center is an "Amazing" place to take your car for auto/body repair. My Insurance Adjuster totaled out my Nissan Rogue 2019; Frontend was totally destroyed. Insurance Company notated a lot of damage on their report that was not damage. I thank Jefferson for fighting for my car by walking through the damage via video after I forwarded him the IA estimate; I was able to send it over the the insurance company to fight for a supervisor to come out and re-appraise my auto. ECC saved my vehicle from a total loss. Their prices were almost 50% below the Insurance Adjuster cost to repair. I thank God for leading me to this business. I would not be driving my car today and dealing with trying to replace my Nissan Rogue 2019 for far below market value for what the IA appraised my vehicle replacement cost value for if it wasn't for ECC Express Low Pricing and Evaluation. I would recommend this business to anyone for their body collision or auto repair services. They are honest and they gave fair pricing; they did a complete detail inside and out; they kept their word with the pricing; which is something that is a rarity across the board today in dealing with auto repair businesses, customer service and customer satisfaction!!! I told them that I will definitely be back to bring my other vehicles for repair when I found out that they do auto repair as well and I will definitely be sending them over referrals. If you need any body work in the area this is the spot. This team not only did the work in a timely manner but they did it flawlessly. On top of that, my son was sick the day that they had completed the car and the owner drove it out to the house. Also the pricing was extremely competitiveThis is a team that has technical expertise, takes pride in their work, and cares about the customer experience. I cannot recommend them enough.

I was in a car accident and every place I went for an appraisal wanted to schedule me a month out, on top on the time for repair of 30+ days. I found ECC and was able to get my car to Jefferson the next day. The total repair time was about 30 days but he made sure my parts were factory approved and well assembled. My car looks and drives new. I recommend their services. They are a very nice and family oriented business.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

What a terrific experience. After visiting a few other shops and being told they were backed up for 2 or 3 months I was able to get in very quickly and they had me fixed in just 2 days and even a little under estimated cost. Jefferson was amazing!!!!! I backed into a car and he was able to pop out the dent rather than needing to replace my entire lift gate. His charge was $800 and other quotes I got were around $2500. He was super professional and responsive. He was also so accommodating to my schedule!!!!! I paid him $1000 because he deserved the extra for the job well done. Jefferson is an artist. I decided to whip my truck into a yellow pole not paying attention. Everyone told me I had to replace the quarter panel plus emblems in my door, but Jefferson told me he can repair with ease. Can t say I wasn t a little skeptical but I left him my truck and low and behold it came back looking like it came brand new off the lot. Incredibly impressed with his talent and honesty unlike most other places that tell you the worst right off the bat. Highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim

Let me begin by saying that this post is way overdue.. Jefferson and his people run a truly rare business and my experience was top notch from start to finish.. As you can see from my attached photo, they made my car door look brand new once their work was completed.. Jefferson even quoted me $200 less than his competitors for absolute quality work.. When I returned a second time for another coat of polish, I pointed out some minor scratches on other parts of my car that I wanted taken care of and asked for a quote.. FREE! was his answer for taking care of the scratches which he made disappear.. Everyone there was friendly, courteous and very accommodating.. If I ever have to get bodywork done on my car again without hesitation ECC Collision is where I'll be going again.

Someone hit my car with a Uhaul truck! I told Jefferson at Ecc, that I wanted My car trade in ready, and he delivered! He even repaired a door dent and front collision damage at no cost! I got into an accident which caused my Jeep wrangler to need a new bumper, skid plate, as well as have the brakes checked. Jefferson is the owner of ECC and his assistant Joel was able to have my vehicle in for an estimate immediately and then had the repair done within a week. With the issues we faced during shipment delays with Hurricane Ian as well as my check not coming through from my insurance company, ECC was able to assist me right away and provide me with updates on what s happening with my Jeep. Typically ECC is closed on Saturday and Sunday however, Jefferson (the owner) was able to repair my vehicle on his day off as well as wash it before I picked it up. Everything was a decent price and excellent service! I will be coming back to them for my modifications on my Jeep as well as recommend them to all my friends and family.Service: Body & Trim

Jefferson is awesome! Other body shops told me I needed a new car door because my dent was not repairable. Not only was Jefferson able to repair the dent on my car door, but he did it OVERNIGHT. It would have taken other body shops over a week to replace my door, paint, etc. I also ended up paying less than half of what I would have paid at other places for a new door. Jefferson is very communicative, skilled and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

I am truly amazed at the perfection and quality of service that I received from the team at ECC Collisions. Jefferson was very informative throughout the entire process. My car had a rip on the body over the tire of about 3 inches, it was bent in and had several scratches all around the body of the tire. I wish I took pictures before, but this is the finished product. They did outstanding work, I would recommend them to anyone who wants their car to be professionally repaired. 5 star quality.
