This was my first experience with a diminished value claim and this company made this process seamlessly easy and quick. They act as your advocate and you simply retain them to represent you in the effort to get you a better settlement than what your insurance company is offering. My provider was offering me $333 and after Diminished Value of Georgia took on my claim, they were able to negotiate for $2023. You do have to pay the cost to retain them but it s fairly reasonable and likely inexpensive in comparison to what you ll receive as your payout. Felipe P was very thorough in helping me understand and navigate the process and consistent in communication. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Unfortunately, this is the second time that I've had to use the great services provided by Diminished Value of Georgia. No one WANTS to use their services but...when dealing with an insurance company after a wreck, DVG is the best place to get an accurate assessment of the diminished value of your vehicle. I highly recommend their prompt service and their followup. Well worth their fee.

My truck was involved in major rear end accident. Gave Diminished Value my repair bill. They put together a legal letter and diminish value report. I sent in insurance company, with in a week I had a check for the full diminished value without have to fight with the insurance company. Best money I spent;)))))

When my car was appraised for its damages by Geico, I took a copy of your company s report and told the appraiser about the report. She said I was the first person she ever had to show up with one of your reports. She said the value she came up with was $86, but she would email her boss with the $1192 you came up with. The $1192 was above what she could approve and her boss would need to approve. Her boss responded and approved your $1192. They couldn t approve your $225 fee but that s ok :) You got me and my extra $950!Thank you so much. I think your company is going to help a lot of people. Congrats on the GREAT idea. I was provided a detail report of my damages and had the pleasure to work with John and Felipe who were very knowledgeable and thorough with any information they provided. They shared sample templates and also assisted me with great talking points.I was able to receive an increase from the original offer thanks to Diminished Value of Georgia.

State Farm tried to low ball me and when I sent my diminished value report to them them stood firm and refused to adjust their payment amount. Diminished value of Georgia sent me a rebuttal letter to send them and within 30 minutes after e mailing it to them they called me and told me they would accept our demands and it had been authorized to pay me. Two days later the electronic payment was received. Very easy and effective.

I reached out to them for a second opinion after Allstate offered me less than what I expected for my total loss. They were extremely helpful and quick to respond. Felipe P helped explain the process to me and was very knowledgeable as well. After I received their appraisal I was able to negotiate with Allstate for a much better value going from around 4,500 offered to a little over 6,000 before taxes.Their prices are very reasonable and if you are unsure. They will actually check the numbers to make sure that you would benefit from their services before paying which is very helpful.I'd highly recommend them to anyone who feels their offer wasn't fair from the insurance and wants a second opinion.

I received an outstanding service from this company after a car accident. Contacted them for a diminished value appraisal, and within 48hrs, I had my document back, and the Insurance company accepted their appraisal and did the right thing. I absolutely 100% recommend using Diminished Value of Georgia. After a deer hit my car and costing over $10,000 worth of damage, my insurance company only wanted to pay me $534 for my car s diminished value. Diminished Value of Georgia helped me get $2642.19. Totally scammed me; fed me lies about my claim and what they would do for me, took my money, sent me a demand letter that the insurance company scoffed at, then crickets. Wouldn't take my calls or answer my emails. Tony knew from the start that my vehicle was too old to collect DV on, but sucked me in and took my money. No scruples; scumbag business practices; lied to me from the start. Read the yelp reviews; don't trust what you read here.

This was a quick and simple way to satisfy the insurance company's request to prove that my car had diminished value due to the accident. I highly recommend their services to take the stress off you and put the pressure back on the insurance company.

Felipe P was great. GEICO wanted to give us 12k for the car; after I presented the appraisal report from Diminished Value of GA they rewrote the appraisal for 15k+. Never believe the insurance companies. Do you own homework. Get you car appraised find the value for other cars in your area and negotiate the price with the insurance company. It was a lot of leg work on my part but worth it in the end. Thanks again Felipe P and Diminish Value of GA.

I was referred to Diminished Value of Georgia by my lawyer. He said they're the best and he was right. After my wreck the insurance company offered $370, with these guys I got $2650 no questions asked. Yes!

This is my 2nd time using Diminished Value and I had a DV pay out both times. I got the full DV payout several years ago when I was in a car accident. This time I got a couple hundred dollars less than the loss value, but I took it due to the age and mileage of my vehicle. DV of GA is very responsive. They will also try and help if your DV claim is denied by the Insurance. The person that hit my car was insured by State Farm and I also have a auto and Homeowners with State Farm. My car is over 125k miles but in very good condition and up to date on maintenance. State Farm was hesitant about paying for my DV claim initially because they said my car had over 100k miles and did not diminish in value. I have a 2012 Nissan Maxima SV. State Farm paid my DV claim. I m satisfied. DV of GA is a great service and I highly recommend. Also know that the insurance companies will play hardball and in many cases deny the claim. Don t accept no for an answer. If the Claims Specialist can t help, ask to speak with their Superior. Thx, MJS

FANTASTIC! I was hit and knew nothing about diminished value of my vehicle until my insurance company sent me a check for $93.41. I did my research and contacted Diminished Value for a free estimate and found that I was owed way more! They helped me take the next steps and I submitted my paperwork as detailed in my instructions that they sent me and low and behold within 3 days my insurance company called back stating they were issuing me a check for $735 ($15 less than Diminished Value had appraised). I'm so thankful I did my research and contacted someone regarding this. McKenzie and her team were so helpful! Highly recommend!!

Diminished Value of Georgia is a very easy company to work with. My insurance company attempted to settled my diminished value on a 2016 vehicle with less than 9,000 miles for $550. DVG was able to get me a settlement of $1,800 in less than a month. Very professional and they respond quickly. Impressive Customer Service!!!

Do not use this company. Paid for appraisal for diminished value loss, and company gave me an inflated appraisal that carries no weight with any insurance company. After eagerly accepting my money I learned no insurance company considers any online appraisal credible. They all want in person appraisals. This service did nothing for me even though they assured me I had an outstanding case. Every dollar you give this company might as well go in the trash. Diminished value of Georgia is a complete scam. Please call your insurance company before giving them any money and they will quickly tell you they're service is a waste of money!

My insurance company told me that the damage to my car was too small to get a diminished value payout. I asked several times and they were insistent. My friend recommended Tony, and after negotiations and an independent appraisal, I was awarded $1,250.Always seek diminished value when the other party is at fault. I thought I could trust my insurance company to be forthright and fair in this case (they were representing me and the party at fault would ultimately have to pay damages). I truly needed Tony's help and would not have received anything for diminished value without his assistance.

I had an awesome experience with my Diminished Value. I was given quite a bit of push back from my insurance company and offered $300 with no other suggested options. They appraised my vehicle at $1700 of diminished value and were able to settle with my insurance at $1250. A big difference from $300. Thumbs up

I have nothing but the highest compliments to the team at Diminished Value of Georgia, and especially to Kevin.My initial DV proposal from my insurance company was for $200 (Max $500) and after a small time investment and thorough documentation, I was able to get a proper valuation and insurance came to an agreement to pay the increased amount.

This company went above and beyond! Their appraisal was very professionally written, far superior to what the insurance company presented. These guys backed their work and were extremely supportive in steering me in the right direction for what I needed to do next. It is the first time for me to collect diminished value from an insurance company and Progressive did not make it easy sailing so thank you guys for all you did!

If you feel that your insurance company did not give fare price for your totaled car, do use this service. Tony was professional and helpful. We paid 400 for appraisal and settlement and it changed insurance company payout for 1300 in our favor. So, better bottom line plus moral satisfaction.

What can I say about Tony and Diminished value of GA ? Rock Stars !!My X5 BMW got hit by negligent driver in a routine traffic accident and insurance company was not willing to fix the car and claim a total loss. I wanted to make sure that I need a knowledgeable , dependent and fierce partner on my side to navigate the settlement process.I got Tony & company info with high recommendation from my work colleague and he didn't disappoint not a single bit. He explained to me the process , clear instruction of dos/ don't , expenses associated with his services and what it takes to get me over the finish line. I trusted him and passed on the baton and he took care of everything in a week time with the settlement over 3,000.00 from what the insurance company offered originally.I am grateful for the outcome and no complaints what so ever!!
