Had a great experience with Carlos here. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes after having gotten my emissions checked and windshield wipers changed. He also helped by directing me to a tag renewal kiosk and gave me pointers if I am ever pulled over again for expired tags. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Nobody enjoys having to take their car to get the emissions done every year. I know I don't!We usually take our cars to the Dekra by Northlake because we used to live over there. They usually have an online coupon. But my husband found this closer location last weekend and took his car there. He met Charlotte and told me how great she was at taking care of his test. So I took mine over to this location this week.Charlotte is AWESOME. She has a great attitude and is very pleasant to chat with. Honored my coupon. We had a fun time talking and she took care of my test in no time. I can't say enough good things about her.Thank you, Charlotte! :-)Service: Emissions testing

It may be "just" a routine test, so I can't say I'll return (until next year), but it was so fast, easy, and pleasant. Courteous and easy; I enjoyed it! Receipt says "Charlotte." Awesome Service. Very Fast. They have moved from the old tent building by the bank to the left end of the shopping center if you are looking at the Goodwill store. I have posted a picture.

I usually use Buffalo Emissions, across the street but tried Dekra today because it is Sunday and Dekra is the only site open. Dekra is $5.00 more, they made me get out of the car during the test, and it has now been over 4 hours since testing and the result still hasn t been uploaded. Next year I ll plan better and do it all at Buffalo.Service: Emissions testing

After waiting for 20 minutes at a place near 400, I left and came here. The man working promptly came out and I was out of there within 10 minutes. He was so nice and checked all the basics. Thank you so much!

Awesome little place they have now. It is at the end of the shopping center. You just pull up to the sliding glass door like you are dropping off your dry cleaning. They use to be where the new star bucks is now by the bank. No ramps and I didn t have to get out of my car. I used a five dollar coupon online.

I went during regular hours and waited for about 5 mins, checked inside and no one was there (but a bag and fresh coffee were on the table). I came back 30 mins later and got great, immediate, and quick service. Not sure where she was the first time, though! Make sure you check out the Dekra website to get $5 off; it is a bit pricier than your average emissions station ($25).

I've neen costumer for 3 years. This year I went to their competitors, simply because. I was told to come back once my check engine light will go away. I did that come back with in 3 days for a free repeat test. The test was not done because I did not had mechanic signature on a form I was given. The mechanic that the fix the light said that there's nothing was wrong with your car I just have to reset your engine that's all. Disappointed. . Oh well took my money somewhere els.

I m coming from out of state and I had questions about emissions testing and wow, the customer service is terrible. The guy with the long hair was extremely rude and insensitive. Maybe he was having a bad day, due to the rain? Who knows! I don t recommend this place at all...at least he wore his mask
