My car takes special order tires. I went to Sam s, Walmart and Mavis, and none of them could help me. The cheapest tire they were offering was over $350 for one. I drove over 2 miles to country tires on a flat. They saved the day

Best tire Shop in Roswell, Alpharetta, Johns Creek area. Nice people , very good work. New or used tires, they have EVERYTHING! They worked with me 3 on separate occasions to get BYRD completed and put my Tire cover on. They sold me the correct size tire for only $40.I also used them for several of my other vehicles and they did GREAT then as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys! The tires on the ground in the pics didn't come from them. Found those while I was teaching my baby how to parallel park the H2.

Grrrrreat place, Faster and less expensive than other tire places in the area. Bought 1 tire and had tpms sensor replaced in under a half-hour and for 100$ , annnnd without appointment. Initially visited for one used tire but found out they do so much more. I'll be back to buy 5tires, wheel repair and wheels painted glossy black .I'm happy.Thanks guys!!Great customer service and attention to detail.I Highly recommend them. Awesomeness!

Would give a negative 5 if I could. BEWARE!!!! They are putting dry rotted tires on cars that doesn't even last two months, has huge cracks in them and can go flat at anytime. Their own staff told me that the tires were too old. Then why put them on a customer's car? Get rid of them if they're bad tires. They used the fact that I was a woman and didn't know to look for that on a tire before purchase. Thank God the place I get my oil change are good people caught it and let me know. Went back to see if they would give me better tires and no so I just want to warn the next woman or man.

When I arrived, I initially asked the owner about the cost of replacing two tires along with the installation. He quoted me $230. However, after the tires were changed, his brother informed me it would be $308. I reached out to the owner, mentioning the initial quote, and he claimed he never spoke to me about it at all.

I want to recognize the integrity, honesty and availability of Country Tires. Luis gave me an open and honest estimate to replace one of the TPMS sensors. Hugo replaced it and then told me that the sensor on my full size spare tire on my RAV4 was not reading. I authorized it to be replaced as well. Couple minutes later, Hugo came back and said that he checked it again after removing the cover and it was fine, so no replacement is needed. How many auto repair shops can anyone find around with this level of honesty? He could have replaced it and charged me, and I was perfectly fine with it. But he didn t. So, I strongly recommend Country Tires for your tire and auto related needs. Thanks Luis and Hugo!

I went to change my tire, but instead they informed me that they could clean it and patch it up. I paid a negligible amount and went on my way. That was years ago, and I have been going there every since. They ll never try to scam you into buying something you don t need. Expect honest people, prompt service, and quality used tires.

STAY AWAY!!! Firstly I got my tire and in a month there was a flat which is no big deal but I went to get air in my tire and there was a dry rot. They sold me 2 dry rot tires and for the love of me they had the worst horrific attitude they talked down on me like I was dumb and kept explaining to me it was user error which is not the case. I would highly not recommend going here even if you are on your last leg. They are frauds and were trying scam me out of a new tire. Stay safe out there so not and I mean not going to SANCHEZ TIRES IN ROSWELL GEORGIA

No sense of urgency what so ever. Not sure how they still in business. Everyone just walking around. Three people have came after me and left.I guess my technician on lunch or something. I just the manager doesn t care to get off the phone to even help. First and last for me.

I went in on Friday 10/25 to get a tire replaced. On Sunday morning I noticed the tire was flat so I called AAA to come and put a spare tire on until Sanchez opened up on today 10/28 but when they came out they could only put air in the tire because the technician named Matthew had stripped 3 out of 5 of my lug nuts so I had to go to NTB to get the tire off and plug the tire and I had to purchase new lug nuts. I went in today 10/28 to ask to be reimbursed for the purchase of the lug nuts because they were damaged here. I wouldn't recommend this place because even though it's a used tire place, if they damage something on your vehicle's they will not repair it. Lesson learned, never will I return. CAUTION!!!!!BEWARE!!!!!!

Absolutely love this place! They work hard and back their work 100%. Had two tires put on and the weights were off and I had to go back and Valentin did amazing work on making sure the tires were balanced and the air pressure was the right amount. He communicated with me about everything he was doing. I will always go to them for any car work I need done!

Run away from this place- They do not respect your time at all and they overcharged you for nothing. I waited for almost two hours for changing a light bulb ( he took care of every client who came after me first ). He charge less money for changing a tire than a light bulb.Busquen otro lugar donde reparar su carro- Hugo( creo) , la persona q cobra en la recepci�n es un grcero q no respeta

Their 5 star reviews are fake. I took my car to fix the brakes a few months ago. They did the whole package but my breaks are still failing. And they added an extra charge without telling me at checkout. Shady.

This tire shop will put any tires on your car and say it s ok! If you have awd do not go here for your tires, instead of them replacing my tires with the correct size they just added more air and sent me on my way,, my AWD flashes all the time which meant I had to go to another tire company and find matching tires to correct the problem.. don t waste your money or time theee people are not educated to put the correct tires on your vehicle

Luis put 2 different used tires on my car causing it to pull to one side I went there to let him know instead of fixing the problem they moved them around and the issue became worse I went back he suggested that I buy new ones I agreed ,he ordered the tires and said that he will call me when they deliver them the next day, he never called me , I called twice he didn t answer the phone it was almost time for them to close the shop (Saturday )and they don t open on Sunday which day I was supposed to travel with the same car, I drove there, when I arrived I was asked how can I help you I said that I was here just yesterday, they finally put the new tires and he charged me more than the price we agreed to , I was trying to understand why , but he was so rude saying that if I don t pay the money he ask for I won t get my car back , I was shocked and very disappointed , after this bad experience I m going back and will not recommend anyone to that place.

In the past three days I ve bought two tires from here. I just had them put the tire on the wheel because I m a wierdo that likes changing tires (I have no doubt they would do an excellent job) and the price for a quality user tire on the wheel in less than 10 minutes twice really was excellent. Need a tire in Roswell or Alpharetta? Go by Sanchez tires. Great tires and great people.

This family owned business is one of a kind!!! I came in here for a punctured tire on my Jeep , and was serviced within 20 minutes.They did a amazing job by checking my rim and tire to ensure it was safe. Went above and beyond with their service as well as everyone that was there. Luis and his crew are all very hard working people. I recommend this business to everyone who needs of their services.

This was the worst body shop I have ever been too. They charged me $600 for the brakes to be changed and when I went to pick up the car, all of a sudden my transmission is blown. I had to take it to a different mechanic who said they put my brakes on backwards and how it broke the calibers. When I called to tell them, they denied it and said they were too busy to fix their own mistake. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I went from needing new brakes to a total loss of a car.

I arrived without appointment, they had a used tire for my car in stock, and I was out in 15(ish) minutes! Awesome experience

This will be my go to for all of my tire and wheel needs. This was my second time here and getting service was still great. I asked to inspect the tires myself and was obliged without I any issues. I was greeted and felt welcome. Sanchez tries should be the model for customer service; not only in this industry but all of them.

Updated Review:Ive gotten all of my tires here for years & i went back for a Another. In the process, my rim was chipped and scratched up in quite a few spots while getting the old tire off. I went back up there & they started acting like they didn t speak English. Never got my rim payed for or fixed. The rim is discontinued and can No longer be purchased. I will NEVER use these people again.

Where are my tires?!!The worst thing a business owner can do is not admit when they made a mistake! Had he simply apologized and admitted he forgot about me I wouldn't be writing this review.I stopped by about a month ago and bought two out of the four tires that I needed (he didn't have all 4 available). Sanchez got my contact information and told me he would put me on the list and when he got a pair in they would let me know. Fast forward to now, it's been a month and no word from him. I said I would stop by the shop and ask why the tires have been taking so long.I get to the shop and the employee tells me he ran out of that size... I said "Yes, that's what you told me a month ago when I last came." He mentioned they get tires in every week and as soon as they come in they are often sold. "I've been waiting for a month for you guys to call me as soon as you would get tires in that size!" I take it up with Sanchez and tell him "hey, I haven't really heard from you..."The short of it is that since they sold the one's that had come in my size the only option was for me to buy a new tire! Very convenient for them! It didn't matter that I was on "the list." When I asked him about that he said "well, we get thousands of orders... you should have called." Are you serious? No, YOU should have called!As with a lot of these mom and pop shops it's a hit and miss. Overall service is generally good.... but like I said, a trait of a good leader/ business owner is to apologize and acknowledge when YOU made a mistake... not tell the customer- "You should have called." Ridiculous.Also, I'm sure his house is very nice but the customer waiting area could be a little bit cleaner and more accommodating. He has this old couch and chair which have a very distinct smell to them. A stop at the Goodwill would be a simple fix.

Valentino, I absolutely loved how he knew exactly what to do when I told him I had no idea which tire needed attention. He said no problem and quickly took my tires pressures and found the culprit. Inside sidewall of my tire was a dreadful nail and he showed me a replacement tire which was a quick match and took care of me in 20 minutes or less. I recommend anyone to go to Sanchez Tires they are the best and Valentino is a sweetheart :-) from Monique!!!

I called ahead to get pricing on tires which they quoted me $25 per tire without installation. When I came in person to buy the tire they raised the price to $67 a tire, and rescinded their previous price. That is a poor business practice I would recommend going to yamas tires or anywhere else that s 15 minutes away, and won t mess you up on pricing.

Love the bigger store! This is a favorite local tire spot of mine- I always come here if I have a tire emergency. Everyone is very nice and helpful and they have the best tire deals in the area. Not to mention they work fast!

Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. They were busy so I recommend getting there early. I got 2 used tires.
