The staff here was amazing, kind, and patient. Carlos made my long, stressful journey of car shopping fun and laughable. The accommodations made here on this deal was so appreciated. Carlos worked with us to fit our budget. Never no pressure and gave us plenty of space to decide which car to purchase on our own. I highly recommend CNB Auto sales in Roswell to anyone looking for a good car at a decent and fair price!

Our experience was great!! Carlos was excellent, informative, willing to assist and he didn't try to "sell" me a vehicle. Definitely recommend and will be back to purchase again!

Great buying experience. Carlos was happy to let me test drive the truck on my own. He didn t blink when I took it to my mechanic for an inspection. Best of all, he listened when I brought him the results of the inspection and we negotiated a modest but fair price concession to account for some immediately needed work on the truck. When it was time to buy, the process was quick and easy. I would definitely buy from him again.

First time buying a used car so I was a little sceptical about the whole experience but Carlos at cnb autosales was very professional and welcoming didn't make me feel like he was just trying to sell me a car just very informative about everything and the whole experience was amazing I'm glad I went here and I got a new car thank you guys.i will be coming back in the future

I cannot express how amazing of an experience we had at CNB Autosales yesterday. From the moment we got there, we were greeted like family. Carlos and his family provided such amazing customer service and made the whole test driving and car buying process seamless, not to mention his son who was an absolute joy and was so caring and hospitable towards us. We were so impressed by Carlos attention to detail when it came to the cars he offers as he is very knowledgeable in this area. You can tell he is passionate about what he does and is very trustworthy. We left completely satisfied with our car and overall experience. I called as soon as they opened to make sure a vehicle was still available. I spoke with Carlos. I explained to him that I had been looking for a vehicle like the one listed and would definitely purchase the vehicle. I kept in touch with him throughout the day, and negotiated a price. I told him I was taking off work early and that I would be going by my bank to bring cash to buy the vehicle outright.I explained that it was almost a two hour drive for me hence the taking off work early. He said that sounded good and he looked forward to seeing me. I kept him updated, when I was getting to the bank, when I was leaving, how far out I was and updated him on arrival time throughout my drive due to traffic. I arrived at the dealership only to find he was in the middle of selling the car to someone else. He then said it s first come first serve basis . I told him I had already taken off work and brought the cash and he agreed to sell it to someone who got there 5 minutes before me. Who had already brought a cashiers check for the full price so he had obviously led them to believe it was theirs as well. I understand if someone wants to operate on a first come first serve basis, but that needs to be clearly articulated and added to their listings instead of wasting people s time and money. Overall a very poor way to run a business and a rude way to treat people.

I recently bought a car from there and since we arrived they treated us very well and very professionally. The car is in perfect condition, it is very clean and cared for as it said in the description!
