Super Quick! I brought my car in on a Tuesday the week of Thanksgiving & I just had my car finished up Thursday a week after & couldn t be any happier with the work done to my vehicle! Super friendly staff not to mention, I highly would recommend for you to bring your car here. Before & after included

Look at my 18 year old car!! I honestly can not say enough good things about my experience with Classic Collision. They repaired my car after an accident and they did a fantastic job! They were in constant contact with me, letting me know how things were going. Caleb was my representative, and he was great and answered all my questions. Thank you, Classic Collision! I would give you 10 stars if I could!!

Classic Collision has made my collision experience the best I could have imagined. Not only were the repairs done expeditiously, but I was notified throughout the process of the time frame until completion. The manager, Todd, discovered a HUGE safety issue not even pertaining to my original repair and went out of his way to have the parts ordered and replaced so that I would not have any issues with my vehicle down the road. Even when picking up my car, he was understanding of my work schedule and very accommodating. I d recommend this location to anyone!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I worked with Todd Brandon who provided an estimate and managed the process of repairing my 2008 Mercedes E63. This car is my baby. It may be 12 years old but it feels like a new car to me. I spent almost a year looking for it and found one in almost perfect condition.My lower front grill was taken out by some road debris. It also damaged the grill around one of the fog lights, a parking sensor, the bottom lip and some cosmetic damage to the transmission cooler and surrounding duct work. I was worried because State Farm originally wanted to repair the bumper cover but I know repairs to cracks in these covers just don t last. They also specced some non Mercedes parts. I got an estimate from another repair facility that is not in the State Farm network and they did not believe a new bumper cover would be approved. Todd was able to spec a new OEM bumper cover and all new OEM parts. The car came back with the front end looking like new. He also had it done in three days. I couldn t be happier.Service: Body & Trim

Went in for some cosmetic work to due a collision. The employees went above and beyond. Not only was the repair great, but they detailed and hand washed the car. They also repaired a small scrape on the rear bumper, and tighten up the brakes and steering. Fortunately, my bad experience didn't go further than what I thought would be an informative and helpful conversation, but indeed was the complete opposite. I called Todd to get an estimate but very quickly felt like I was being condemned for callingwith questions about what it entails on getting an estimate. He kept repeating to me that you don't waste a body shops time with estimates and was extremely snarky, then starting to lecture me with telling me how it's against the law to take the money and not use it to fix the car. I'm sorry what? Lol did I give you an impression that I'm not serious about getting my car fixed? He continued to make more snarky comments on how I'll probably take it to a chop shop and laughing at me. How unprofessional. All I expected was someone to be professional and informative, not to be judged and lectured. I've never done this before with fixing my car so clearly I needed guidance. Unfortunately it just left me feeling horrible about wanting to inquire about an estimate.

Worse customer experience , please do not bring your vehicle here. The manager "Todd" is one of the rudest people I've ever spoke to . Not only his troubleshooting skills are awful , he tells customers it's against the law to get an estimate without getting their vehicle fixed . My gf called for an estimate and he profiled her stating multiple times that she was wasting the shops time only by getting an estimate. It's a business they're supposed to give it estimates so people can repair their vehicle. Todd can't do his job and takes his frustrations on women customers .

They are wonderful, friendly, and so helpful, accommodating.They offer a lifetime warranty on their repairs.They fixed more on my car than they needed for the same price.I had another issue that wasn't part of the repairs, so they're having me drive up to look at it for free

Classic Collision in Downtown Roswell has repaired cars for me on a couple occasions. Their repairs have always been spot on. they are friendly and provide great customer service. Todd and the rest of the team do a great job. I would highly recommend them and will call on them again if the need arises!Todd even helped me with a minor bumper issue on the spot. Excellent customer service. They got my car done 2 days before promised. The repair was perfect. They detailed my car inside and out. It looked better than it did before! These guys are great. Would recommend to everyone I know!

These guys are great. Punctual, professional and customer service friendly. This shop has great pick up options and a staff willing to do above and beyond for their customers. I referred a friend who picked up his car yesterday. He also has nothing but great feedback. Just saw they are available through my insurance so I will see them soon!!

When I chose Elite Auto Collision to repair my Ford Ranger Pick-Up truck from a wreck, I didn't know anything about them except that they were a State Farm Select Service Center, and I thought that would speed up the process. Robert Reyes is the GM, he is honest and reliable, delivering when he says. Jordan keeps up with all the paperwork, and is smart, genuine, and kind. They really did a super job repairing all the damage, even replacing the ball & hitch on my bumper! State Farm lists them as Select, and they sure got that right!

I would recommend Elite Auto for ANY auto repair needs. I brought them my Mustang with heavy rear end & quarter panel damage, and it came out looking better than it did before. They detailed the outside AND inside of my car, & made sure to properly align and test drive before handing over the keys. These guys are really on top of their game.

5 star quality of work. Took my brand new SQ5 there and they delivered perfect work at good price. Only comment - the car came back with a layer of dust on the inside which wasn't ideal, but the paint work was absolutely perfect. It's a body shop not an auto detailer after all. Will use them for all my vehicles from now on.

Have had many Collison repairs done, by fare this was the less stress less extra work for myself. I did not have to speak to Insuranse claim people or rental car peeps either. Todd Brandon handled the repair assignment for me with insurance and made my reservations with a rental car company. I ve never had a collision center step up and do all the legwork for me, all the extra work is normally on myself I m very appreciative for the extra work elite Collision did for me. Color match on my vehicle was perfect turnaround time getting my vehicle back was truly amazing. Elite Collison/Todd Brandon wanted my business at the beginning of my repair and proved this with quality, honesty thru the repair process. I wrote this with with trueness to help the public as much as Elite Collison. Meaning my 15 accidents/repairs I have been involved in have had many shop deliver my vehicles with many problems no quality and cost me rental out of my pocket.Hope this will help you make better decisions and use Elite Collison for your repairs in future.

I would highly recommend Elite Auto Collision. Todd was very professional and courteous and the work was done in a timely manner. Even in bright sunlight the paint match was perfect. The next time that I need automotive bodywork, I will call Elite.

I wrecked my vehicle on 6/17,took my truck in on the 18th. Just let me say that I incurred major damages, but Todd and his team performed excellent work and the service was perfect.... Was soooooo happy to receive my baby back in pristine condition. Would recommend to any and everyone. Thanks, Elite!!!

My experience with Elite Auto Collision was superb. Marty is a pleasure to work with and the work on our van was done in a very timely manner. I just picked our van up today because the headlight assembly had to be replaced. Marty went above and beyond by having an unsightly area on our rear panel buffed out. He made my day!

Great service from Todd and his team, timely and took care of rental car and everything. Car looks great after being broken into and my door dented. Hopefully never have to come back but if I do I know I m in good hands!

My brother brought his car into the shop and within a week it was don fixed and back to my brother looking better then ever, I really appreciate all the great service from Todd Brandon and his team, I also work in this field so to see another company deliver great service fast and efficient with a smile was very comforting. They keep me and my brother in the loop the whole time, Hate to say this as seeming as how I am the competition it would definitely return again if needed, thank you again.
