We showed up at Champ with our son, ready to shop for his first car. We didn't have an appointment (which is needed, it's best to call ahead!) but they accommodated us within a couple of hours, pulling the cars we wanted to see to the lot and helping us with the details.We wound up test driving the car my son was interested in, a white Volvo XC60. We liked it immediately, it was in great cosmetic shape for a 10 yr old car. Note that their cars are as-is unless you purchase a warranty. We did not, but the car was in great shape. We purchased the car on the spot. And Scott helped us both in the moment on the lot and after the sale.We had shopped around a good bit and knew we were getting a good deal. The prices give you some room to purchase the extended warranty or make a few repairs to an older car if necessary. These are reasonably priced cars that, based on what we've seen, don't really show their age. We weren't looking to spend a fortune for our son's first car, but we didn't want a beater, either. At Champ, we found something we knew he'd be proud to drive, for a good price, in good shape.Overall it was a great experience and Champ has GREAT cars.

I had a great online shopping experience with Scott at Champ motors his salesmanship was and very genuine open and honest about the car answered all my questions, did everything I ask of him never not once did he try to over charge me. And when it came to shipping the car he ask me to set the shipping price that was doable for me and got the car right out to me within three day, couldn't ask for a better experience shopping online thank you Mr. Scott the car was everything as advertised truly appreciate your help we are enjoying the car Thanks Champ Motors

Best way I could describe the Champ Motors team: Friendly, professional, honest, and transparent. Shopping for a car from out of state, I had a multitude of questions and concerns of making the trip out for a test drive only to be catfished. The salesman I worked with was very helpful and put many of my concerns at ease. Answered all of my question promptly, provided any and all documentation/carfax records that I requested. Car was exactly what I was expecting/hoping for. Drove it all the way back to Minnesota that day, and have been very happy with it ever since. Even had my mechanic give her a once over when I got home and everything was in great condition. They definitely made my out of state purchase smooth, easy, and mishap free. Will definitely keep them in mind the next time I'm in the market for a new vehicle.

Run don t walk to Champ Motors if you are looking for clean European cars. We walked the first time and missed the deal, second two times we ran and scored the deal. Lower mileage, clean cars that were competitively priced. Scott at Champ Motors was attentive, followed through on promises and worked with our needs; Champ s selection and Scott s service brought us back the second time.

Scott was super helpful answering questions. I purchased a vehicle online and I gotta be honest it was scary not being able to see the vehicle in person. Scott was very transparent about the good and the bad, he arranged to have the vehicle shipped to us here in Washington state. Shipping was reasonable and the vehicle was delivered quickly. We are very happy with our purchase and plan on doing business with them again in the future.

Scott Clark made my purchase smooth. I called Scott told him the car I was interested in. He had it ready for a test drive when I arrived. I purchased the Q7 s-line Audi and was in and out in about 45 minutes. Great dude!

*** GOOGLE REVIEWS I would not trust ,I came here before I decided to buy. Should have looked at YELP first. Detailed experiences of people who bought cars from here. Don't believe they have more positive than negative.Scott comes across as friendly and helpful. Less than four months later my power steering went out. Mechanic said he thinks it was in a flooddue to corrosion around some of the parts, He found lots of dampness under the carpet in the trunk with baking soda. Thats used to get rid of smell.I should have headed my suspicions when I saw that the engine was spotless to the point it looked new when my car is a 2013 S5 Audi.It was to cost me more thsn $2-3000k for a new power steering module.Called Scott and I told himwhat my mechanic told me.It also had a strange odor for weeks, I thought maybe it was someone's body odor. It was the mildew smell they tried to cover up with baking soda.I asked Scott about that and he responded" i have allergies so I didnt smell anything" . LiesHe told me to have car sent to his mechanic to "see whats going on". Thinking if he is telling me this even though I told him what the problem was already so feeling like that he intended to fix it. Had my car for almost two weeks . Said he was looking for the part. Finally called and he tells me that the mechanic he had me send car to that I would have to work out payment with him. Why would i send my car to him and his mechanic to tell me something I already knew? Wasted my time and only thing he offered is to pay the mechanic the "diagnostic" fee I never asked him for which confirmed what I had told him before i sent it to him.Furthermore I sure this is a racket he has worked out with the mechanic. The mechanic was gonna grossly overcharge me for something that at best once I got the part for maybe just a couple of hundred at another mechanic I had it taken to. Im a disabled veteran and I told them to please let me know any issues as I am on a fixed budget, I know it was as is but the cover up of a flood with baking soda is illegal and unethical. Buy at your own risk at this place.I went to him before I wrote a review because some of these reviews he responded saying no one told him there was a problem. Well I did and it was nothing but a waste of time and money with me paying to tow my car there and then back when he didnt fix it. Im telling you dont fall for the smile and friendly demeanor . These guys are straight up crooks with no integrity. I will be reported them to every government agency that regulate this industry.

Scott at champ motors was good to work with and Kind, went out if his way to get us fix up with our cars. Have to say I was little scared to send money and buy online but Scott follow though to the end. Here in West Virginia all the cars have rust so we decided to look far. We purchase 2014 BMW X1. And a 2003 x5. Scott follow though and tried to help me with all my concerns the best he could.He let us know when the cars were headed our way. Usually the next day we had our cars. Yes I will buy again. Be sure you ask questions so you have no surprises when your car arrives.

Had a great experience buying my Mercedes E350 from these folks. My salesman Scott was excellent to deal with. No hard sale tactics. Down to earth and no drama. I got a great deal on the car and the whole process couldn't have been easier. Scott answered every one of my texts and calls immediately and they were extremely busy too. Everyone at Champ Motors was helpful and friendly. I'd definitely recommend them.

Total cons. The absolute worst. They cover up issues to maximize profits. When replacing my catalytic converter my mechanic said that they tampered with the sensors to try and cover up the problem. If you have had a problem with this business contact the Attorney General consumer protection division. Avoid this dump at all cost.

I cannot say enough about Scott and champ motors!! From start to finish it was a smooth buying process. They were patient, worked with me, and made sure I got not only the best price possible, but a reliable vehicle. I tried going through big-name dealerships for a used car. At those places, I was nothing but a number/sale. At champ motors, Scott specifically, I actually felt heard not just listened to. I felt like my business actually mattered. They even offered to let me do a pre-purchase inspection so that I felt comfortable purchasing the car of my choice. Any questions or concerns I had, Scott was going above and beyond to address them in such a fantastic way. They were absolutely wonderful, so much so, that when my son starts driving, I know who I m taking my business to again. Thank you guys for everything you did for me. Especially working with a veteran and a mom!!!

The customer service is very welcoming and generous. I purchased a 2013 Audi 3weeks ago today and I had to wait to write the review because I had to get my car check out to give a adequate review Well on the way home from the dealership the check engine light came on but no change in the way the car drove nor idled I had my import mechanic put it on the machine he said It was the High pressure fuel pump in the engine and that who ever bought this car from the auction knew the check engine light was on so prior to selling they deleted the code and sold the car but after you put so many miles on the car the computer will trigger the light to come on and that s what it did so I m out of $600 after 3weeks purchase Advise drive the car you want to purchase and have it inspected. I found the entire experience of buying my car to be stress free and straight forward. I responded to an ad on Autotrader.com and test drove the car the next morning. It was even better looking in person! I had it checked out by my mechanic the following day and Champ even gave me the Carfax. No pressure sales and no price gauging. I love my new ride!

STAY AWAY!! I had an interaction with a gentleman named Scott, inquiring about a vehicle. I shot him a low price thinking he was a private seller. Once he notified me he wasn t I asked him for an out the door price. He provided using the list price as the subtotal. I asked if he can work on the sub total to make a deal, he decided to walk away. Interaction up to this point was fine and very quick. I let him know that I will be leaving a review he immediately got offended and called me unprofessional (as a consumer???). The guy is not wanting to help you out or get you a vehicle. He gets offended with simple offers. Even though he s in sales. Overall just a bad taste in my mouth after that part. STAY AWAY !

I drove 90 minutes to look at an Audi. I found the one I wanted and Alex was more than willing to let me take it to the mechanic for the day even though another party was there to see the car right after us. I wanted the car but couldn't get financing that day. Alex allowed me to put a $500 non refundable deposit down to hold the car. It turns out my bank didn't want to finance this car because it was too old after a few days.Alex still refunded me the deposit.even though he didn't have to. This is a place I would do business with again.

Scott was cool and great to deal with. Not pushy and very responsive. That being said, buying a car from Champ is one of the worst decisions I ve made in recent memory this is on me, as I bought the car as is . They do not do inspections before putting vehicles on the lot. Please have the vehicle your looking at inspected by a trusted mechanic. One day after purchase, the engine light is back on (after being assured that the chip just needed to be recalibrated) ($500) and the muffler has fallen off( another $500), and it goes downhill from there I m not saying not to buy a car from Champ. Just saying I wish I hadn t

I purchased a 2013 Toyota Prius with 120k miles from Alex and Scott two weeks ago. We spoke on the phone briefly and discussed the condition of the car. When I arrived the car was exactly as perfect as they described. No scratches, dents, new tires, and no mechanical issues. That says a lot for their quality used cars with over 100k miles and under $10k. They provided in-house financing. Everything was quick and smooth. Less than an hour in and out. I could not be happier.

PLEASE READ THE 1 STAR REVIEWS!!!9/13/23 RESPONSE TO THE OWNERThe very first test drive resulted in the upper radiator hose coming off the radiator. The salesman said it was a common thing and that it would be fixed. The next test drive I noticed it had a stuck lifter from the ticking sound coming from the head. The same salesman that seemed to be so knowledgeable was then asking me how it could be fixed without offering to fix it. No offer reduce the price because of the issue either.I've reduced my review to 1 star now as it seems you are now trying to make me look bad. I did inform the salesman before purchase. Just like you wrote "We sell everything AS-IS and this 21 year old vehicle would've been no exception". No attempt was made to resolve this issue, and it was made very clear to us that no assistance would be provided regarding the issue before much less after purchase. Therefore when we continued to have issues with the upper radiator hose coming off, we didn't bother because it was obvious to us that we weren't valued. We're just thankful the engine never overheated.You also obviously nit picked my bad reviews as most of my reviews are positive. I also question what you think is "bad". Based on a scale of 5 stars, a 3 would be neutral. Below that would be bad and REALLY bad. I'm not sure what McDonald's or Walmart's you think deserve a 5 star review, but I'd think you'd be in the minority there. People can judge my 3 star Chicfila review for themselves as I provided a picture to show my issue. I still regularly go to that Chicfila but they still often get my order wrong, but lets look at my last 20 of my 129 reviews:- (12) 5 stars- (2) 4 stars- (3) 3 stars- (1) 2 stars- (2) 1 starCheck your facts before you start throwing accusations, especially when others here can check MY facts and see I telling the truth and how you appear to be slandering a true customer that had an issue and your business didn't care and THIS is how you treat them after they publicly vocalize their issue. My shopping experience with Champs was AWESOME.... I randomly stopped by and caught Scott doing a scheduled showing with another customer- I wasn't aware of scheduling an Appt-But Scott took the time to let me look at the vehicle and sit in it and answered all my questions. Little did I know he was actually under the weather and stayed to assist me!!!Long story short I returned the next weekend test drove the vehicle and made a deal that same day. Scott was super helpful and the deal went SUPER SMOOTHLY. No hidden fees no weird random charges. The advertised price was solid. About 30 mins after test drive I was on my way home with an amazing vehicle that I've been enjoying everyday!!!!

My boyfriend, Walter, and I recently purchased a 2007 Lexus GS450h from Champ Motors. We both were very skeptical at first and thought we were going to be given the old bait-and-switch once we got there. However, we can truly say that this was one of the best car buying experiences that either of us has ever had. When we arrived, Alex, the owner, wasn't there but he had informed Scott and Kevin to be expecting us. Scott and Kevin were so friendly and personable. We didn't feel pressured at all during the entire process, which amazingly didn't take long at all. We were in and out in about two hours! We have had the car for almost two months and haven't had any issues. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. We highly recommend Champ Motors to anyone looking to purchase a quality used car. We will definitely be back. Keep up the great work guys!

These are cool people. Very laid back and 100% not pushy. I test drove 3 different cars that drove excellent. I wanted to buy from them but they were not willing to budge on price at all. I ended up with the BMW I wanted from another dealership with much lower miles and priced cheaper by over 2k. I believe Champ is good dealership and you will be pleased with them....I was. I just got hands-on customer service and a better deal elsewhere. I wish them continued success in the car business.

Champ Motors are Great! Alex and Scott were very helpful in letting me view and test drive TWICE before purchasing. The process was fast and easy and I bought an excellent car. Have already taken it to California and back three times!. They have a nice selection of foreign cars at the best prices I could find. I will be going back to purchase another vehicle soon. Would highly recommend car shopping here!!! Sorry it took me so long to leave my review!!! Thank you guys. See you soon!

Living in Memphis and finding a vehicle in another state hundreds of miles away would give anyone pause or at the minimum reluctance to even pursue. Before contacting Champ motors I read almost every single Google review and come to the decision that their business is a honorable one. I was also impressed that a free Carfax report was included. I did my homework there as well and contacted both dealerships that performed service on the vehicle. My final decision was to pursue a purchase. Scott from Champ could not have been more pleasant. I asked a few questions and he freely and confidently gave answers. I asked him to fax a buyer's order to my credit union and he did. Although approved for financing, a final price could not reached and the purchase did not happen. Even though I did not purchase a vehicle, I am confident that Champ Motors is a honest and legitimate business and would stand behind any automobile they sell. I will keep them on my radar for future searches and potential dealerships to purchase from.

Bought a 2007 Infiniti M35 7 years ago from here. I am still driving the car today which has 310k miles now, bought at 160k It has never left me stranded. Just thought I would drop in and show some love. I work at a dealership now and after reading some reviews. I am blown away at what some peoples entitlement are as well as their lack of knowledge of the business. Dealerships do not mark cars up 5k that are under 20k. The amount of money people believe we can discount cars and still make money is ludicrous. Give the dealerships a break, be reasonable, remember their a business, or go purchase your vehicle in full with cash from private party.
