Outstanding! Honestly, this business is what America is all about.... Family run and treats its customers like one of the family.They repaired my 1982 Corvette which many other shops didn't want to bother with because Corvettes are fiberglass and parts are more challenging to get for a car this old. Well, these guys were more than willing to do it and it came out amazing! Not in a million years would someone ever know that the front end was repaired & painted.I had a great experience and have recommended them to several friends, coworkers, and even other auto repair facilities (e.g., told owner of Empire Auto Glass in Roswell about them the other day that he should partner with them).I am very confident you will have a positive experience if you chose them to repair your vehicle.Regards,Andy

I recently had my Audi Q5 serviced at BR Auto & Collision Repair after it was involved in a wreck. Livia helped me and from the beginning, their communication was prompt and clear, guiding me through the process of submitting supplements to the insurance company. They fought for the necessary parts for my Audi and executed the repair with precision. The end result left my car looking brand new. I highly recommend their shop for both maintenance and collision repair.

I was in a collision about 8/7. Got my car back about 3 weeks after. They did an incredible job. Everything works as it should , drives smooth . Only thing was my car was out of alignment however after my own research didn t know that you should get your car aligned after you get it repaired since an accident can definitely do so to your vehicle. During the process they were very responsive through email about updates and pickups and for any questions I had . First 3 photos are from collision and last is after . You could never tell ! Flawless work !

Fast and friendly service! Great experience. Beginning of October, I had to have the passenger side front panel along with everything around the wheel and under the car replaced and within just 3 weeks, they were finished! It was very important to me that it didn't look like there had been any work done to my car and I'm very pleased to say I can't tell it was worked on at all. Even more importantly, the car has no vibrations or sounds coming from where it was worked on. After more than 300 miles since the repairs, my car seems to run better than when I took it in. The highly skilled specialists here fixed my Hyundai and have represented Brazil very well. Though I'm even more Brazilian than they are. I must say they picked a good location and business to be in since the traffic in this sprawling mess of a city gets more chaotic by the week and each day there are several new wrecks. The parking lot is spacious but if by chance you can't find a space simply park at The Chequered Flag next door, the proprietor there is a kindly old man who won't mind.

The best repair service in metro Atlanta! Acacio and his team are super understanding, patient and extremely helpful. They will listen to all of your concerns and walk you through all of your options. They do a great job explaining exactly what they will be doing and why it is needed. Overall, the service is fantastic and it is very reasonably priced. Go check them out!

I love this place! We had a mechanic for years who went out of business in 2020, and I tried several places before finding BR. Acacio is patient in explaining what my car needs and sympathetic when it s a lot. Their work has been fantastic, and I trust what they tell me. I highly recommend them!

Renan and the whole crew at BR were wonderful! They took the time to go back and forth with my insurance to make sure everything on my car was fixed to the utmost quality for safety. I appreciate their prompt communication, kindness and thoroughness. BR Auto repair and collision has been taking care of me since 2013, I've said me because talking care of my car is taking car of me and my family and give me a way to go to work. They treat you like family, the service is amazing. The coffee is good too lollll. Thank and thank you. I recommend the shop to anyone.

I took my car to BR Auto for a collision repair and they were great! This shop was 30 minutes from me but I read pretty good reviews about it so it was worth it. I loved that they were very communicative and kept me updated throughout the process. I recommend 10/10!

Have had Renan and crew do major bodywork, regular maintenance, heavy maintenance and repairs.All done within price and time frame quoted.Both sides of BR Repair body and mechanical are true professionals with very good expertise in their fields.Have used BR for more than 4 years and many occasions and will be using them in the future.Ether Toyota, Hyundai, Mazda or Mercedes-Benz, they get the job done right on time and RIGHT!!Charles S

Ran over a wheel the night before and broke the cover plate and bumper. Needed the car for the weekend and just asked if they could patch. They didn t hassle me with other issues with the car, only informed me of damages done and had me patched up without appointment within an hour. Would highly recommend their services and I will be taking my car here for future needs.

Renan did an amazing job on my vehicle! Some of the pins that were holding the bumper to my car had broken and had started coming apart. Instead of getting it fixed I'd started taping the bumper together and it wasn't looking so hot. Renan replaced my bumper and matched the paint very well and my car looks awesome! I went to this place after a referral and it really worked out. I had some turbo problems on my Hyundai and they were prompt to help. It was easy to schedule an appointment through the website and when I got there they explained everything in an easy and clear way. I liked how clean and organized they are (they gave me a detailed estimate even before I asked for it). My experience was great since the scheduling until I left the place with everything fixed. I recommend them.

Do Not Use This Business - revised review.I've now had a third independent review of the work and there has been so much fraud in a $13K repair that my insurance adjuster has turned the case over to the insurance company's fraud unit.I suppose BR Auto (Renan) thought if he treated me badly enough and put me off for enough weeks that I would just go away, however, one way or another they will be compelled to repair the damage they have caused.

Can t say enough good things about BR. I am new to the area and gave this auto shop a try after an accident I was in. They were very helpful, kind, quick, and thorough. My car looks brand new again and it took them less than 2 weeks to complete.
