The assistant manager Salvador, was extremely kind and helpful to me. He made sure I received the right part and even helped me find some savings on it as well. I certainly recommend giving Salvador a visit as you will get top level service.

My headlights were not bright enough so I decided to stop at this AutoZone to see if maybe it was my lens or maybe it was my headlight bulb. I walk in the men are standing there doing nothing. I asked one of them to come to the truck to see if it was my lens or my headlight. They said they were not coming outside they said it was their policy not to. That really dumbfounded me. Then they told me that if I wanted someone to come outside to look at something then I need to go to the other AutoZone down the road. They said it was because there's no lights outside the building but there are lights in fact I parked right under one. So I asked him how much the light bulb would be for my truck and he said$8 before he even asked what truck I had and whether or not I need a bulb or a headlight. I said I have a 2016 frontier Crew cab the other gentleman looked it up for me and said that it was 21.99. no the first gentleman who said it was $8 goes and gets the light bulb and rings me up and now its 26.99. I explained to him that I just saw the screen and it was 21.99. he reluctantly honored the 21.99 and I am reluctantly saying this is one AutoZone that I will not be returning to

I drove 3.5hrs to get a Mahle brand Turbo for my car, that my local Autozone didn't have and couldn't get or order from the vendor. I called first to ensure that inventory was correct and had the item put on hold. Guys had it waiting for me at the first register. Store was neat, clean and the two guys working that night were knowledgeable and professional.

Recently got a used car. It needed a new battery. Eamon & Lillian were very helpful and even helped with replacing the battery. The customer service was amazing.

EAMON is absolutely amazing! I have been to this Autozone a couple of times and every single time he goes above and beyond with a smile on his face! That s the customer service.

Waited in line to be checked out for 10-15 mins with no other cashier assisting. As I excited the store the other cashier was outside talking to some lady. There was 4 ppl behind me. The customer that was taking the most time had no parts available. Cashier volunteered to call 2 stores looking for the part. I started to lay my items down and walk out. I understand courtesy but there was other customers in line to be helped.

The man working the counter checked his computer to see if they had the power steering pump I was looking for. It showed in stock but he said it might still be in the back and he didn't want to look for it. I said O'Reilly's would at least look for me. He said OK I'd check there then

I went in today to see if someone could check my check engine light. I was told by the employee Christan that he didn t have time to help me. Plus he told me he wouldn t go out in the rain. Extremely disrespectful as well. On a small note. It wasn t raining at the time I requested some help.
