The lady at the register never wants you to put in your phone number. I'm not concerned about points. I need the list of purchases for tax purposes.

Trent was outstanding and on a matter of 5 minutes was able to assist not only myself but two other customers with headlamp issues!!!! He just gained more business with three new customers!!!!! I live in flowery branch and the autozone out there the girl working the counter was rude and had an attitude I work out here in Roswell and will now sop at this location only!!!! Give that young man a raise he is an asset to your company!!!!

Lorain is a marvelous new mom who knows her mechanical stuff. Helped me with the check engine light diagnostic. So we now know what we are dealing with.Also, Trent not only helped me get the correct battery for my garage door opener, he installed it. Furthermore, he helped me pick out a pocket knife that I have needed to cut boxes at my work.

Lauren is awesome! She tested my battery, starter and alternator. The alternator was failing.I purchased the replacements and Lauren was able to give me a recommendation(s) for an independent traveling mechanic who came to my work place and replaced the failing alternator and belt. Thank you!Note: I did go to Rick Case first but they were SO SLAMMED they said they wouldn't be able to look at my car without an appt.

Store opens at 7:30, showed up at 7:36 and the door was locked. There was a guy inside counting money in the register, he looked at me when I pulled on the locked door, and then went back to what he was doing. Didn't give me any kind of acknowledgement that he was coming in a minute, to wait, a head nod, anything. Just ignored me and went back to counting money. Went down the street to Advance where they were happy to have me.

The Roswell autozone is great! Not only were they very helpful in finding the gas cap for my car, Cora, an employee there came out and helped me fix it! Amazing service indeed!

Buyer beware, windshield wipers are no longer sold in sets. They have to be purcahsed individually. Maybe I am late to the party, but I never thought I would spend $75 for windshield wipers. The staff is attentive and friendly.

I had a positive experience here when I went in for a new battery. I had AAA come out to my apartment a while back and they installed a battery that wasn't listed as compatible with my vehicle and it suddenly started doing all kinds of weird things like sputtering when turning on in the morning, power steering being flaky, and a lot of shaking. It occurred immediately after I got the new battery so I suspected this was the cause and just bought a new battery from AutoZone which they installed at the store. The man who helped install my battery had cleaned up the battery connections and everything which was helpful. My check engine light disappeared immediately after the new battery was installed as well as brakes seem to work better and the car drives far more smoothly, so I am extremely happy now. It was incredibly frustrating to have my car partially incapacitated by AAA so it is really nice to have it working again; will definitely be returning to this store in the future.

These people are either incompetent or thieves, I will let them choose. I ordered parts for instore pickup. I got the message the parts had been pulled and were ready to pickup. It was raining today so I was in no hurry so instead of picking up the parts I paid for in the morning, I decided to pick them up in the evening. Big mistake. Either they lied when they sent me the email that said the parts were ready OR they sold the parts I had already paid for to someone else and did not bother to tell me. So I go by to pick up the parts that I was told were there and nobody can find them. I wanted to be ready to install them in the morning, but it looks like I have to find them somewhere else.I would have understood if I had gotten a message in the morning that they had an inventory issue and did not actually have the parts. But to tell me you had them and had pulled them and they were waiting for me and I show up and they are not there? Completely unacceptable. This place is a waste of your time, if you have to pay more, do. But do not trust them.PS you can always tell when they really don't care when you get a canned response like the one below. Pathetic. Oh and because it was an online order and they have my email address, it should be EASY for them to look up my email and send a personal response. Again, they want to look like they care without actually caring.

Parts are available, prices good but this location didn't help me much when I went to pick up my online order. In other locations people have been more helpful

I came here because the coolant light in my car car came on. The young man who helped me was very nice. Showed me the different kind of coolants. He also showed my how to put it in my car and the safety process. I learned something new and fixed my car. Great service. If you have car troubles this is the place to go

Patrick was super helpful!! Our battery was under warranty thank goodness- so when we called ahead he was able to immediately pull up our purchase history with my phone number and have the replacement battery ready when we pulled up. He changed it in less than 5 minutes and took care of the old battery s disposal for us. 10/10 recommend!

I came to the store needing a new battery. Adam C. Was VERY HELPFUL. He was quick, knowledgeable, and kind. He helped me pick out which battery to purchase, and he immediately replaced the old battery in my car. This was a very positive experience. Thank you, Adam!!

TJ is the truth. I was outside looking under my hood and he was helping someone else, I didn t even have to ask for help, as soon as he was finished he came straight over to me and just started helping. Great guy to have on y all s team!

I just want to give a shout-out to the woman who was working today (12/26). She was dealing with an unruly customer and handled it so well. I ve been in customer service and know how unnerving some of these interactions can be. She was awesome - explained the policy clearly and kept her cool while he made a fool of himself. I hope she knows she s the ultimate badass for that!!

I walked in today and December noticed me right away and helped me with EVERYTHING I needed. She brought me directly to the product I needed and even came out to my car and put the product in for me! She is very knowledgeable and knows her stuff!! I will make sure I refer moving forward. Her store manager was very nice as well..THANK YOU DECEMBER!!!

These guys are professional and honest. I needed to have my battery checked and they got right to me. Do need a new battery and they are putting in a new battery. Howard is the store associate that is helping me and he is great. He is also a gentleman which means he listened to his momma . Great place. I highly recommend especially being a woman and you don't know about such things!

Your typical AutoZone expect that this place gave me the best costumer service. I was having some battery problems and the workers there were so helpful and knowledgeable. If i need anything else I am coming back to this location just because of the people who work here.Thank you so much

TJ was Amazing!!! He was courteous, kind, and super helpful!! I came in to get the codes for the check engine light in my car and he was so sweet that I decided to get much needed windshield wipers while I was there. And he installed them for me, which I know is probably standard for AutoZone, but some places will not do it.AutoZone, you have a treasure with TJ and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service! Will definitely be back.

Went there Christmas Eve with about 30 minutes left until closing with a battery that was nearly dead. They changed my battery quickly and happily. Excellent service and has become my go-to place for my auto supply needs.

I am disabled and was given not only a chair but TJ Abdullah took care of everything I needed and helped check it all out and put it in my car. He was incredibly helpful in every way. This was hands down the best customer service I have ever received in a store ever. Thank you so much!!!

VERY BADD!!! The new manager doesn t know how to talk to customers. They lost almost 300$ worth of my tools that i was trying to return. Lauren the new manager, when i asked her about the tools she was like i dont know they are gone and its not my problem. She is the worst managers i have ever seen.
