I highly recommend this business. The entire staff that assisted me was very courtesy and professional. This was my first time handling a collision repair and Alfa Collision s office manager was helpful and very patient with me. She explained the entire process and even called the insurance company to assist me. The repairs were flawless and done very quickly. I would never take my car anywhere else.

I got into a hit-and-run accident and I was so worried that my car would be a total loss through my insurance, but I came across Alfa collision and ultimately decided to have them take a look at my car. Luckily for me it was repairable and they worked very efficiently and diligently to get the repairs done. They also communicated with me so I was aware of everything going on.The front desk receptionist Carola was genuinely amazing, professional, and a great communicator. David was also able to thoroughly answer all of my questions throughout the process and made me feel more comfortable although I was so stressed and worried.It was so surreal to see my car repaired good as new. As you can see from the before & after photos they truly did an amazing job and my car has been driving good. Thank you so much to the entire Alfa collision team for repairing my car! I would 100% recommend Alfa collision to anyone.

I couldn't be happier with the way David worked with Hyundai to make sure parts were available and my insurance company to get everything paid for after a rear-end hit and run.The paint on my car isn't an easy match, but my untrained eye certainly can't tell anything was ever wrong. And they even returned the interior was cleaner than I left it!My only criticism would be that there's not much parking there, so my car got left under a tree for a while and I had some sap cleanup to do when I got home. A small price to pay though!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Alfa Collision. They did an extensive repair job on my car wirh an amazing three day turnaround. It was hassle-free and very reasonably priced. I will absolutely recommend them and return. Should I need them. if I could give them six stars, I would!

THERE ARE STILL GOOD PEOPLE OUT THERE & these people are a prime example. I enjoyed every encounter and they did any amazing job on my car. Made it look better than I could have imagined. They got it done in a very timely manner and the prices are the best out there. They went above and beyond and I couldn t be more happy with the results. Just used Alfa for the 3rd time in 2 years (the joys of having teenage drivers!) and we had another great experience. Everyone on their staff is very friendly and helpful. My daughters car got hit by debris and progressive sent me to an amazing shop with the most helpful and genuine people. They worked with me and her to make a stressful situation less stressful. From the owner David to the outstanding staff Angel and Corolla. I would recommend this shop to all who ask. Again thank you for all you have done it is greatly appreciated.

Highly recommend! Alfa collision Fixed my bumper in an hour! And was able to do my work in the waiting area. Also recommend Nathan who who recommended Alfa. Nathan fixed my dent -his company Rockstar Dent Repair- he's mobile!!!

What can I say? Well if you scroll down to Mike Feeney's review from a few months ago I can only say "Ditto". I had the same issue trying to keep my car from being totaled by the at fault insurance company. I was crushed as my car, while not worth much, holds sentimental value. It's a 20 year old car with 65k miles, garage kept. They handled all of the insurance issues and two weeks later I picked up my Acura Tl looking better than when I took it in. My only out of pocket was for the gas I used in the paid for rental. David, Carola and team were extremely pleasant to work with. They could not have been more accommodating. The color match on a 20+ year old car was spectacular. As stressful as an accident can be they made it almost painless. Thank you Alfa Collision!

I have a 20 year old Porsche Boxster that isn t worth a lot of money, but my teenage son and I have put a lot of work into restoring it and making it something special. When somebody sideswiped it and the total bill to fix it exceeded what I bought it for, I was really upset that all of the work my son and I put into it would be for nothing. A couple of body shops looked at it and said they didn t want to even touch it, or that it was a total loss, despite the fact it was driving fine and all the damage was cosmetic. Based on several recommendations, I was fortunate to find Alfa Collision. David was super kind and compassionate, and made me feel like there was hope and everything wasn t a total loss. I left my car with him feeling much better about everything. Alfa took care of everything I was having a hard time dealing with the at fault party s insurance, but they took that burden away and got the results I couldn t. I was very pleasantly surprised when Alfa finished the car ahead of schedule, under budget, and looking better than it did before the accident. I would definitely go with Alfa collision again in the future, and I recommend them to anybody looking for needing collision repair.

Do not believe all the positive reviews. This place is going downhill really fast. After using their services on multiple occasions, I will not be returning.I took the car back to Alfa Collision to take a look at a sagging bumper since they were the only ones that did any repairs to it in the past. The new manager Brian acknowledged the issue and had his tech remove the bumper in an attempt to adjust poor misalignment and the panel gap. After an hour, they brought the car back saying that there is nothing they can do since it s not an easy fix.The owner David was unable to explain the poor quality work and couldn t have cared less about making it right. He suggested taking the car to another body shop for what he called a second opinion after refusing to assist.The attached pictures illustrate that not only Alfa Collision didn t fix the original problem, they returned car back to me in a worse condition!!! There were missing clips that secured the bumper from the bottom, mismatched screws on the mud guards, and incorrect rear screw to keep it in place. They also forgot to reconnect my left tail light and tag light. So not only did they refuse to fix their poor quality work, my car left Alfa Collision in a worse condition than when I brought it in.If you are looking for a long lasting quality work, go somewhere else. Alfa Collision only cares about making a quick buck off the insurance companies and will leave you in the dust.I ended up paying another shop for fixing mistakes that Alfa Collision couldn t rectify.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Arrived w body work damages due to a car accident yet left like having a brand new vehicle off the lot w perfect paint work along w proof of before and afters video and photos .. I would definitely recommend only because they are professionally friendly and doesn t tamper w your personal items within your vehicle also.

I brought my 2011 cayenne for what essentially turned out to be a re-paint job. David and his staff were professional and quoted me a reasonable price. They performed outstanding work in a timely manner. They were able to finish the job in exactly a week as promised. I recently had my RAM 1500 truck repaired at Alfa Collision Center and I am extremely satisfied with the experience. The team at Alfa Collision not only provided exceptional service but also did so at a more affordable price than any other collision center in the area.They went above and beyond in repairing the damage on my front bumper and small grill above it, and even covered a scratch on the front corner of my truck which was an unexpected bonus. The result was a truck that looks like new!Throughout the entire process, the staff was courteous and professional, providing excellent customer service from start to finish. Terrible! I REGRET ever taking my car here.(Proof below)In an attempt to be brief: I went here to restore my 06 Infiniti G35 Coupe with a full body paint job, have my wheels painted & install some side skirts. The outcome and customer service was NO WAY Near what I expected based on reviews I ve seen and agreements made with the (now former) Manager, Travis.SUMMARY(1) Their communication was awful. I was forced to contact them every week or so for updates. (2) The job was supposed to take 4 weeks and by 7.5 weeks still wasn t done. (3) I was told several times how they could be making twice as much money working on other cars vs mine. (4) SEVERAL things were done very poorly or not at all! (5) Worst of all, the Owner David simply didn t care about the issues & refused to deliver even close to expected quality, despite their Manager s promises or website guarantee. (6) The end result was very disappointing, unprofessional, and I m left to fix the issues:ISSUES/DETAILSThe lower portion of the front bumper wasn t painted, and they refused to do so even after saying they would. Instead, they attempted to mislead me by gluing an optional part over it so I wouldn t notice. The roof line is poorly painted with chipped edges (and getting worse). The outline of a pinstripe that ran across the car can be seen thru the paint, indicating my car wasn t prepped properly for the paint to last. They ignored several major paint runs that had to be buffed out. My wheels were terribly done by their subcontractor They re the wrong color, wrong areas painted, paint chips around most of the edges, they blew out one of my rear tires, replaced it with a wrong tire, and two of my other tires are leaking air! Alfa Collision didn t press the issues, and left me to deal with their subcontractor directly. I was misled (by their manager & website) to believe they could install aftermarket body parts. I didn t learn until 6 weeks in that they didn t know how, so the lower sides (skirts) of my car were left uninstalled & unpainted. I pointed out a paint chip on the rear bumper and they unprofessionally filled it in with touch-up paint. I checked on the car a few days later, spotted another paint chip up front, and again they only offered to use touch-up paint as a solution. All of the dents were supposed to be removed, but there are still obvious dents in my car. The grill on the rear bumper was supposed to be painted and wasn t, nor did they align the bumper correctly. All of this was stuff they considered acceptable!! Low quality & very little attention to detail was given to my car! Then, one week after getting my car back, a few pieces of paint (one about the size of a dime) flaked off of the front of the car. I brought it to the owner s attention, who blamed rock chips & yet again only offered to use touchup paint rather than acknowledge ANY flaws on their part.Seriously, the owner David is the worst! 6 weeks into the project, Travis stopped working there and that s when he got involved - It was all downhill from there! He literally did everything in his power to void the agreement Travis and I had, avoid fixing anything, and get more money! He couldn t care less about taking care of me or my car. Realizing where this was going, I started recording audio with my phone just in case (legal in GA). In attempts to work things out, I d let him speak, and politely remind him of the agreement & insisted the work be done properly at the agreed cost. He quickly got upset, and then called my car a piece of junk several times!! Both my wife and I were totally shocked to say the least There s A LOT more I could say, but I m short on space. In the end, he simply would not own up to any fault, thought they did more than enough , and left me hanging as-is. Outstanding body shop! We brought our mangled Pathfinder to them and received it back like new. And they were the only shop that could see us sooner rather than later after our accident. As good an experience as you can have out of a car accident - very grateful.

I would have given them 10 stars if I could! As far as I am concerned, David and his amazing team are magicians. I traveled on my Honda Odyssey from Illinois to Georgia in the June-July timeframe last year (2022) to meet with friends. I was the victim of a hit and run that put a bad dent in my lift gate (near where you unlock the trunk). My wife was also involved in a fender bender, mostly as a result of the other driver's fault. Despite my claims being approved by my insurance company, I could not find a single shop in my area in IL who could repair the damage, citing parts shortage due to the post-COVID situation. I was told by repairers that particularly Hondas were the hardest hit with vehicles lying in their garage in excess of 8 months!When I brought my car around to show to David at Alfa, he told me he would have no problems repairing it and worked with my insurance company to deliver my vehicle in under ten days, just in time for my trip back home that I had absolutely no option of extending. Frankly, once he was done with it, it looked better than when I had first driven it home from the dealer!Way to go, David & Team. You are the yardstick by which collision repair should be measured!! I put my trust in you and you delivered beyond my wildest expectations!Service: Body & Trim

I was referred to Alfa Collision Center from Hans at Superior Autohaus. I worked with David as I had some body work needed for my Porsche. He was very responsive when I called and had me come to the center that day to look at the damage and provided me a quote and timeline. The body work he did was great and the price was very fair. This is a top notch shop in every regard! The car looks just like new. Every aspect of the work was right on point and they even took care of the unrelated scratches free of charge. I took my vehicle to Alfa after an accident I had with an 18-Wheeler tire striking my rear bumper. They were already working on my wife's vehicle and David took good care of our vehicles. Don t look any further! This is by far the best collision center you could go to. I got rear ended and needed my bumper replaced, I got 4 different estimates and Alfa Collision gave me the best price and they were able to get me in immediately. I dropped my car off and picked it up the very next day. Every where else couldn t get me on the schedule for 2 months. Aside from the bumper needing replaced, I had a stripped screw on my tag plate that other shops quoted me $200+ to fix, David threw this in with my bumper and fixed it for free absolutely amazing service and extremely friendly staff! David even pulled my car up to the door for me because it was raining outside! I highly highly recommend Alfa Collision.Service: Body & Trim

Wish I could give Alfa and the team 100 stars! Within the past few months I had to take my new car in twice due to accidents where people hit it while parked. With so much damage in a short amount of time I thought that it would lose that new car charm, but the folks at Alfa took such good care of it that it's impossible to tell anything ever happened. The front desk is responsive and helpful and David is so considerate, professional, and knowledgable.
