Took BMW 335i in for oil change and diagnosis/repair of noise. Fair price, great communication, and fast service. It turns out the noise was a common problem of a damaged brake cable guide clip causing rubbing against the driveshaft. I do some repairs myself but in this case was happy to let the experts take care of it. It's taking me too long to discover Alex Auto after trying many other auto repair shops. I will definitely return.

Great, thorough, incredibly detailed work. Alex auto services my business fleet cars as well as my personal cars for the last 6+ years. Very honest about pricing and what the best solution would be for taking care of all my vehicle issues as well as mindful of providing best options to saving me money and preserving the life of my vehicles. Highly recommend!

The experience here is unmatched. Alex is straight to the point with clear pricing and knowledgeable insights into any questions you may have. The previous place I had taken my car left me with a few issues that Alex was able to remedy easily. I'll never go anywhere else again. Don't trust the "other" places, if you need someone who knows German auto engineering, always choose Alex.

10/10 found this shop from a friend's recommendation. Great customer Service, Clean waiting room & shop. Rafael the GM was super helpful, and walked me through everything they were doing on the car. These guys know cars! I'll definitely be back!

I ve been to 3 or 4 different mechanics in Ga and none come close to this shop. Alex is very knowledgeable, helpful, and has been able to fix all my car issues in a timely manner. Additionally, he uses the best parts and you won t leave feeling like you just broke the bank. If there s anything going on with your car, Alex is your guy!

We had my daughters Kia serviced here. The 45k mile service was about 1/4 of the price the dealership quoted. They did a great job and found a warranty eligible repair that the dealership had missed. We really appreciate the honesty and integrity of Alex and his crew.We will be back!

Alex is a very pleasant person to deal with. He is very knowledgeable about German and Japanese cars, and lets you know about the repairs beforehand without any unpleasant surprises! His shop is the cleanest shop I have ever visited!

Great place to get your car serviced. The prices are reasonable and you get your car serviced momentarily. What I l specifically like is the honest and well educated advice I receive related to service needed for my vehicles. No one is upselling me here with unnecessarily repairs. We bring all our family cars to Alex Auto.

Highly Recommend. Took my daughter's 2012 Sonata into Alex Auto Inc. and Alex took the time to explain the issues and also helped me to prioritize the items to be repaired. Highly recommend Alex Auto. I have a 2000 BMW m5 and Alex is highly knowledgeable about this car. The pricing is very reasonable and Alex is great at explaining the services, and also is great at listening to me. Alex and his team are PROFESSIONAL, friendly and provide a QUICK turn around. After my car's brakes were completely botched by a big retail auto chain, I discovered Alex and his shop. His expertise goes WAY beyond his 5 star reviews. He quickly assessed and fixed what was damaged...and all at very competitive pricing. I wish I could give Alex Auto 100 stars! It is truly a blessing to have found a shop that I can proudly say, "that's my mechanic." Alex and his crew are very skilled, cool, down to earth, and honest people. Alex, the owner, doesn't work to sell you on anything, he is simple, up front and honest with great prices. These people are great and unless you're rich, you'd be a fool to go anywhere to have your car serviced. My husband and I love the work that Alex does! Oh and he stands behind his work with 2 yr standard warranty on parts and labor - AMAZING PLACE

Alex knows his BMW stuff! Had my e46 M3 healthy again after a bum job by a previous shop. Parts were ordered and installed fast and his communication regarding the car's diagnosis was on point. Not to mention about half the cost of the dealer.

I was advised to go see Alex after my Honda Pilot wouldn t go past 2000 RPMs and the Check Engine, VSA etc. lights all came on at the same time ! Alex immediately diagnosed what was wrong with the car and advised me to go directly to Honda.. why you may ask? Because he believed it would be covered due to Honda Service News Article advising customers to have a certain car part replaced. I took the car to Honda to be told it would be covered under their warranty! I am so happy to know someone like Alex is so honest and looking out for his customers. Do not hesitate to go to Alex, you won t be disappointed!

Highly recommended!My first experience taking a car to Alex was a great one. The repairs were more extensive than either of us expected but Alex worked hard to get everything done quickly, and correctly. Cost for the work was very fair and Alex kept me up to date on the progress.

I have never felt so comfortable leaving my car with a mechanic as I do with Alex and his crew. Alex always gives a full assessment of whats happening with my car. He is very honest and trustworthy. His prices are reasonable and thoroughly explained. Alex is great to work with.

Our family has known Alex and his father for almost 20 years and they have always done excellent work on our cars, we trust no one else. In fact all the cars we own, we bought through either of them. Alex is very detailed and will make sure everything is working properly before he turns your car back over to you. He also honors warranties on parts and labor if anything goes wrong, and his prices are always fair compared to any other auto shop. I highly recommend Alex auto for all of your car repairs!

I have been taking our cars to Alex Auto for about 2 years, for repairs and maintenance and it s always a great experience. Alex is very knowledgeable and honest. I always feel comfortable leaving my car with him and that he will give a great assessment and price on any work that needs to be done. It s hard to find a good mechanic that you feel comfortable with, but he does a great job and I would highly recommend.

Working with Alex was great. He took the time to diagnose what my vehicle needed. He then let me know all things required to ensure the job was done right. We a agreed on a fair price that beat all his competitors. He is an expert with BMW but is able to service all makes and models. I would definitely recommend Alex Auto.

Alex found me on a social media BMW enthusiast page. I needed help with my vehicle and Alex assured me that he could handle the problem. I had been using a mechanic for about 5 years with 40 years of experience that traveled to me home to perform work. His job was making more demands on him and mobile auto repair was starting to wear him down. The type of vehicle that I had would have problems that would drag him out into deep water. This was more than 3 years ago. Alex has worked on 2 other vehicles that I own since then. His shop is clean and he knows what he can handle and what he can't. He runs the appropriate tests and arrives at an accurate diagnosis prior to giving you an estimate instead of wildly guessing or saying "I think this is your problem." His pricing is fair and he won't sit on the repair. I drive about an hour and have to leave the car because of my commitments, but I feel that it's worth it. I recommend, without hesitation or resolution, Alex to handle all of your automotive needs.

Alex Auto Inc is the best place to take your vehicle for a service. I ve never had to go elsewhere after I found them. We had couple major repair that were done super fast and at a reasonable price. Needless to say, I go there for a regular maintenance too and recommend them to everyone!Staff is very friendly and the place is always clean and organized makes it a true pleasure to go there every time.

I told my daughter to look for a place that has a five star rating to have her car checked. She found Alex Auto. They diagnosed her problem as a battery where others had said she needed a new alternator (which I didn't believe because the battery was being charged when she drove the car but was weak which made her car hard to start). I appreciate their honesty and recommend this company highly.Service: Battery

I could literally not recommend Alex enough. I cannot count how many times I have recommended him to friends and family.He's kind, extremely easy to work with, gives you quality parts, and literally no one can compete with his prices.The best way I can put it is that I will look back on all my years going to chain oil change places with massive amounts of regret and wasted money. I drive 40 minutes to go to Alex and would drive an hour and a half if needed.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

When my car (Toyota 4Runner) wouldn t start Alex arranged for it to be towed all the way from downtown Atlanta, which got to me in 15min. He then not only checked the battery and the starter, but also did a full maintenance tune up at my request (oil change, windshield wiper replacement, tire pressure, brake/accelerator pedal adjustment, etc.) all for a much more reasonable and fair price than any other competitor in the Atlanta area. Also, all this took only one day before the car was ready to be picked up. A nice guy who can really be trusted.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine tuning, Battery, Oil change
