I needed an international driving license for my upcoming trip to Europe, and I decided to get it at the AAA Mansell office. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast and easy the process was. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they explained everything clearly. I filled out a simple application form, showed them my valid U.S. driver's license and passport, paid a $20 fee, and got my international driving license on the spot. It took me less than 15 minutes to complete the whole process. I highly recommend the AAA Mansell office for anyone who needs an international driving license. They are professional, efficient, and courteous.

Excellent service and experiences, every time. The only car service center I trust. Gary is great assisting me with last minute calls for repairs and/or scheduled maintenance. Car repairs and service typically are dreaded yet, I trust their expertise and feel valued as a customer and person. This is not your typical car care experience. Also, equally important to me clean facility , waiting room and clean restrooms.

I got my oil changed from this place and within a week the engine blew. I checked the dipstick and they never changed the oil even though I paid for the oil change. Never again l!!

Today I am giving Toy (Office Manager) five stars for first class customer service. He was extremely friendly and treated me with respect. I am definitely glad that I decided to renew my membership with AAA. He was very knowledgeable and even mentioned looking into AAA Life Insurance. I could talk to him all day. He had a wonderful outgoing and charismatic personality. I would definitely recommend this location.

Great place to get an oil change and / or brakes. They even service Porsche s. Their service cost around $80 while the Porsche dealership charged over $500 for the same service. Sometimes the front office staff is a little slow, but the service is overall exceptional.

Excellent, excellent service. They send you texts & photos of the issue b4 they start working on your car. They have an experienced staff who SAVED me money by being efficient & expert at what they do! AAA also offers coupons & discounts on parts & services. I now feel safer traveling knowing that I can get AAA care where ever I drive. My teen will also have AAA service when they drive, too!

Was it me? The person who was with me also felt that something was wrong, that the three men in the service center were rude and unwelcoming, and that for whatever reason, they didn't want my business.I am not aware of having done anything to offend. I am a neatly dressed professional. I am a suburban mom, neighbor, teacher, and volunteer. I had confidence in them, and when things were clearly going badly, I felt all the more determined to make this a positive interaction. No luck there.I had used AAA Car Care for many years and had enthusiastically referred many people there. In the past, I had found that the customer service was excellent; explanations thorough; the warranty of parts and labor outstanding. I had felt -- and had told others -- that they set the bar. I had used them in Roswell and in Johns Creek for initial inspections and repairs for several vehicles, and I had brought them several other customers. In the past, they had helped me identify anticipated maintenance so that I could keep my maintenance lists updated. I had especially appreciated the tips they shared from time to time; and I always appreciated being welcomed with a friendly greeting. I had especially appreciated their customer service, sense of camaraderie, and the educational information they shared. I had truly felt that we were neighbors.Fast forward to this month -- I know that the pandemic has taken a toll on customer service staff everywhere. I am very sympathetic to this.... All said, however, it's a mystery to me why I was made to feel so very unwelcome there. I tried to challenge my impression, but my companion, someone known for objectivity, also felt that they wanted me to leave.The representatives were brusque and abrupt; did not greet me but rather shouted, Next. The first thing they said to me was, "We'll have to charge you before we take a look at it." This is a very strange and surprising contrast to my previous interactions with them. To be fair, they answered my questions: how would you recommend approaching this; how long do you think it will take; has your policy changed, since I have not been charged just to have you take a look and let me know what you recommend.It was awkward, but I really tried to make the interaction positive. I did not succeed. There was no one behind me, so there was no apparent reason for haste, but the three men behind the counter seemed determined to make me leave. So I did. They did not seem surprised or concerned.

Worst service I ve ever had in my life. My car arrived at their shop on Wednesday around 2 to have tires changed and the battery checked. It is now Friday and I am yet to have a call from the company that I did not initiate. I am not saying changing a tire is easy, but I am saying a toddler could do this job faster and with better communication skills.Services: Auto battery replacement, Auto tire replacement

Had a great visit at this location. I have used AAA before and always been pleased. This time spoke with George and he was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. My car was finished a few minutes before they had said it would be. They took the precautions of disinfecting the drivers interior area before handing the keys back to me. Price well within range if any establishment I ve used before. I will use them again. I typically call ahead, always seems to work better for me.

First the bad - they told me my service (oil/filter change and tire rotation) would take "about 45 mins." When I arrived, that was changed to "about an hour" and in total, they had my car about 1 hr. 50 mins. Very frustrating. Also, the service advisor guy hardly spoke to me. When I picked the car up, he did not tell me how much the service was, and he did not confirm the service they did. I had to look at the receipt to make sure they did what I had asked them to do. Also, I didn't realize that they were recommending an air filter until later when I reviewed the emailed summary.Having said all of that, I was happy with the service and the price. I just wish they'd shoot straight with me about the time and actually TELL ME what they're recommending before I drive away.

Got the full synthetic oil change. The price was right on at around 45.00 the service and Quality of workmanship was excellent. They also texted me a full checklist of items they checked on my car. I was very pleased with the whole process. Also included is free tire rotation. ThanksJohn 3:16

Garry Hale, the service advisor has been phenomenal. He continues to provide excellent customer service. He is honest! He will be candid with you and tell you need to have the work done now or he will tell you that you can wait until the next time your car needs to be serviced. The service technicians, Rodney, etc are excellent mechanics. We have been going to this group for seven years. David Knotts 8-3-21

-First one in on Saturday morning. Took approximately three hours for oil change, tire re-balancing, and alignment. Not a huge deal. Bill breakdown for oil change didn't match the coupon sent to me by AAA. Final price for oil change matched, so it didn't really matter.-However, my car has pulled to the left since the alignment was done. Cap on my windshield wiper fluid is also completely broken off. My wife took car back in and they told her she'd have to wait at least 2 hours. Stated that those she spoke to at counter weren't easy to deal with-You get one-star for customer service, especially those in shop that interface with customer. I can give the benefit of doubt to you that you had a bad day dealing with me, but not with my wife as well. You're not doing me a favor.-Actionable feedback: If I ask about anything being done on my car or on the bill presented to me, you should never be too busy to respectfully respond to me. Manage and communicate with the guys on the shop floor however you want. Treat customers with utmost respect and genuine concern. Get some soft skills guys; it's not rocket science.

Excellent service. The staff is top notch. The facility is new. I was so impressed. They treated me and my car with respect. The entire experience was great. I needed to go home and the car wasn't seen yet, so they sent me over to the Member counter and was able to get me in a rental from Hertz. It was so smooth when the Hertz employee came and picked me up to go rent the car. Excellent. It was like they already knew everything I would need that day. My car was out of gas, that's what caused the break-down. Seems as though criminals are know stealing gas from our cars while we sleep. Everyone should have a AAA membership!!! I've never regret signing up in 2003.

I initially wrote this when I was very upset with the service I received and I want to edit now that I've calmed down.I have heard amazing things about AAA and I joined earlier this year because I appreciated the sense of safety and fairness my friends communicated about when discussing their experiences with the company.AAA also has written policy regarding their customers' right to authorize all work done prior to being charged. They brag about not pressuring people to pay for things they don't need.Which was why I was so surprised to get a call that explained that they could not fix, or even diagnose, the issue with my transmission, but that they had done an oil change I hadn't asked for or been given a chance to authorize. I guess Garry just needed to find a way to make money on my car?That's specifically the kind of treatment I was hoping to avoid by working with AAA.So one star because I don't think Garry Hale belongs with this company, but maybe I'm just trying to stay hopeful that not all their mechanics are sneaky and unethical? Regardless, he's giving them a bad name.Tldr: AAA claims that its customers are entitled to authorize work before it's done and not have work done that isn't necessary for their vehicle and this dude clearly did not get the memo.

AAA Mansell is my go-to for any auto repair or maintenance. I've brought in my vehicle for a range of issues. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and honest. They perform all service with efficiency and integrity; Jim was especially pleasant to work with at this location. I will return time and time again for the exceptional customer service!

I've been taking my two cars here for about 5 years, and I've never had a bad experience with this place. Guys will do everything they can to work with you and take care of you. They're good at letting me know if I have a major repair coming up, so I can budget accordingly. More importantly, they don't push unnecessary repairs just to do them.And beyond all this, they do great work. I've never had to take a vehicle back because a repair wasn't done properly or because I still heard something that I wasn't supposed to. Can't recommend this place and the guys who work there enough.

From the AAA towing to their service center to the check in, diagnostics and repair, things went smoothly and with good customer service. This is impressive because it's unfortunately a rarity in the metro Atlanta area. So I'm appreciative of the efficient, friendly and honest assistance as well as the knowledge and professionalism displayed by all.

I got a nice coupon in the mail for an oil change with my AAA membership. The staff was professional and my car is running smoother now. I thought I would need new tires, but instead of taking the opportunity to sell them to me, they tested the treads and let me know I don t need them yet. I appreciate the honesty and also my AAA coverage, very good customer service.

For all your insurance needs AAA always has you're back. International driver's license needs they got that too something going wrong with your car Automotive full-service mechanical shop highly recommend all services here. I've been a member for 20 years and haven't regretted one day

Broke down in the parking lot, the staff helped us get back on the road which was nice, however they were very standoffish and dismissive. Please treat female customers like they are not beneath you for car issues. Thankful we happen to be there when our car broke down and we re able to get it resolved quickly though which is why I m giving 3 stars.

Great place to get almost any car service work done. (Warranty repair/service work still has to be done at the dealer that provided the warranty to get it free. But routine service (oil changes, etc.) while your car is under warranty can be done by AAA without endangering your warranty.) These people are very straight forward and honest. They don't try to sell you things you don't need. I've been using them since they opened a few years ago and, to date, haven't had a single problem. Prices are reasonable, too.

AAA car care sent me a coupon for a free oil change. I took the car in this am to get the oil changed. First thing they tell me is I am supposed to have an appointment. But as the first appointment is after the middle of December they will do the job now since nobody is in line in front of me. Weird but ... OK.Half way through, I look into the service bay and my car is up on the rack. Oh $#!^, I did not remind them to turn off the air ride suspension. Go back to the service desk and ask if they turned it off. No they did not. Rather than offer to inspect the system to see what damage they caused, the SENIOR service advisor blames me for not telling them. Even the guys at the tire store knew to turn off the suspension before they hoisted this car.Now, I get to take the car to a competent shop, have it inspected and look forward to a long fight with AAA for repairs. So much for AAA car care free coupons saving any time or money.Won't be using AAA car care again.
