My son bought a car here and within 3 days the transmission went out. The owner Don Thomas refused to do anything and just told my son "oh well" he wouldnt refund any of his 2000 dollar down payment so my son is now out of a car and also his 2000 dollars. The man just basically stole from him. No place like this should be able to just steal from someone.

My grandmother recently bought a car here. The people were very nice and I believe found her a great match and what she wanted! If you have a car you want to get rid of or want to get, come here they offer great prices and are definitely honest about what they do!

Bought a 2003 trail blazer with 160k miles. It survived hitting a deer at 40mph with minimal damage. Front bumper was a little loose and the grill fell out. Other then that it drove perfectly fine even after hitting the deer. Ended up hydroplaning a year later after paying it off and totaled it out.So I went back and bought a 2007 Ford escape with 240k miles. Paid it off by the time it hit 260k miles and sold it to a friend in need for less then I paid. Drove perfectly fine with no issues as well. These people are old and don't use social media or even have a website. So lay off them for not defending their selves. When buying a used vehicle it's your job to make sure it's running right. I always speed in a used vehicle while test driving it and slam on the brakes. AS IS people grow up.

They are good to customers that keep coming back ,got my price reduced significantly to cover some major repairs car needed will go if I have to get another cheap car. Keep in mind as with most car dealerships they aren't mechanics they are salesmen so they likely do not know what is wrong with cars so try and bring a mechanic friend if possible

Do Not go here I repeat Do not go here! I ve purchased a 2013 Chevy spark with 277k miles. It already had 3 lights on before I made it home. When I took it to the mechanic they told me Their cars are not shit . Wish I would ve known that before making a large down payment for a car that wasn t worth that much. Wish I could give 0 stars.

The quality of vehicles on this lot are fair and have improved in recent years. THERE ARE LEMONS ON THE LOT BUT NOT ALL OF THEM ARE LEMONS. Btw half of the reviews are people Shana Wilson knows and her hands aren't clean either.

They seem to have much cleaner cars then the lot next to them. The average car runs at or below $6000.00 dollars. The sales guy was friendly. But expect to buy new tires for almost every car on the lot.

Honest and works with you to put you in a car that is fit for your needs. Will go back for another car. And car is still working and I love it. My payments were at a reasonable price to pay.

This place is garbage looking at these cars and they have them out and lined up for ppl to drive off the lot, but they aint cleaned out I looked at a suv that was out there and it didn't have a rear view mirror.the door was damn near hanging off but he wanna charge somebody 1000 or more to drive off in something thats barely hanging on. He only had one car on the lot that look like it was even worth a dollar and it was a dodge and he wanted 2000 for it down.

They are so stuipd. The gave me a ford focus tag for a ford 150 and I got pulled over twice and now gotta pay 800$ and they won t even help or even pay for it and they say it s a mistake they put the tag on it

Saw you guys sold a teenager one of your lemons. Transmission went out 3 days later and you told him oh well ?! From the reviews I m reading, seems like you tend to do this a lot. Here s to hoping your business stays open. Thanks for being a great place to buy a lemon.

I bought a car from here a couple years ago and it's been a great car. They gave me a good deal when major car lot want to charge so much interest it should be illegal. Great place to go.

If you want customer service, go else where. We have been several times, the sales men are very nice, and we wanted a car, but we had to go talk to owner, he was rude, and made us feel awkward. Gave no information other than, it runs. Stay away, it's the least he could do to make a sale is be polite.

Took money from a man with cancer sold him a lemon . As is. Money isn't always most important. Doing right is doing right. Doing wrong is as is. Be warned of this location. I wish I could give zero stars.

This is one of the most low down people Ive seen in a while. My mother bought a lemon from this coward last week. The second day check engine light and battery light was on. He told her when she bought it if anything is wrong bring it back and he would fix it. Yea right...we drop the car off to be fixed and he says hes only paying for what he chooses. She lost $800 cash for a down payment. They wanted $383 for repair plus she would still have to give him another $500 by the 5th. I took her somewhere else. This coward is a crook stay away!!!!

Bought a Blazer the salesman was honest and told me everything that they knew with the car might need changing. It was a cheap car but im very happy with the purchase not many honest used car salesman anymore but these guys were great .

He was not honest about selling me a car. Didn t want to fix my car after he told me he would do so. I asked for a refund he refused to give me one. I will not do business with him again. Not a honest business or have honest business practices.

Overpriced garbage that he is sold here to take advantage of people with bad credit. My family member bought a vehicle here 2 weeks ago and is already having mechanical issues with it.

Awful place !! Transmission will mess up next day and all they'll tell you is, it worked when you bought it as is. Not sure how they sleep at night

The guy seemed friendly. He let me test drive a car. The cars aren't the best quality of used cars, but they seem to be in pretty good shape.

I got a second vehicle from them that is a lemon do not go there the staff is very nice but they will take your money and tell you to keep going to Hedgewood who are the mechanics for them and your car still will not be fixed I am disappointed because the first vehicle i got was a good vehicle i got into an accident so i went back big mistake on my part
