If you need a mechanic and you are any where in the Chattanooga or N GA area, it would be worth while for you to visit John @ John Ross Pure in Rossville. It's hard to find a trustworthy, honest mechanic but I promise you'll find one in John.

I'll put zero Stars if I could this place is ridiculous I want to go get a tire in before I even told him anything he already had me over $150 tire on there and he refused to take it off when I never even wanted it on there to begin with this shop ain't worth nothing I prefer not to take your car there I rode the rim and tire out to the car and he started running and refused to take it off that John dudes horrible

I wouldn't trust our cars to anyone else. John has always been honest and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend friends or family to John Ross Pure !

Want a real back in the day garage. John is one of the best mechanics around. New or old cars, trucks, SUVs, you name it. Fair and honest. Does not sell gas.

I love John Ross mechanic shop always honest straightforward as well as if you buy your parts the only charge you by the hour so far best mechanic got found so far as well as he has been doing mechanic work since my fiance was 17 for her mom she's 27 today there was a 94 Dodge Caravan that he's kept up maintain since her mom own it and since she was a teen it still runs to this day anytime I can't fix it he's the go-to guy

The owner and operator is extreemly knowlegable and very honest. A rare and valuable shop in the car repair business. The only place I trust to get work done for the past 15 years.

Super kind & great customer service! Needed to find out where a noise was coming from and why it was there and John took it for a drive and knew what it was. Gave a really reasonable rate too!
