I recommend you to find somebody else!!! Because he will keep your bike for 2 or 3 YEARS. He also asks for money up front and uses to fix everybody else's and not yours. I dropped by several times and Jeremy is working on people's bike, that'd just stopped by, while letting yours just sit there collecting dust. He's terrible in communication and pleasing customers. I got told by several bikers not long after dropping off there. But I said it was too late because my Insurance paid out to him already. He then asks for more and more money from Insurance and then more from my own pocket. He let's it sit in winter then asking for me to buy a new battery. I told him the battery was working and driving when I brought it there. Then replacing more than was even damaged with cheap parts. We found online ourselves identical parts to his and what was originally on there to begin with. I had to keep on calling him to push him in on giving me my bike back. He just threatening me with restraining order. He's a terrible business person. A ripoff and a waste of your valuable time!!!! I will never take my bike back to him. I just had to learn the hard way and sitting waiting forever!!!!

Jeremy did a great job installing my 23 wheel. Paint matched up perfect and was available throughout the process with updates. 100% satisfied with the experience from start to finish

I ve been going to at Chattanooga Custom Cycles for several years now. I ve had an outstanding experience each and every time. They are truly one of the best in the business. You won t find a more honest dedicated shop who is true to their craft. Definitely the type of integrity you want when spending thousands of dollars.

Installed a big wheel kit for me. It took a little longer than I thought but i take that as a positive meaning he has a lot of customers. Love the work will be returning for more service soon. THX Jeremy highly recommended

Jeremy knocked it out of the park with the paint work that he did on my Road Glide. He kept me updated through out the whole process. He went above and beyond what any custom bike builder will ever do. Words cannot describe how happy I am with the work he did. His quality of work and customer service is AMAZING! 5 stars all the way!

I took my 2016 Victory Cross Country to Jeremy Oxford to install a 26 inch wheel, rake kit, and ape hangers handle bars. Jeremy worked on bike with great care and concern. His detail to perfection is tops! I love my bike and the way Jeremy treated me. I have made a friend for life! This guy is a beast. I had Jeremy paint my 23 inch Victory fender and it came out flawless. Great attention to detail. Very professional and keeps the customer updated. I'd recommend this guy to anyone.

I have two bikes custom painted by Jeremy Oxford and both turned out Awsome. He is working now on a third bike that is a complete custom build. 32 inch turbo charged beast with a sound system that will make your ears bleed. His detail work is unmatched. He has now also started on painting a truck for my grandson. If you need any work done from mild to wild this is the place to come. If you just need parts to do your own build he can get you all the parts you need. He backs up his work and stands behind anything that leaves his shop.

After a good conversation with the owner, he was able to direct me to the shops that I needed to work on my bike, since they do not work on Ninjas. I appreciate his willingness to help me with finding locations that could help me with parts.

Go to a real shop, it's not worth saving the money! This guy is a scammer. I paid for the labor, and brought the parts needed by his place. Promised to paint my bike for over a year, and then said that he needed more money. I found out that he was trying to put a lean on the bike, despite the fact that he hadn't done anything. I went to pick up the bike and take to a legitimate shop, only to find out that he lost some of the parts. I cut my loses and moved on just so I don't have to listen to complaints and excuses. By far the worst experience dealing with a shady mechanic (if you want to call him that). Don't walk away - RUN!

He got 13 or 14 thousand dollars and had bike for almost 2 years and still nothing. I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody. If you got the money fix the bike be done with it.

Terrible shop they are dishonest and manipulate their invoices to double charge people for work they never did. Only go here if you want to throw away money and have your bike sit untouched for years

He didn't work on my bike ,but I did stop and see what he does,and I'll tell y'all buddy ,he's a master at his craft.Bikes he worked on looked so good I didn't want my bike anymore lol!!
