Break dust super cheap pads, not even as good as oem pads, cheap job cheap and dirty pads, real ugly between car washes, need better pads so what did save, did not read reviews first

The big tire stores wouldn't patch a tire that had been plugged, But Enrique Rodriques did! Saved me $140. All my business goes to him now!

Unfortunately, I've had to modify my review from 5 stars to 2. The last 2 times I've gone to get service from them I haven't been able to get anyone to help me. The first time I waited forever before someone helped me. Then they never came back and finally another worker came to help me. Yesterday I tried them again. I waited so long that I finally walked to the office door to see if someone would help me. An employee came up to tell me I needed to move my car. I said ' sure can I get a....' He walked off quickly making it clear he didn't care what I needed so I just left. I'm trying out other tire stores now hoping to find a good one.Affordable used tires still in great condition and they get the job done quickly. They dont look like much on the outside but they have become my favorite tire store in Rome.

Went to get a tire and they had my tire changed ready to to in 5 minutes flat. Super professional and courteous. They are a great place to do business.

That guy was awesome, he sells good used tires and for a great price. He also checked to see if he had the one size we needed before we came. This was my second visit and there will definitely be a third!

Rodriguez is an outstanding person and a great business owner. He does whatever to help customers, with low prices, great job, and help you when you really need it. If there is a problem with anything just let him know he will make it right.

Good honest mechanics, will not cheat or screw you over like some big brand auto shops. Reasonable prices for labor, and they want hold your vehicle hostage. English and Spanish available.

If there was a no star rating that would be what I pick. I dropped my truck off to them they took my info and told me they would call me next day. A week went by they did not call or touch my truck. I called them on a Monday and was told my truck would be pulled into their garage the next morning. I called back the next evening and they still have not touched my truck. Here it is Friday and they still haven't touched my truck. So I have been out of a vehicle for 2 weeks and Everytime I call they tell me the same thing they will call and never do. I will no longer give them my business due to the lack of professional. If they could not fix it they should have let me known that in advance besides pretending to know what could be the problem to make a quick buck.

Helpful, fast, and accommodating. Google showed them closing at 6, but it hadn't updated to their new closing time of 5pm. They changed my tire anyhow, and made sure it was right.

Very friendly environment will check your car from head to toe and let you know exactly what is wrong with it with reasonable prices I do recommend them for services

I took my car in for a oil problem left the keys my number and was told how much it would cost and how long it would take.Go to pick my car up the next day I was told I need other items no call or anything.Got what was needed yet again go back and still need more parts.Its been a week now and was told that it would be ready yet still I need another part.With labor being in the hundreds and parts costing over $200 I'm still waiting for the next problem they will come up with .I have watched long breaks,girlfriends, kids and poor costumer service in this week my car has been gone.If I'm paying and got all that was asked for why dont I have my car? Are there any HONEST people? I work hard to get what I have and some would say why haven't you just took your car back? reason being they got the motor out and I'm scared they will mess up other things.So with that being said I would say dont EVER go to this place.I won't again

Fast service. Was in and out relatively quickly. Make sure to bring cash, but if you forget there is an ATM across the street in the shopping center.

I had a flat tire & my spare was flat! I took my flat tire there & they were really helpful in finding me a tire & putting on my wheel at a really reasonable price & friendly service!

Engine rebuild has taken 6 months and after complete costs were $800 more than was estimated and car still has original problem that it had from start.
