Great service. Was in Rome, on business and my radiator went bad. Called that morning, fixed and on the road same day. Really really awesome customer service, even feed us lunch.

We have used this garage for a little over a year now and with 2 vehicles. The prices are fair and the people that work here are super friendly. They will help you out with whatever you need. The price of an oil change and tire rotation is about the same as the dealership, but I only had to wait one day to be seen as opposed to 2 weeks at the dealership.

Trina is absolutely the BEST. She's sweet, honest, and straightforward. She will do all she can to get you the best deal and get you back in your vehicle as soon as possible. You can't go wrong when you come to The Garage!

I not only use The Garage for my personal vehicle, my company uses them as well for our fleet vehicles. They are great in every aspect... knowledge, trustworthy, promptness, and price. The Manager Trina and the entire staff are very friendly and helpful!! Can t go wrong with these folks!

Trina and the Team at Knights Garage are awesome! Not only do the quickly fix any issues with my veichles. But I am always confident that when I leave the problem was fixed right the first time. Finally, they go the extra mile for the little things. They take care of the people who come in and are an absolute Joy to talk to while you are in there!If you haven't found someone to take care of your cars you should try them out. It is great having someone who you trust on your side!

Went into The Garage because I needed a axle replaced on my vehicle and because I saw the fantastic score they had via Google Reviews. Trina and her team were absolutely phenomenal when it came to customer service and getting my axle replaced. If you need any car work done I highly recommend trying The Garage and let Trina and her team earn your business!!

We don't live in Rome, in fact we live in Florida and were on our way home passing through Rome when I thought we might have a problem with our breaks.We called them they said come on over well get you back on the road as soon as we can. We pulled in to the shop and in ten minutes they had our car up on the rack and the wheels pulled off. As it turned out there brakes were worn but looked fine so they put everything back together and we were back on the road in foryfive minutes or so.We were in a vulnerable spot there and they could have done a hard sell on needing $800 with of brakes but the charged us a modest fee for their time and told us we'd be needing brakes work soon.We're ever needing work done in Time I know we're well be going.

Great place to go! They know what they are doing and go the extra mile in a friendly, yet professional manner. Service is expert and fast, price is fair, and they take time to educate you. I wouldn't use anyone else.

They worked on our 22 year old jeep and did a great job. The jeep was dying out and didn't want to re-crank but so far what they did seems to have fixed that problem.

Best place to take your car for repair. I checked 4 repair shops, used Knights Garage be�ause I trusted and felt comfortable with them. Will use them for any repair service I need, no need to shop around when you find the most important thing for auto service - trust.

First time coming here they welcomed me and my puppy. They have an awsome cashier. I didnt catch her name but they did great. If i lived in rome i would definitely come back. Great service

My daughter had her transmission put in here, she kept having problems with it not shifting right. We took it back twice and both times they said they reprogrammed it. Same problem. We took it to the dealership and they said it had never been programmed, but they said there was still a problem with the transmission and that Knights would need to fix it since they replaced the transmission. We took it back again to Knights and they were rude said they couldn't do anything else with it and it still isn't fixed. Getting a lawyer.

Having a GMC Acadia, a KIA Optima, and a Volvo S40 Turbo, the old problem of getting repairs and service is overcome by being able to visit"The Garage" for all three vehicles!The mechanics are all experienced and knowledgeable with most vehicles, and after repairs / servicing they check everything out (including brake, steering, radiator levels etc; and also make valid recommendations on the state of vehicles to the customer - an excellent pointer!Trina and Ronda are the friendliest (and very knowledgeable) front desk people I have ever come across, always greeting customers with a smile and willingness to help customers!The Driver Service taking customers to work/home while a vehicle is being taken care of, then picking them up is great!
