We had a very good experience with this company. The young lady that answered was very knowledgeable about glass & what my van needed. We told her the problem but when they got in there it turned out totally different problem. She the charge was more than quoted but she stood by there 1st quote & we are back on the road. Thanks doc!!!!!

Technician very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Came out and measured, ordered the window and came and back installed it. Cleaned up everything after and no surprise on pricing. Great job

Wife went there to get an estimate. She waited after talking to the person and...hey after 45 minutes the front office person said I thought we were done and they will call my wife back. She did not even get my wife's phone number. Anyway, it's just 45 minutes of wasted time. I never review any business establishments but this one is for the record.

These guys were wonderful! They were communicative, timely, and professional. The shower doors are beautiful and they matched our hardware perfectly. When they hit a roadblock, they went above and beyond to resolve the issue for us. Grateful for them!!!

I had an appointment but called early to reschedule. They wouldn't give a time for a reschedule, only a tentative date of July 6th, saying they would call at a later date with a time. Never got the call, so I called them for an appointment time, and they said they lost all our information in a system update and that they weren't even working out of Rome on the 6th but rather Chattanooga, AND that the price suddenly went up by about another $40 with no explanation. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Had them replace broken glass in a window. The glass they replaced was the incorrect thickness. I didn't notice this until weeks after they installed it and I had paid for it. The owner Tim owned up to the mistake and they ordered the correct replacement. That process took a while. It actually took a few months, not weeks, but months, to get the first replacement. I was very patient but where I started to get that feeling of getting screwed was when the second replacement took a few weeks with not a peep out of them. Even after my repeated calls asking for updates.Anyway the bottom line is they did what they said they were going to do and made good on their promise. But where they really need to improve is with communication. Communication, communication, communication. When all else fails, communicate. If there is nothing to report, just call to let the customer know they haven't been forgotten about.I would recommend Glass Dr and would use them again, not that there's any choice. But c'mon guys. When it's going to take eons to get the glass in, call the customers who have trusted you with their money and let them know you're still waiting too. It takes two seconds but the reassurance is priceless.By the way I'm very satisfied with the job they did.

I reached out to the Glass Doctor because I did some research on licensed companies in Rome that specialized in window replacement and saw that they had some pretty good reviews. Initially, everything was great. Setting-up the consultation was easy and their technician showed up when he was scheduled to. Right before he left, he said I should receive a quote on the job sometime towards the end of the following week (it was a Thursday, so that sounded normal). Well, that first week came then went and life got busy. About two and a half weeks after the consultation I called their office to inquire about the quote. Their receptionist/office assistant pulled my file and apologized, but she shared that the quote had not been done. She also shared that her boss probably wouldn't be able to get to the quote until the beginning of the next week, but should have it to me by Tuesday. Well, I called yesterday because I still had not received a quote. I thought maybe they had the wrong e-mail. Nope. A different staff member told me that even though it had been almost 7 weeks since the consultation, no one had bothered or cared to follow-up and complete the quote. Mind you, I was asking to have 17 windows replaced and custom glass work done on a door. It wasn't a small job, but clearly not worth their time.

Jason is amazing! I was scheduled for between 1pm and 3pm and he messaged me to see if I wanted it done sooner and actually had it done before 10 am. He did an AMAZING job. I understand that the repair is for structure and not cosmetic, but i can barely even tell where the chip was. Great price, great service. Will use again and recommend!

Excellent service! the tech called when he was on the way and he arrived on-time. He completed the replacement and was even able to re-attach my cell phone holder.When he was finished, he let me know how long I needed to wait before driving and also how long before I could drive the car. The technician made sure that I was comfortable and confident with the work, everything was cleaned up and then he left.I would recommend this company for replacing all of your glass replacement needs.

I went here looking to replace glass for my coffee table. The lady that works the front desk was so sweet and helpful! I went to three different glass shops and they were the best (customer service) and most reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again & I highly recommend them!

Prompt in contacting customer from the initial contact, consult, scheduling and production. Every person I came in contact with was very polite. The work was completed in a timely manner and was completed correctly... and the employee cleaned up after himself. All of these comments may sound cliche and like this is what you should just expect from someone you are hiring to do work on your home.... but I reply with this because we have had over $20,000 worth of work completed on our home in the last year and half since moving in and this is the first company we have been satisfied with 100%.... I never leave reviews but I feel like because of this experience and our last experiences in the past year and half they deserve a stellar review!

Awesome service. Thought I got a chip on the windshield during a road trip. Safelight quoted twice what these guys did. Glass doctor came to me in less than 2 hours. Turned out my chip was already repaired and somehow I never noticed before. Tech was very honest and nice, smoothed it out no charge since it didn t need an actual repair (can t be done twice). Highly recommend and will use again if I need anything.

The people at Glass Doctor in Rome did an excellent job installing a large window in my home! They were prompt, friendly, and professional. I liked the work so much, I ve hired them for another installation/repair at my home. I can not recommend them enough!

Needed back windshield replaced. Most places I called didn't want to deal with my BMW. These lovely folks took care of it next day. Fair pricing, quick service.The owner and employees are super friendly and welcoming, plus there's a sweet kitty and her funny kitten to entertain you while you wait.Will definitely be back for any of my future glass needs!!

Everyone I interacted with, from the time I ordered my product to the time I picked it up, was friendly and professional. What I ordered was exactly what was delivered. All of this, and they were much cheaper than a similar place in Cartersville. They definitely have my business from here on.

I was very impressed with the immediate response to my inquiry, the estimate process, the price and the technician. I called several different glass repair vendors and NONE of them were as responsive, available and professional as the Glass Doctor. Our technician, John, was very knowledgable, professional and a really nice guy. I could not believe how fast he had the broken window out and the new window in with no mess for me to cleanup.We have many windows in our house and many birds flying around outside. I'm sure we will be calling them again.

Very unprofessional, they always claim they are short staffed, They make you wait a week for an appointments and then they do not show up. I was patient enough to set up two appointments with these people, first week they told me they had the wrong number to call me the second week they just didn t show up and didn t care to call me back or reschedule so I wasted three weeks waiting for this guys to replace a glass on the window and they never did it, very unprofessional

I've used their services on 2 separate occasions. Both times these people were affordable, great customer service, quick response time to repair my vehicle, my homeI highly recommend this company & will certainly use them in the future!
