I took my car to Gerber Collision for repair after an accident. It was a smooth, seamless process. I was very impressed with the customer service from the front desk to the back. David made sure all my questions were answered and that my experience was great. I highly recommend these guys for your repair needs.

They were able to get my vehicle done sooner than I thought. I didn't have to worry about having to call my insurance myself since they took care of that too. They even kept me up to date on my vehicle via text.

The estimate was very hurried and unconcerned. Didn't list all that was wrong. Had to point out some things myself and still not listed on estimate.

Had my truck repaired here and was very happy with the service received. I drove up and signed the papers, before I even got to the parking lot to do a walk around with the service guy they had called for my rental. Did the walk around and signed the papers and was off in the rental. They kept me informed through the whole process through text message. Debra was happy to answer any questions I had when I called. They had me fixed and painted in a week. They even took care of calling to extend my rental until it was finished. Will always use Gerber in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Just hmmm the guy did not look or add all damage to my vehicle. He maybe took 5 min for front and back damage from a car wreck. And half those min was taking quick pics. Not real happy being I got a second estimate who got all the damage and it's way off from this place.

If I could give them a zero stars I would. My insurance company setup from me to bring my vehicle to them and it was a huge mistake. When I picked my vehicle the manager assured me that my vehicle was ready to pick up and my alignment is way off, my wheel is making a noise, the engine oil light came on because it had no oil ( I m guessing from a leak during the accident). Let s not forget that the manager also said they put two new tires and when I got home I looked at them and immediately knew they were not new. I went and had the thread checked and in fact they are not new. What kind of shady business is this? I spoke to the manager about all the issues today and he didn t seem too concerned. So be careful with this place, they re a joke.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

A family member just had the most shoddy work done here on her vehicle after a car accident. Insurance is paying for the work, but so far everything will need to be addressed a SECOND time.And to top it all off she just received an email response from an employee signed Have the day you deserve. WOW. That is absolutely unacceptable and you know what they say about an unhappy customer right? They tell 10 of their friends. And you know what happens when you have an unhappy customer in the 21st century with social media? Well you can go ahead and multiply that 10. Good luck with your business Gerber and I hope you lose the revenue you deserve.

Everything went smooth as glass! Lol! Very nice people here. Did a great job on my car and it didn't take long at all. I hit a deer in my car and got front end damages. It was fixed in a timely manner and listened to all my concerns. I didn't even recognize my own car because of how clean it was! Spotless! They sent text to keep me updated on their progress. I was very pleased overall. Thanks Gerber Collision & Glass.

EXTREMELY. pleased with the service I received at Gerber in Rome, GA!!!! The staff could not have been more pleasant, and they completed the repairs in a timely and efficient manner. My van looks so good after they finished with it. (A wheelbarrow can mess up a car pretty seriously.) I really appreciate the manner in which your staff treated me throughout the entire process. They cleaned my van thoroughly, inside and out, and even sanitized it for Covid. I will definitely reccommend Gerber to my friends and will certainly use them if I ever need repairs again. Horrible customer service. Was provided daily updates for the first 5 days, all saying the completion date would be on such and such day. On the day the vehicle was supposed to be completed, there was no update sent. When the business was called they said it would be that afternoon and someone would call and give a pick up time. There was never a call for a pick up time and the business could not be reached for 4 days, even with repeated voicemails left asking for a return call. On the 5th day after the vehicle was to be completed, someone answered the phone and said they would find out and send an update. The update was sent by text and said the completion day would be such and such. No more updates were sent, when the business was contacted on the new completion date, they said it would be the following afternoon before completed. It s still not completed.

Poor customer service. They told me to bring my car at 7am.... they were late opening by 30 mins. I was told I would get regular updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays, didn't happen. I was told by multiple people they would call me, didn't happen. I was quoted 3 days to repair the minor damage. On day 3, they said they were still working on the quote to send to my insurance. The quote that they had completed 2 weeks ago, sent to my insurance, and my insurance had already mailed me a check to pay for it.... It took them over TWO WEEKS. When the car was picked up, the insurance check was dropped off.**1 month later**I recieved a call saying I was on their 30 days past due list and that I needed to pay. Imagine the argument that started. They found the insurance check.... in the bottom of a folder somewhere. Never again!

The work done to my sons car was immaculate. The car was finished on the predicted date and time, which was very helpful. Customer service is A-1, I will be a return customer and recommend to friends.

Did a good job on the repair. They wanted to take control of the onsurance part and wouls not give me a quote up front which I thought was a bit strange and not what Im used to. I was not trying to get any extra money from an insurance claim and was in a hurry to get ir back. In the past I havr always gottwn quotes prior to starting. Seemed like they wantwd full control if that. Front desk lady was not real pleasant but everyone else I experienced was nice and professional.

I just had my wife's 2014 Toyota Rav4 repaired there after the rear quarter panel and bumper got damaged. Gerber did an awesome job of repairing the dent and matching the paint. It is so good that I can not find any evidence that the repair was done. It looks as good as it did from the factory. They were also able to do the repair much faster than I had anticipated. In fact, they were finished before the insurance company called to see how things were going.

They have done work on my truck a couple of times and I'll use them in the future. One job just never looked right so I took it back.....4 years later and they repainted it, no hassle and it looks good now.

Waiting 3 weeks on a part that should have been took care of when they originally fix my car tried to put a damaged part and I noticed it before I left the business.
