Worst experience buying a new zero turn lawnmower. Knew what I wanted, ordered said it would be ready by end of week. Two and half weeks went by and all of a sudden they are delivering at my door. No call or contact. I had called about a lift assist spring twice, wanted it added, no call back. I called them and did except delivery and Larry at shop said he would call back about lift assist in a few. No call back, no apologies from and just poor poor service. Don't buy from them if you don't want problems. Forwarned

Bought a brand new Hustler Raptor XDX 2024 February 28th with 0.4 hours on it. Got home didn t use it until the next day and wouldn t idle and had a bad Lope . Called the store and was told to bring it in Saturday Morning March 2nd 2024 and they would fix the problem while I was there only to show up and the guy running the front tells me he s the only one working there that day and they are off Monday they would call me first thing Tuesday to let me know something. Here we are today Tuesday March 5th no call I called them and asked for a ETA on getting my Brand new mower back and they didn t have one. Told me they would call back and I still haven t got a call. This is the 2nd brand new mower I ve purchased here. One in 2023 and now 2024. I ve spent 20k and planned on coming back every year. But with this communication and buying a new mower only to mess up I think I ll have to look else where.UPDATE: the show called me the evening of with the mower finished and is delivering the mower. They made it right and I m happy with it

would be zero but that's not possible purchased a tractor from them i used it one time to spred gravel in my driveway and a line blew out under it when i checked to see what happened i found the pressure line was brazed where it was blown out before don't know who fixed it but it should have been replaced they told me it was under warranty but I ended up paying for the parts to fix it still have not gotten my parts its going on 3 months now drop shipped to my house they said but I'm still waiting 3 more months and I am still waiting for the line's never made it to me. almost forgot thank you for the call that i got either

I bought a mt345e from these folks, I have received outstanding customer service and delivery of my new tractor and equipment.. I not have almost 600 hours on this new LS tractor , it has amazed me, I've had no problems with it. I have had to tighten bolts and maintain it, but that expected out of any construction equipment , it's not a new car, it has to have a PTI run on it every so often before use..For the quality of LS equipment and this dealer, this has been a 5 star experience all together , no doubt.

They lie to their customers about fixing warranty parts. Told us they would be ready Thursday then while we're down there they Strip a bolt and told us they would have to put this other part on and it would be ready Friday, and they called and said their truck they tow with had a blow out and couldn't get it to us and for us to come get Saturday around lunch, we call before driving an hour and they tell us their rigging the part and not putting that other part on,we asked for owner and they said he was busy. We went down there to find out they haven't even worked on it. Lied for the 3rd time. The owner never apologized and said we were lieing about all of it, we have messages from them in writing but we lied, they called the cops trying to get us to leave and the cop said I can't make them leave. Cop told them they need to make it right. They finally get it finished and pull it out of shop and park by our trailer and won't speak and left running. So we walked over and looked at it and they had broke the tie rod on it and didn't tighten the steering knuckle down. Won't be back here again.

Great place to do business with. I had already decided on the LS brand tractors, we just needed to find a good dealer. Everyone at Equipment outlet was very courteous, knowledgeable, and most important friendly. I got a good price and great service, and will happily recommend them.

We bought a mower here which did good for a couple years... broke down and brought it back in to repair JUST the spindle. They started claiming other things needed to be repaired and overpriced up to $1385 and delayed for 2 weeks. We said that we could only pay $1200 and they said it was fine. Literally the one day after, it broke down. We brought it back in and the mechanic let us know that because we didn't do the full payment they took back down starter. They could've just told us. This time they priced us $400 for the starter. Ain't planning coming back here.

BEWARE !!!! This place don t have a clue. I took my hustler zero turn in to get work done on it . 2 weeks later hasn t even been looked at . And they are not busy . Called to check on it after a few days and was told they would call me back the next day. Never got a call . When I went to pick it up to take it somewhere else , a man was dropping off a Hustler Raptor that he had pick up the day before . He said they fixed the wrong transaxle. And put a part on backwards . CLUELESSNow I am glad that they didn t work on mine.

Quality customer service, 5 star no doubt ***** . The mechanics are very knowledgeable of warranty issues and regular service maintenance. The sales team is friendly, very effective and always friendly

Russ Jennings could make it at j bar years ago and he ant no different now to many people telling different things to their customers won't stand behind there work break more than they fix when you confront them about the stuff they tell you in writing they try to say your a liar disrespectful to my wife to many people stand g around instead of working on what they have to work on and I had to take my tractor from there after they said they fixed it and broke more stuff and load it and carry it to a different dealer to be fixed plus they stripped bolts and could even put them shims and all in right I loved my tractor till I had to deal with them on 2 different times to have warranty work done and both times I was lied to and stuff not done right
