Exceptional service! Had a flat traveling through. They not only plugged my tire, which we all thought needed to be replaced, they put my spare and stuff back in my van (which is no easy feat) and didn't charge me a penny. I pulled on thinking I needed a new tire and was going to be spending about $150 and left there for nothing. Highly recommend!

The absolute best!!!I went here for a tire repair. Every person I spoke to was super helpful, the wait time was really short, they did a thorough job and it was all FREE.I tried to leave a tip on credit card but they couldn t take it.I could not recommend this place more. I will go there for all my tire needs.Thank you!!

A huge shoutout to Cory, the manager at Discount tire's Turner McCall location. As always he took care of me, hooking me up with the best tires at the best price. On today's visit the "jalopy", my 96 Jeep with 245,000 miles, got a new set of tires that look awesome. I use discount tire exclusively for all the vehicles in my collection, both exotic and military.

Ordered a set of tires for my son s truck over the phone told the guy what size and brand he said no problem and called me the next day and told me they were in. I told him that it would be Saturday before I could get there and he said that would be fine. We arrive a few minutes before my appointment and the guy seems to be a manager or something he was wearing a red shirt different from everybody else. He tells me he can t sale me the tires because his computers says they will not fit my truck. Well I have the exact same tires on the truck already. So needless to say I won t be going back there or recommending them to anyone.

Love this place! Bought tires here last month and got a flat the other day, brought it back and they replaced the tire under warranty for free. Even re mounted it and put the donut away. 5 stars all day!

We were passing through Rome Ga and came in for a maintenance rotation. Jacob waited on us. It was pouring down rain and we had walked over to a local restaurant while the tire work was being done. Jacob drove our vehicle over to us then walked back to discount tire in the rain. Above and beyond on customer service! Thanks Jacob

I love the way they will repair a tire at no charge. They are usually pretty busy so if you want a tire repair go early. Always friendly and efficient

My husband and I were in a panic and 5.5 hours from home after a mountain trip. Something was very wrong with my tires which are pretty new. We amazingly got to Discount Tire and Jacob Spicer the manager happened to be the one that met us when we walked in. He was AMAZING! My tires had been rotated by a dealership and the front tires were way too big to be in the front and had pretty much shredded because of the friction. Jacob was able to put on 2 brand new tires for us within the hour. He knew we had a far drive home. I can t say enough about this service shop and the management. The shop was also very clean and very professional. Thank you Discount Tire and Jacob! We will be suing Discount Tire from now on in Savannah Ga!

Nice job, great timing, no playing around like I just experienced at Mavis, I felt like they were playing around to much, I had a 2 o'clock appointment at Mavis and at 3:45 I was still waiting for them to do a simple job of balancing, and rotation and I was purchasing new tires, Mavis lost out on $350.00, Great job Discount Tire, me and mom really appreciate your honesty, hard work and professionalism, now she can drive with a piece of mind!

This is a great place. Always friendly, helpful, and finds /suggests rims and tires you re interested in. Very nice to have your tires air checked and added if needed for FREE. Great company.

We had a blow out on our newly purchased rv that did damage to the undercarriage. We called at 3pm explaining our predicament and they agreed to assist us. We arrived and refreshed the situation and they explained that they would stay later than closing at 5pm to make sure that we were safe on the road. As they replaced all four tires they showed evidence that the tires were out dated dry rotted, cracked and ready to follow the first failed tire in short time. Our safety was their utmost importance and priority as they pointed out problems and our steps forward to get us safely back on the road though Atlanta Macon. This vendor is worth working with for your tire needs.

Great visit each and every time. They also check your tire pressure for free. I always tip because it's a service I appreciate. They've done my tires, my husbands and my moms and the price was fair and competitive to other places, plus so professional. We will be back!

Cory was the guy that handled my situation today. It was indeed, a situation, but I won't go long story here, lol. He was very friendly and professional. Handled everything with a very pleasant attitude. You can tell the guys here really care about their jobs. Either Cory, or the other guy (bad at names, forgive me) greeted every single customer that walked in with the same positive attitude. It really is a great place to get your tire concerns taken care of. Consider them next time you're in need.

This is the place! I had a tire that needed a hole plugged The associate evaluated the safety level of the tire, repaired it. NO CHARGE! He charged zero! Who can beat that level of service? Totally impressed.

Great service but watch out for the deception when it comes time to pay the tab! Was asked if I wanted the tire protection....$51 was what they said. Had I'd known it was per tire(which they forgot to mention) I would've declined. I wonder how many people they scam each month with this tactic?!

Awesome place. Discount tire has never disappointed us and this time was no different. Customer service is always top notch. Trey handled everything in a very professional and genuine manner. Harrison and the guys did a great job of putting on/balancing the tires I picked out. Great team. Would highly recommend.

Stopped to price some tires and within 35 minutes I was out the door with the tires I was looking for. Cory was very knowledgeable and I appreciated that. Definitely recommend this place
