Been to several mechanics over the years. I was surprised at how nice the office was. They even have a chalkboard where they wrote the names of appointments for the day.Was also surprised at how fast they were. Appointments were available immediately, and my car was fixed same day.They even offer free rides to customers if they have to wait.

Andy s always takes care of me and my car needs. Years ago when passing through Rome during a move, my SUV stranded me! I Google searched for a garage, got Andy s, and they rescued me on that Friday at end of day. I ve been a loyal customer since. Most recently, I called them on the way to work and was able to arrange for service that day. They picked up, serviced, and returned my car while I was at work. I paid online. Andy s is thorough with diagnostics and they consult with me regarding service recommendations. I can highly recommend using Andy s! They are my go-to!

On very very short notice, I contacted Andy's Garage on Friday at around 10:00 AM and spoke with Paul regarding installing a serpentine belt on my 2005 Toyota Tundra. I explained to Paul that I was leaving to go out of town around 2:00 PM and didn't feel comfortable with the current belt. I had already purchased the new belt, but didn't have the correct tool to install it myself. Paul advised me to have the vehicle at their garage by 12:00 noon and they would take a look at it. I had the truck there by 11:30 AM and within 30 minutes, their technician was driving the truck back to the service area. Unfortunately, the belt that I purchased was too small (it was for a Tundra w/o air conditioning). Not a problem, they ordered the correct belt from their supplier and with 45 minutes had me on the road. On this particular Friday, Andy's was really busy. Nevertheless, the folks at Andy's was able to get me in and take care of my repair so that I could proceed with my trip with confidence. The price was reasonable as well. I reached out to Andy's because of their Google ratings. In my opinion, they lived up to every bit of their ratings. Thanks. PatService: General repairs & maintenance

It was my first-time using Andy's. George and Stacy were very helpful throughout the whole process. everyone was respectful, courteous and professional. They communicated every step of the way. I love they have a warranty on their parts. You can't put a price on having a peace of mind. I will definitely use them again.

This was my first time to go to Andy s Garage and it couldn t have been a better experience! The people were so helpful and pleasant to work with! They were great to keep me informed about the progress on my car. I will definitely go back when I need my oil changed or repair work done! Thank you to everyone who was there to help me!!!

Everybody at this garage was very nice and considerate. They did a great job on our truck. Had to replace the turbos and lines. I don t know what what else they did, but the truck is running great and they would always talk to me when I would call with questions and concerns. The girls in the office are always very kind to me and very friendly. Thank you for making this a good experience.

Very few automotive shops in Rome, GA will touch modified vehicles. Andy s is the exception.I was too nervous to install my upgraded 60mm turbo in my Golf R, too many unknown variables.Paul worked with me through the process while their techs worked day in and day out to diagnose and custom fit my new turbo. Without ANY prior knowledge of the vehicle, prior modifications, and quirks of my car, Andy s had the turbo installed, waste-gate properly set, and road ready within 24 hours.This type of work only comes out of high grade and highly respected European auto shops. To think that Andy s has such capable technicians working with them is wonderful. I would easily consider their work the most capable in all of Rome and the surrounding areas.I have been for years, and most likely will be, a permanent customer of Andy s Garage.As a side note, my Golf R needed specialty tools to do the timing several months ago. Andy himself sourced and picked up the tools within the day with no charge to me. The staff is very nice and friendly.They had my car for about 2 weeks ,They did 2 different diagnosis on my car and both had good results.My car had been cutting off on me alot the reason why I took it to them but they let different people drive the car but they say my car did nit act up not one time on them..Even though they didn't solve my problem at the time I still recommend everyone to Andy's Garage..

Andy s garage has excellent service! Very nice people, professional and accommodating! They helped me with replacing my alternator and even stayed a little overtime on a friday. Needless to say, we got home to Florida safely! Good job to all your staff, specially to george and the front desk lady.

I got my brakes and new headlights replaced, and they explained everything to me and had the act completely together. I would highly recommend them for all your automotive needs! Oh,and super clean and tasteful decor in the lobby. You can watch TV, get coffee, and charge your phone!

I can't say enough about this place and George. My daughter's car was having issues and she could not got faster than 20pmh. George recommend having the car towed to him. When it arrived, they immediately did a diagnostic and it had several alarms. George picked what he thought was causing the problem and gave me a quote. Sure enough, he was right and all the other alarms stopped. He had her car ready in just a few hours.Best service ever.

Friendly, honest, helfpul. Instead of charging me for new engine. Sent me to dealership where engine was covered under a warranty. Found me a cheap tow. Was fortunate to break down near them.

I i ve had my vehicle serviced at your establishment before I ve always been pleased with the service. Although I appreciate the opportunity to have my vehicle service when times like these are hard and you offer alternate ways of paying for the service I use the snap program I have mixed feelings about that my total work done was right around $650 If I do not pay this off and then 100 days I will have to pay $1500 back that s somewhere around 150% interest which is absolutely pathetically ridiculous again I m pleased that you offer the service but I would certainly shop around for A better deal for your customers. Being charged that type of interest should be illegal. Thank you for the quality service that you gave. Overall, I am very pleased. Do plan to have other work done on my car at your establishment. but hoping and praying that I don t have to use snap

Great experience all around. Did some mechanic shop shopping. I found that Andy's Garage has top notch customer services such as loaner and shuttle vehicles, friendly service, upfront about cost and also the 2 year warranty they offer on parts replaced is a nice touch. The work I had done was an oil change and the rear brake pads and rotors changed. They did a superb job! Definitely will continue to bring my work and personal vehicle here.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had to have my battery replaced and it was almost near closing time on a Friday and those folks took the time to check all the components that would pull the power from my battery they checked the starter the alternator the whole works then replaced the battery for me and I'm thankful for their service. Everyone was so very professional and kind. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone, thanks Rose

I believe in giving honest and fair reviews and not just going off of one bad experience with a business. I have been taking my vehicle to Andy s garage for a while now and they have been able to figure out and fix most problems with my vehicle. Now a while back they did replace my rear brakes and ever sense then the right rear side squeals when hitting them while stopping so of course I setup an appt. They originally sprayed something on it and said if it continued to bring it back and they would reassess the situation well of course it continued so I took it and dropped it off at the beginning of this week. I believe if someone is paying for a service then you should communicate or touch base with that customer at least once a day to let them know at least what s going on. I had to call right before closing the first day and of course they didn t know what was wrong with it. Then day two rolls around and get no one followed up again and both days we waited till almost closing time so we wouldn t be bothering them and gave them plenty of time to get in touch with us. So when calling on day two we spoke with a Donna who stated didn t you just drop it off? We had to inform her we made an appointment and y all already had the car for two whole days. Then she claims the mechanic drove the car but could not recreate the sound which is surprising because when we picked up the car that evening the minute I tapped the breaks the noise was very apparent. It was my hope that we had finally found a good and fair mechanic shop her in Rome but I was wrong and I strongly recommend looking somewhere else. Thank you! The only reason they get a three star review is because when I scheduled appointments in the past and worked with Stacy she was always respectful and kind.

I had a great experience at Andy's Garage! The lobby area was so clean and inviting, and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. They also had coffee and water available while I waited, as well as free wifi and a Smart TV. I was super impressed to have gotten my car serviced in only an hour, and I would recommend Andy's to anyone!

I appreciated the shuttle from the mechanic to my house and back when my husband's truck was fixed. There are only a few issues I have with them: they said they'd call when they got the part in for the truck which they never did, they charged me for an oil change that I ended up getting after I asked them to do it after they got the part rather than just the initial time I dropped the truck off and finally they said they "called multiple times to let me know the truck was fixed" even though I know it was only one call. They also didn't fill the brake fluid back up after flushing it when they put the new part in.

Lost my brakes coming into town and Andy's got me in real quick and fixed me up because I had to turn right around and go back to Iowa. Put my new calipers on and I made the 18 hrs straight thru the night without a worry about my car. Thanks Andy and all your crew...they were all very friendly and got me back on the road!!!!

They ended up not finding the sound my car was making and it's still not making it. Despite that, they tried so hard to replicate it and take care of me. Everyone I talked to was extremely pleasant and friendly.
