These guys here only want to work on stuff that they want to work on. If I could rate them a 0 I would. Very unprofessional and doesn t come through with what s told. If your vehicle is not running top notch don t expect them to work on your transmission (even though this is a transmission shop go figure) they think they should be able to diagnose engine problems even though you aren t there for engine problems. Go figure. Be aware of this place. AAA is not putting the customer first I can assure this. All about picking and choosing here. Even though a shop right down the street fixed the problem and transmission now shifts correctly. Thanks AAA for turning any future business away. Real professionals here

Called to get a quote. Guy answers with a car door alarm going off in the back ground whole time. Had to repeat myself multiple times so he could understand me. Finally had enough of back and forth I hang up out of frustration. What happens I get a call back. Don't answer. So I get this wonderful text.

the owner was humble and very helpful. May the lord bless this man and his busines. got the best customer services hands down and they treat you with respect and actually mean busines unlike most places i ve been to this one is number one out of all my mechanics i ve been too.

Let me start off by saying my name is Johnny Laster these guys went straight to work on my transmission the owner Haven moved the price around a little bit for me where I can afford it within 48 hours I had my vehicle back they even delivered it to my house while I was at work so a shout out to Jesse and Rodney great work guys thank you

Jessie and his shop are amazing. They came highly recommended from other shops that did not work on Hyundai. He went above and beyond my expectations. When I brought my vehicle in for my 3 week check up he fixed another minor issue that had nothing to do with my transmission. My mom has a car that has to have transmission fluid put in it from underneath the car. So we called AAA and was invited to drop the car off. So I dropped it off and was heading to catch a bus but the owner said no need to catch a bus he would give me a ride! I offered gas money he did not take it, he told me the ride was free! Then he looked at my moms vehicle and it did not need fluid it needed something a Little different although he checked the fluid level he did not charge my mom! It meant a lot to us because financially we are having a really hard time! Very nice people good honest business! Jessie was extremely knowledgeable and friendly however very over worked. He had great prices but he told me it would take 2 weeks to get to my car fix. Fixing a transmission is normally a 3 or 4 day process however as I stated he required 2 weeks

Amazing customer service and great quality work. My Tahoe blew the transmission and Jessie took great care of me and installed my new transmission within one day and had me back on the road. AAA even called me later that week to check on me to make sure everything was going great and even brought me back in for a free service to check fluids and mounts and found my transmission mount had broke and fixed it free of charge. Jessie and his brother at AAA transmission are the only two people I will let touch my car. they have always taken care of my vehicles and I will continue to do business with them. BTW great warranty they stand behind their product.

Jessie is a really kind hearted person. I had a code in my lexus (03) gs300 which is a nightmare to get parts for and tore me a new one for a solenoid c. If you could find one besides a dealer,,who wanted allmost $500, two other places had them at $300 each. Jessie knew i am disabled and put it in trans. for me dirt cheap. Had a great experience here. The owner was able to fix my car the day I brought it in. And, while most places charge just to look at the vehicle, AAA not only looked at it but was able to make a part for it and repair it for less than most places diagnostic fees. I would definitely recommend them for any transmission problems you might have.

I'd give 10 stars if I could!Broke down in an RV an hour south of Rome with a completely stripped flywheel. Jesse went far beyond anything I could have ever expected to help get me on the road again.When it still wouldn't run, he helped me get it into storage and get on the way back home to figure out what to do next.You won't find a better shop or people to work on your vehicle, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

They wanted 1600 bucks to install a clutch in my manual transmission which is highly ridiculous in my book.

Amazing service and people. I recently had trouble that left me stranded, i was towed to AAA transmission where the issue was diagnosed almost immediately, repairs were made in a speedy manner and Jesse went above and beyond to get me back on the road. I would definitely recommend them.

These guys are truly professionals in the mechanic business! I thought for sure I would spend a small fortune to replace my transmission but to my surprise it was reasonably affordable and they got my car in and repaired in no time. I would highly suggest this place to everyone!

These guys know Transmissions!!! When our Tahoe first broke down a local "mechanic" said that the transmission have gone bad on it. "$3000 to get it fix" is what they told us! AAA fixed for around $1,150, parts and labor!!!! But guess what? It was not the transmission but the transfer case! Keep it up guys, Good Job!!!!!
