I've been using this place for maybe 40 years. It's local owned Sammy Silver's is the owner and he is great. He's very friendly he remembers me every time I come in with whatever vehicle. And he takes good care of his customers I believe his father maybe even his grandfather owned it before him. It's the only place I would take my vehicles for anything. And I highly recommend it.

I see all of these reviews talking about how they are professional and they treat people good. There was one guy i cant remember his name, he was a cool guy, but everyone else gave me looks and didnt offer help when i even asked if someone could assist me. But they held my car for 2 days after i asked to see if they could find a leak in my ac system. I always had to be the one to call them on updates, and when i got my car back all they did was filled it with frion for 70 dollars and my car ran hot after a week, trash service.Service: Air conditioning

They are some pretty nice guys they do their a great job on what they do they are a bunch of hard-working men and a cool place to sit in the back on a broken bench but it sets fine. They said they going to fix it. They are doing my mufflers and they doing a fine job doing it. Is a great place to get your mufflers done.

BEWARE!!! I thought this was a good local business to support, but now I don't think that at all. I came in and got an estimate for a cat back dual exhaust install on my 2011 F150 and the price was about the same as everyone else I had called, but they were a local shop and I like to support independently owned businesses so I chose them. I told the manager guy that I wanted to avoid the loud drone sound at cruising speed and he assured me that they would mount the muffler far enough back to prevent that. Well, when I got my truck back that afternoon, he told me he left my resonator on, that they had tested it both ways and the drone sound was less with it on. But when I got under the truck and looked, the bolts that attach the resonator still had a thin layer of rust on them, no tool marks, this told me he was dishonest to begin with. Then a few days later I notice my right tailpipe is lower than the left, as I investigate I see a mark on an elbow by the right leaf spring. I bring it in and show the same young guy, but he didn't want to assume responsibility, he said they have done 1000 of these and never had a problem, it must have been someone stood on it. So they bend it back in place. I also had them remove the resonator that I wanted deleted to start with, they felt it was necessary to charge me an additional $65 for that but I just wanted my truck right. Then a few days later, I notice the right tailpipe is lower again, I look where the small scrub mark was on the elbow of the pipe and now it has several scrub marks on it. So I call the guy and let him know, he says bring it in that day and he will work it in. I didn't have a ride that day to leave it, so I told him I would bring it in the next morning and he agreed. I brought it in the next morning and left it all day, I called at 2pm and he said it was next. When I arrived at 5pm it hadn't been touched. He said just drop it off any day and we'll take care of it, well I did, and you didn't. Most businesses want repeat customers and try to treat them right, they are not dismissive and try to throw the responsibility of their mistakes on the vehicle "this is the only one of our thousands we have had a problem with" or the customer, kept asking me if I jumped railroad tracks with the truck or took it off roading or went up a steep hill. Listen, if you put the damn pipe in any spot where it can hit the spring offroad, up a hill, going over a school speed bump then you made a mistake, fix it and be responsible and don't put your mistakes at the back of the line, fix your errors before you go making new ones. I am taking my truck to another muffler shop to get it repaired, because he told me my pipes would be crooked when they reinstalled them. I will tell my credit card company that they did not deliver on their end of the deal.Service: Exhaust

This place was great! It's been a family owned business since 1942. More importantly, they treated us like family. They have honesty, integrity, superior service & great prices. I would highly recommend Triangle Muffler & Automotive.

My family and I are travelling around the US and Canada for a year in an RV. We are from Australia. Our exhaust broke in Memphis and was repaired by the worst exhaust mechanic I have encountered. The work needed rectifying immediately and as we were passing by Triangle Muffler I gave them a call. Cameron and Sammy were very professional and fitted us in as quickly as they could when it was obvious they had plenty of other work to get to. They were very helpful and almost apologetic for the poor service we had received by their fellow tradesman. Their work and prices were excellent and I can thoroughly recommend them.

Great service. Staff is very friendly. Always kept in contact with me. Will be going back if needed. Also any shop that has pets roaming is my kind of shop seeing I foster dogs. Thank you so very much for taking care of my car .

These guys were very helpful and honest. My SUV broke down on the i-75. I had it towed after hours on their lot yesterday. They kept in contact with me about everything. I really appreciated guys.

Replaced motor and car didn't run 24 hours. Wants more money to make it right. Paid over 6 thousand dollars. Will not give a refund.

This business charged my father in law 300 dollars to tell him they didnt know what was wrong with it. We went somewhere else afterwards to find out the head gasket was blew. We will definitely never be coming back there again and will make sure we let everyone know of your shady money scamming business

Thank you, thank you, thank you!You saved our Canadian butts!!!! We were on our way to Florida (as Canadians do when it gets colder) and BAM muffler issues.Not only was there a giant hole it our muffler it was also 4:30 on a Friday. Ain t nobody got time for that.We found your location by chance but boy are we glad we did. You could tell we weren t from around these parts, eh, and took us right in. We were fixed and on the road in no time.Thank you. You rock our socks!!!!

They cut my wires to my exhaust sensor an then said they didn't touch it bc what they done was putting wrong sensor in the wrong place idk but my car is flashing my check engine light so check out your place before goin for sure

Didn't even know how to check transmission fluid in a C5 Corvette. If you don't know how and can't figure it out maybe you shouldn't be into the automotive service business

This place is a joke!! To get a window to roll up on passenger side cost 200 didn't even fix where u can roll it up on that side!!! Rip off !! I would not recommended no one to this place ever!! I don't care how long its been a family business That's how it stayed in the family ripping ever body off! This place is a joke!! U go there there making a dream world for them that's all they care about!!

Terrible place , busted my mothers windshield and tried to say it was when the rollback set it down BUT I was there when it was set down and it was perfectly fine when I locked it up

Went to get the mufflers and all the pipes and they just put the mufflers when I said I wanted the pipes from front to back and now when I try to put it back on parking it hit a pipe they weld and i can t put it on parking and now I can t turn my truck on
