If you need auto work I do not recommend here. I called for a simple price estimate on something to be replaced on my vehicle was told call back in 15 or so minutes. I did such then called back the one picked up the phone said okay went away left me sitting on hold no response no nothing. Just instead of looking up a price estimate they are just laughing and cutting up in the background. And I sat there for a solid 20 minutes with nothing. They don t deserve any business if they can not do a simple task and trying to give them business. Nope just unprofessional workers who can t help out a customer with something as just a price estimate.

This place gets a lot of business. They never lose sight of their customer's. My experiences here are always great. The owner, as well as the employees, are very friendly and helpful. I will always patronize this establishment.

They fixed my ls1 Camaro SS up nice for a great price. I had a water pump and thermostat replaced along with a radiator. These folks left.me hanging 3 times. No service, not even time to plug a tire...aren't you a tire shop??The last time they just walked away from me...so I went across the street. To.McNabbs. where they not only offer me service....I bought a brand new ser of tires for 350 LESS than these "folks"...I wonder if they can even read this comment. SEE YA

Did a great job fixing my skid steer tire,when someone else couldn't. Very fair price too. Update....Had to have another tire repair and they didn't even charge me

They fit me in the same day, no appointment. Friendly and informative staff. Price was 25% cheaper than anywhere else. I'll be returning

I am out of town and needed my car fixed before I got home. Despite their busy schedule and all, Paul made sure to go above and beyond on my car and get it done! I didn t get the normal list of a million things to add to it, just what was needed! And I wasn t charged an arm and a leg! I called Rakestraw Auto Services late one morning from my workplace a few blocks away asking if they'd have time to inspect my corroded battery post and cable. I took my Chevy Colorado to them during my lunch break when they said they could look at it later that same afternoon. I walked back to the shop after they had completed their inspection and let me know the cost of replacing the battery - which was HALF the cost of what the dealership quoted me.I was very happy with the prompt and courteous service, and the fact that the battery replacement cost half as much as I had been quoted elsewhere. Rakestraw Auto Services will be my go-to shop from here on out.

I've been going here since 2008 and always had great and fair service. It's sometimes hard for a woman to be treated right in auto repair situations but Paul and his crew have done right by me for a lot of years. Today's brake replacement was no different.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Great group of men! Always courteous and very knowledgeable. Paul listened to my concerns & his team tackled the issues..and although they couldn't help with the exhaust problem, I was referred to a local shop. I'll continue relying on Rakestraws great service and affordable rates. Thanks again, guys.

They're good folks. They stay very busy and I'm sure are overwhelmed. I needed them to drive my vehicle to scope out a fume twice but they couldn't get to it. It's only cause they stay busy and are tired that they couldn't get to it, so I don't hold it against them. I needed air in my tires many times and they got to it immediately.

Been opened for years. I noticed that my front tire was showing wires and I had a used tire already in my trunk to use. I just needed it put on. I called about an hour before closing and asked if it was possible since I was about 15 to 20 minutes away. They said it was fine to come on in and were able to put it on for me with no hassle on how close to time it was.

Took the car in for rotors and new brakes. While the car was parked, apparently the heat from the sun heated the glass so hot, the rearview mirror fell off taking some of the glass with it. I was initially upset as I was leaving, believing it was knocked loose by a mechanic. I asked how we could remedy the issue (this was end of work day). Paul told me to bring car back in the AM and they would fix it. (A simple issue I could do myself if needed). Took my car back the next morning and was shown security footage of the mirror falling on its own(was pleased that he showed me this). Anyways they fixed the problem no charge. Was recommended this place by a relative, and I would return if in the area.

My car broke down on a Sunday and we towed it to their shop which I'm sure was a surprise Monday morning to see a Fiat in their parking lot they have been very patient with me while I'm waiting on my transmission to be shipped and they seem to be very fair on their prices. I will let you know at the end of the job how everything went but for right now I would give this place four out of four stars.

ive been doing business with Rakestraw for over 6 yrs. now, they are very reasonable on their priceing. all the people that work there are nice as can be. owner Paul is great. i would reccomend them to anyone for any repair, you will be happy with their work and the price.

Been having ridiculous car trouble, went to several places and was told something different each time! Went to rakestraw this morning and he got right to the root of the problem! Service was great, price was great, nice people! Will return for future issues

Paul the Owner is very nice, he helped explain repairs for my car so that I could actually understand.Cody, 1 of the mechanic's there did the test drive with me in my car so I could explain what my car was doing. He was very knowledgeable and knew right away what was going on with my car.I would recommend Rakestraw Auto Services to anyone.
