Employee didn t know how to check or change a battery. Long story short, I get closing at 9, but if someone just said they were coming right back in and had to grab there wallet in the car, probably don t lock the door.

The staff are nice and very helpful! I had to use their restroom and it was very clean with all amenities and opened to the public! They also have a self checkout lane too so that is very helpful and convenient for a quick transaction while they are helping others with questions and looking up car parts and such. Plenty of parking spaces here too!

Thank you Mr. Brett Van Dussen of AutoZone Rockmart ..I stopped to get my car checked out because my check engine light came on. Brett came to check my car out with no problem in the rain. Thank you Brett.

Was visiting the area and went to this auto zone the lady who didn t have a name tag on behind the counter was rude she wasn t friendly her tone of voice came off rude an not friendly like I usually choose auto zone for all of my car needs I will give this location another chance if I m in the area but management should definitely coach the employee on how to treat customers because her attitude an tone of voice will definitely cause the company to lose valuable loyal customers .

Angie and Laurie were life savers. My car needed a new battery and these ladies jumped to help. Angie pointed me to the correct size and suggested items to prevent corrosion. White glove customer service in my opinion. She got the battery swapped out in 10 minutes tops. Highly recommend this location if you re in the area.

I went in today and had the best customer service. I think the girl's name was Katie or Kathy. She was very sweet and helpful. She even carried my battery out to my car because I had bags in my hand and help me find my items in the store. The other women in there were very nice as well. I truly appreciate the wonderful customer service.

After leaving their competitor, which was a terrible experience, I came over to AutoZone to see if they had a cabin air filter for my 2007 Honda RidgelIne. The gentleman helped me almost immediately gave me two different choices to pick from and explain the differences in the two very easily. I wish I had gotten his name. He was fantastic. I will be back every time to this store.

Customer service great, Friendly Employees, handles multi task very well and works well under pressure, didn't like attitude of one employee bc was returning windshield wipers bc auto zone in Cartersville ga gave me the wrong size and forgot my husband didn't put the right one back in pack so instead of listening to what happen he just say sorry think u are lying to me not taking them back. That was rude and disrespectful.

I forgot my credit card the other day and the very HELPFUL sales person Brandi went above and beyond to help me. I don't leave many reviews, but she earned it by hand inputting all my details from my son over the phone, which she went above and beyond doing. I needed the part badly and without her help, I was jammed up. Thank you Brandi !!!.

I love going here. The workers do their jobs very well and go above and beyond to help you find out the answers you have about your vehicle, to assisting you to the product that is best for the condition you have. Supervisor, dark hair... can't remember your name... but you are the best at what you do. Thank you for all of your help ever time I come in the door...... AMANDA JENKINS.... I NEED/ WANT WANT A JOB

I went in looking for a small Fuse that apparently isn't really commonly used anymore. As soon as I walked in tonight there was a sweet younger man who jumped right to it and helped me. They didn't have it and they didn't sell it, but he showed me what to look for and where I could find it. Thanks to him, it saved me a lot of running around even though I didn't buy anything from them. This isn't the first time I have been here and encountered a super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable associate. Keep up the good work rockmart autozone!

Jada was super helpful with getting me the correct parts I needed for my vehicle. She helped walk me through all my choices, different price and warranty options, and what was currently available in stock. Highly recommend this store and employee! Will be shopping here again!

Bought wipers an it was raining AN YES THEY OFFERED TO PUT THEM ON BECAUSE I AM A LADY!!!! That is such a AWESOME act of customer service!!!!! Which that is where i shop for my vehice, because they are friendly an are knowledgeable an go beyond their call of duty. An never push sale items on me.

After buying a new battery I took my old one back for the core charge return fee. After dealing with the rude women manager who popped an attitude for no reason. I will not be returning.

The staff is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The store is clean and well stocked and organized. They can order parts for you if what you need isn't already on hand. I'd definitely recommend this place!

As an old time shade tree mechanic, its great to have someone in your corner, they are great one getting me the parts I need with good customer support and knowledge to keep my vehicles(Silverado,PT Crusier, and a Miata)running at top performance.

Always help with a smile. Had to have them put wipers on my car and they did it with no attitude and even showed me how to do it myself. Thanks for the knowledge and patient help.

There's an Advance Auto Parts right across the street, but this Auto Zone is my go-to place for all car parts and accessories. Customer service here is outstanding, and if sometimes you wait a few minutes in line just to pay for a thing or two, it's because they're being very thorough with the customer in front of you. Staff is helpful and very knowledgeable.

I left a Duralast (which is an Autozone brand battery) brand battery down which was dead at the Rockmart Autzone. I asked them to put it on a slow charge. They told me they would. Then when I came back to pick up the battery two days later. They hadn't even attempted to charge it even though they said the battery was good. Thanks to The Rockmart Autozone. I am done with Autozone completely. I hate when people at places like this lie and act like they are going to do something. Then only for it to be a waste of time.

They take your money the day you want the part that you need, but if you use your bank card, it takes them a week to give your money back.
