Had my truck towed here with two lights on the dash. One was check engine, the other was stop engine. The truck still ran though. After sitting for over a week at their yard they decided to clear the codes and take it driving to see what it did. The stop engine light was on because the dpf filters were clogged. They didn't diagnose this problem. Instead they drove it and blew the turbo and locked up the actuator. Then they called and wanted me to pay $19,000 for the new parts for them to try and fix the truck. I paid for a tow out of there. If they would have done diagnostic before driving it they would've kept me from being out thousands of dollars. I paid for their diagnostic service but in the end they did none. From day one their idea on fixing it was to delete the dpf system. I'm not trying to run illegal. I should've known at that point to take it elsewhere. They were also going to charge me over 3000 more than the turbo cost to get it from cummins. I highly recommend taking your heavy equipment elsewhere.

Their towing service was great! Allen was very professional. They came and got me out of a jam in record time. I hope I don't have to use them again...but if I do, I know who to call.

My entire life came to an abrupt hault last week when my truck caught on fire do to an unknown problem when the batteries caught on fire and put me in a perilous situation on the side of the road. I was in an instant state of shock mentally given the situation. When Mike showed up it didn't take me long to begin to realize that even though my life turned upsidedown with what happened to my truck but I noticed something pretty quickly knowing that I was going to be in good hands. This man is one of the few in this world that has integrity and a care for another human being. When he tells you something he holds true to his word. He stayed with me and made me feel confident and that brought me a calming to help me with what had just taken place. Mike and his Son that was with him and a friend of his that was tagged along helped me regain my composer and he helped me find transportation to make it back home nearly ten hours away. The truck won't make it back on the road again, however it wasn't a total loss. I was protected by God Almighty and he sent Mike to me to show me he's with me wherever I go.

God forbid you get your car impounded there because they sold my Mercedes Benz didn't even give me a chance to get it back out let alone I was still going to college, they wouldn't even let me get my college books and materials and things out of it
