These guys are AMAZING!!! Wonderful customer service and extraordinary skill. They know what they're talking about when it comes to repairs on ANYTHING "from big to small they fix it all"!!!

In the past they have helped me. But today I got my plugs changed on my work truck(the one that i earn a paycheck with). Driving home it sounded like a misfire. Turns out one coil pack they broke a bolt off, instead if fixing it, they put a short bolt in that didn't thread in, just to fill the hole, so I had to drill and tap it out to stop THAT misfire. After that, cylinder 8 didn't have the connector plugged in. Cylinder 4 they broke the coil connector retainer, so i had to buy a new connector and replace. So 3 cylinders misfiring on a truck that ran fine before taking it in for regular maintainence. When I called up there was told Clay went home as he wasn't feeling well. Missed 2 days of work to fix the sloppy work , and spent countless hours trying to figure out what all was wrong. Spent an additional 370 bucks on parts after they charged me 550 bucks to change the plugs, when i told them i wanted plugs AND coil packs changed. Never got a call back after relaying to i was having issues. Just sloppy and unprofessional. Clay told me when i picked it up he hates working in fords.... sure coulda told me that before you agreed to, and then over charge me at that. Again, this is my "feed my family" truck. The truck still isn't running right. It runs, but ran smoother before taking it to moncriefs for a simple spark plug swap. Really disappointed because I really wanted to be able to trust this place for our mechanical needs. Trust nobody I guess, especially a guy who all he talks about is how great he is. Great at ripping people off.

Horrible customer service legit yelling and cussing at a customer even went as far as following the customer to their vehicle like they were gonna try to fight them! I have never witnessed such unbelievable behavior by a business owner! This was a repeat customer who has brought so much business to them over the years I was floored by what I witnessed, I'm so glad I got it on vidoe!!

Bad customer service will not call back. Will never go back there again all clay talks about is how great he is
