Please NEVER go here. I have been a valued customer of this mechanic for 7 years bringing my cars for miscellaneous repairs over the years as a resident of College Park. The first time after seven years I brought my car here for a major repair the mechanic ensured us from the start he would beat the dealership price. We had our car towed to him. He became extremely unresponsive, kept the car for well over a month, and then quoted us a final price $500 over his original estimate. He exceeded the dealership cost. I literally had to call the cops to receive a break down of the cost because when I questioned his increase he refused to let me view the invoice. Clayton County police arrived and ONLY THEN did he allow me to view my invoice. Do not do business here. He will demand whatever cost before an invoice is provided to verify. Thankfully our transaction was smooth but only after calling the POLICE so that he would relinquish my invoice and my property.

My car is running a little better than it did when I came in however the advisor helping me didn t give much info as to what was actually done to the vehicle. My work order was not filled out when I went to check out so it was written in at that time. I went back and forth with the advisor on the wording of completed work on the work sheet, he wanted to put some items in the suggested area when that was not accurate, I came in requesting this issue to be looked at initially which makes me think it wasn t done now. He then put it in the list of things doe and scratched out the previous line in the recommendation area so I do not know for sure. Note- I do not think they do any point inspections initially or post service because when I asked if my car issue was resolved he stated what I came in for wouldn t have resolved my issue with my car. When I asked what is recommended, he said he hadn t even checked . I won t be returning as I think integrity is in question here.

I took my Audi Q5 here for an oil change. Now if you know Audi the oil change for those cars are different and if you don t know what your doing the oil will constantly leak. Well before I had them service my car I asked them are y all aware of the special filter that is required for Audi. They reassured me they work on foreign cars and Audi s before. When I say DO NOT take your Audi here do not. I paid for the oil change only to have all my oil leak out in a matter of 2 weeks. Lesson learned for me. I repeat DO NOT take Audi s to these ppl. The customer service was great but they do not know how to work on Audi vehicles. I think Rovers are their specialty.

Very nice gentlemen, he reviewed my insurance claim repair documentation and the car will be towed in the morning. He explained he will work with the insurance company and I should have my car back in about a week. I can't wait to see my baby girl car back on the road.

This place is the most unprofessional, shady place I have ever been to. PLEASE DON'T GO HERE. You will definitely regret it!! I wish I could give them negative 100 stars... I brought my car in to this shop to be fixed, however they kept my car for A YEAR and did not fix the issue. These idiots only made things worse! Constantly making excuses and then getting mad when you call to ask about YOUR STUFF. I go and pick my car up this past may and the problem they did manage to fix is worse than it was. Take your car to a real mechanic, not these IDIOTS!!!!

If I could give them negative 100 stars I would. AN EXPERIENCE FROM HELL! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE INEXPERIENCED MORONS. I hope this helps someone and Ver s is not a part of BBB. They keep my car for 28 days and only made the situation WORSE! I took my car in on March 3, 2017 and did not get it back until March 30, 2017. When I took my car in there was ONLY a rough idle on cold mornings and it was using a lot of gas. NO check engine light on, NO white smoke coming out of tail pipes, car was NOT making a ticking noise, and NOT leaking oil. When I picked the car up there is white smoke coming out of both tail pipes, the car has no get up and go power, the ticking is still there, and the check engine light is on. I park the car and moved it and there was an oil stain in the driveway. Now I have to spend more money to take the car to a reliable dealer that will fix the car correctly. Word of advice DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO VER S, you will only spend more money in the end. Oh yeah and they DO NOT COMMUNICATE. When you call to check on your property they act as if you are bothering them.

Sam did a great job repairing my Landrover LR4. He was very professional and his Landrover IQ is off the chart He went far beyond the call of duty and didn't charge me the outrageous cost that I have experienced from Landrover Dealerships. Moreover,He delivered my car on time as promised.I was so impressed with his work and the reasonable cost, that I am going to have him repair my Mercedes Benz and fire my Car repair shop who was on vacation at the time.

My name is Karen Smith. I work in Riverdale & live in Newnan. My car had run hot during my lunch break. It was nearing the end of the week workday & I asked a colleague to see if my car needed water. Sam was picking up his vehicle (my company had done some glass work for him). He walked over to see if he could be of any assistance & diagnosed the problem immediately. I needed a water pump. It was a Friday evening @ 6:00, I am scheduled to work Saturday, Sam does not work on Saturday & I live in Newnan. Sam gave me a most fair price, offered to get the part & come by my workplace on Saturday to make the repair on site. Now that is top of the line customer service, plus I feel as I have made a friend. Thanks Sam, I am forever grateful to you.

Sam is the Man!! FINALLY AN IMPORT SHOP WOMEN CAN TRUST !! The staff at VER'S IMPORT WILL CORRECTLY DIAGNOSE YOUR RIDE! WITHOUT RIPPING YOU OFF BECAUSE YOU DON'T KNOW THE LINGO.Lets start at the beginning. A ML 320 sat inside a hot Florida garage. It sat for 7 years inside this garage, all the seals , hoses, oil, etc were dried out, shot or worse rotted. We were given this car after my husbands grandmother passed away (2010) . Although the body and interior were in pristine condition the engine was another story. We went to a place in Fayetteville GA, who diagnosed the car, we were charged 250.00 just for the diagnose ! in which we were told it needed 4,000$ worth the work. In the beginning it needed, a fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel line, fuel return line, a tank gasoline drop, new battery , 4 brand new 02 sensors , both upper and lower catalytic converters , then they went on to state it needed another 100, in diagnose, a smoke test , 150 to diagnose oil? you get the picture. So we got ready to sell the car in which we had already been dumping money into like an endless money-pit. My husband asked me one more time to try and find a mechanic. Well this time i found a CAR DOCTOR! Sam took the time , 1 week lol to find out that this car required none of that. It was simply a broken fuel line, and bad oil corrosion causing those 8 misfires, the other place only (stated 5 misfires) the other mechanics we paid 2,782.05 to fix the fuel lines in which they originally broke inside the gas tank. And it also needed the oil flushed, replaced, new oil filter,& pan, some engine coils and struts We also discovered they didn't even used the Bosch parts they charged me for! Sam gave me a choice of using after market or official Mercedes/ Bosch engine parts. He also educated my father and husband about the mechanics of the vehicle and physically invited them inside his garage while he was repairing the vehicle, step by step the work and parts being used to repair the ML320 one afternoon when we stopped in to visit. This has been the best experience I have ever had. As a woman it is very hard to know who you can trust not to rip you off. SAM, YOU SAVED MY CAR. THANK YOU. I never thought I would be driving around in this vehicle. I can never begin to thank you enough!! That was the first time I gladly paid and TIPPED a mechanic in my lifetime and I am 33! I will not take my ML320 to any one else again, and you know why? I don't have to because he properly repaired the issues without lying to me, without trying to rip me off, HE BELIEVES IN GOOD BUSINESS AND WORD OF MOUTH. HE HAS NEW TECHNOLOGY TO REPAIR THESE VEHICLES WITH AN OLD SCHOOL BUSINESS APPEAL . SAM YOUR TRULY THE MAN THANKS BUDDY!a very happy lady - Rebecca Siegel

This is probably one of the worst repair shops in Georgia. Liars (mostly the son Sam). Quoted me many codes and repairs that the car did not have issues with. Took it to the dealer and they fixed the problem the first time. and provided the correct codesDon't waste your time or money here.

The short answer is, Vers Imports is friendly, understanding and personable. Vers Imports has A-Plus customer service. I will continue servicing my car there as long as I can.

This is the worst un professional dont never take your car there .They dont even know how to do the work they sending your car 250 miles away so expect 500 add miles after they put the most cheepest parts and paint no bueno

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! THEY HAD MY CAR FOR 6 MONTHS AND STILL DIDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM. I TOOK MY CAR TO THEM IN SEPTEMBER TO GET A NEW ENGINE AND EVERY WEEK IT WAS "WE ARE GETTING TO YOUR CAR THIS WEEK". SO I HAD WENT UP THERE IN JANUARY TO TELL THEM I NEEDED MY CAR BECAUSE I HAVE TO GET IT REGISTERED FOR THE 2018 YEAR. HE FINALLY CALLS ME ON MY BIRTHDAY AND SAYS THAT THE CAR IS FINISHED. I GO PICK UP MY CAR AND I LIVE ABOUT 1-2 BLOCKS AWAY. I TURN MY CAR OFF AND BACK ON SO I CAN GO TO GET MY EMISSIONS TEST DONE AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS STILL ON AND MY CAR ISN'T ACCELERATING AT ALL. SO I TOOK IT BACK TO THEM. THEY SAID IT WOULD BE DONE THE NEXT DAY SO THE OWNER I BELIEVE SAID HE WOULD CREDIT ME WITH 2 SERVICES SO I TELL HIM I NEED SOME BRAKES AND ROTORS, HE THEN TELLS ME THAT THEY CAN ONLY GIVE ME 2 FREE OIL CHANGES SMH. SO I FINALLY GET MY CAR BACK A LITTLE OVER 1 MONTH LATER AND MY TOWING COVER IS MISSING AND NOT ONCE WAS MY CAR TOWED THERE BECAUSE IT WAS DRIVEABLE WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF. SO SAM TELLS ME THEY WOULD PAY FOR IT I JUST HAVE TO BUY IT 1ST AT THIS POINT I'M LIKE I'M NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. SO I TAKE MY CAR TO GET THE EMISSIONS AND FAIL IT. HOW AM I FAILING AN EMISSIONS TEST WHEN YOU PUT IN A NEW ENGINE? PLEASE I REPEAT PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!

Sam was amazing, went in last minute due to car over heating, it was the water pump, and had me in and out in 3hrs....im new to the area, Vers Automotive was recommended and didnt disappoint!!! Thanks Sam!!!
