I came in with brake issues. While being serviced I received awesome customer service, which is rare in this day and time. I appreciate Roy, and the other staff for resolving my car issues and getting me back safely on the road.

Firestone Corporate office please!! Do Not ignore these reviews and comments these reviews are up here for a reason these are true facts.. The worst experience I ever had at this location. There is so much to tell what they had done to my car as well what they had done to me.. I brought my car in to get a alternator 4 hours later, before they were getting ready to close. They never called me, I called them 30 minutes right before closing. Letting them know, I was heading up there to pick up the car which I was 15 minutes away. All of sudden the Manager on site, told me that my alternator is on recall they need to get it from the Kia dealership. Well come to find out that was a LIE there is no recalls on alternators for 2016 KIA Sorento I already check. they did not work on my car they just took the alternator out and left it jacked up in the air and it said that the mechanic that's working on my car he's going to be off the next two days so I have to leave my car there not caring I still have a job that I got to go to work as well take my kids to school.. that fall in morning I had to hire a tow truck to come and get my car to take it to another shop I am beyond pissed for me to have to do that returning back to the facility there was no tech on site remind you they open up and say 7:00 a.m. 8:00 no one still there. Trust me it's more to it but I don't think it's enough up here to write more of that worst experience.

Had appointment which they take me on-time. Someone came in after me who appointment was after mines. My car was done before that person car was done my keys was in the window first. So I should have got closed out before that other person. And 3 more ppl came in while the worker was closing out that person. Iam still waiting while he takes care of them all. I'm not happy like my car are my money was no good

Staff was outstanding respectful to my wife and I. He explained what was being done to my vehicle. Also if the service performed may or may not fix the problem. He was stated that my struts would probably need replacing soon.

Completely disappointed with the performance of this location. I have had all of my vehicles serviced by firestone for 20 yrs with personal vehicles and 5 yrs for my business fleet. Ms. Lillian, at the front desk, was continuously misleading and was not able to accurately even tell me what was wrong with my vehicle but insisted it would be about 4k to fix the vehicle. On several occasions, she stated she would find out and call me back which never happened. Upon coming up to the store, Roy, was able to assist to at least find and adjust the work order with the warranty items, that I also told Lillian about, bringing my total to under 2k. The final kicker was that I explained that I needed the vehicle back by Thursday for a business trip but vehicle wasn't completed until Saturday. After multiple calls to the store, since Lillian refused to call back and inform me of anything going on, she confirmed that the parts came in and the vehicle was being worked on and that the technician should be finished on Wednesday evening but worst case early Thursday morning and she would call back in the later that day to let me know. After not receiving a phone call 6p.m., location closes at 7, I called and then Lillian stated that the vehicle wouldn't be ready but she forgot that the technician had a scheduled day off. I came in Thursday morning to speak with a manager who Lillian stated there is no one available to call or discuss and there where no contact numbers available to reach anyone above her. She then stated the the technician had an emergency and needed the day off and that I could take the vehicle back as is. When approaching the vehicle in the bay, there were parts from under the hood in the passenger seat of the vehicle. Obviously, meaning the vehicle wasn't ready for me to pick up. Horrible experience!!! I thank Roy for assisting to help the situation but overall extremely upset with the situation.Also, contacted Firestone Corp office and received a claim nunber and was told that I would receive a call from a supervisor within 48hrs and still haven't received a call.

I recommend that to anybody if it s not simply for the service, but I ve had tires put on twice there in the service was fast, exceptional and friendly. The atmosphere is very peaceful. If you need Tires go to this place, you won t regret it.

I BEG OF YOU TO NEVER EVER VISIT THIS SHOP! Scam likely! I got an oil change, which took over an hour, even though you HAVE to make an appointment. They said they had a deal to rotate the tires along w oil change; now my car is shaking like it s going to fall apart. I keep my car well maintained and have never been in accidents. Express Oil Change is a much better/quicker/reliable option. Also, the people on the inside do not know much about cars so their help/advice is worthless.Services: Tires, Oil change

I was driving to put flowers on My Princess Drell grave & hit something on I-285, that caused a 4in. Gash in my tire. The last time I purchased tires Pres. Obama was in office No, really & a tire was $99.00 - $150.00. To put one tire on my truck was $282.00 but the people were nice..

Don't waste your time. I made an appointment online, and when I dropped my car off, I was told the wait time would be 1-2 hours. Over two and a half hours later I hadn't heard anything, and when I called for an update, they lied to my face and said they were pulling my car in right now. Another hour later and no update, so I went to pick up my car and it was completely untouched. Good thing I went because they probably would have closed up shop and my car would have been stuck there overnight.

My unbiased rundown!I ve come to this Firestone on two occasions. My first experience wasn t as great as the second. But the second return was definitely worth it!Service:I came to purchase two tires for my weekend trip (700 miles) and ended up paying $201 for both Firestone tires F710 60p16's including installation, rotation, balancing, etc. (The reason for the price is because I found an online price and the manager was willing to work with that!) The only downside is that I did stay at the location for ~3-4 hours.Functionality:So far, so great! I was down to 3/32nds (or something like that) on my front two and so those were replaced. My actual ride is so much smoother and my car looks great after my 700 mile trip, I'll post an update if needbe. I am very happy, very appreciative. I do recommend and I will be returning!Update! 09/03/18Tires are awesome after 1400 miles!

They provide the best customer service. The manager, Mr. Cedric is very helpful and thorough explaining the services needed. The technician also provide great customer service. Everyone is always pleasant and make the time spent there comfortable.

I took my car here and when I went to pick it up someone had tried to steal my car! Everything in my arm rest was scattered all on my seat and up under my steering wheel was all apart and messed up ! I was tryna ask the light skin older lady about it and she didn't wanna open the door to see what I wanted she said call back the morning at 7am ! There's no cameras out there so it's a lost cost ! I will NEVER take my car here again and I will NEVER recommend anyone else to this location!

Worse experience ever. If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service here is TERRIBLE, communication is TERRIBLE, understanding is TERRIBLE. I will NEVER visit this place again. When you tell someone you will have their car ready by a certain time and it s not learn to communicate. This place definitely has piss poor service. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMENDService: Tires

Okay so I'm going to be honest I feel like they try to sell you services they themselves don't know how to perform. I used the coupon for the tire rotation but my tires went on in the same place they were. Then I paid for a fuel system cleaning and when I had a different issue with my car I took it to another car place and they told me that they never changed the fuel filter. What I went back they told me that change on the fuel filter wasn't included and they ran the same seafoam I could have gotten it AutoZone or anywhere else through it.

Great experience!! Ms Lilly was GREAT!! Very courteous and informative. Answered all my questions and helped me get a credit card from Firestone. Service to my truck was done in a mannerly time. I will definitely be back for more work on my truck. Oh and I can't forget the guy that was in the office as well, didn't get his name but helped made my visit pleasant.

Store manager (Damion Freeman) is very professional and business oriented! Scheduled a 8am appointment, arrived at 7:45am and at 8:05am my SUV was on the lift rack. Service tech, not sure of his name, was on point also! Damion kept me updated on the repairs as the tech worked! He finished my Tahoe in approximately 1 hour 25 mins. with steady work. Steers great now...Thanks guys and keep up the good work!!!Service: Wheel alignment

So the people here seem nice, but the wait time that s unprecedented. Like me & 4 other people has been waiting here for 2 hours and in the middle of them working in cars they stopped to have a 30 minute team meeting. How does an Leader allows for multiple customers to wait longer than needed to have a team meeting?Doesn t seem like good leadership. Anyway hope I don t have to come back.

Took my suv for a tire repair that had been change out by AAA. It took three hours and two additional visit to resolve the issue. They were all under the hood and ect trying to get me to purchase some unwanted and unneeded services. However the staff is friendly and polite. Never again will I use or recommend their place

No, I did not enjoy business. I have called this location 3 times and was on hold for around 30 mins still not getting anyone. The other location said that their alignment machine wasn't working which is why I called this particular location. I have been with Firestone for over 8+years and the attentiveness has dropped TREMENDOUSLY. I am soon looking to other car care customers if this keeps up. Firestone please get people who want to work and a system that lets loyal customers know if equipment is "down". You are losing customers more and more here.

I spent over $1200.00 for brakes, rotors and two tires. When I was on my way to work my brakes failed. I was told that it might have vibrate loose The mechanic stated they couldn't find anything wrong. It took me three different times to get them to fix the problem. I had to rent a car to get to work and was not reimbursed for that. I've been going to Firestone for years but this was a different location. Trust me I won't be going back to that location any more. They also lost the key to my tires but they were replaced. If you don't have enough time after my being there from 10:30am-5:45pm just say that. I've never had any issues with my truck until I took it there. I will not be back.

Customer Was Great! The Problem I had was my steering wheel was shaking. I went to another tire shop they told me its my ball joints. Took it to Toyota Dealership. They said something. Got second option. This shop told Me wasn't the Problem. Take to good tire Shop.So decided take to Firestone let see if pin point problem. Well they said I need new tires. I was on my way outta town the same day. Bought set tires got front end alignment. Got on 75 car shake worse am like what in world. Had end up renting car. Ive had motor mounts, rotors, brake pads, cv joints put on. Still was shaking at 50 miles per hour. My Mechanic Realize the tires was going in wrong rotation two of them. One on front and one on back. Took back for them to correct problems. No more shakin. Am upset about the unnecessary money I spent because of this issue..

This is a good repair shop. They were through with their inspection of my car and even drove it to check if the engine was sputtering like I thought it was. They have a knowledgeable staff of mechanics and great low prices on vehicle inspection. They waiting area was clean, with free coffee and a television to keep you entertained. Also the rest room was clean. My four star rating is because even with an appointment I still waited over two hours to have my vehicle inspected. I was surprised that appointments are honored but that does not mean you will necessarily be seen at that time. Overall it's still a good place to get your car inspected or repaired.

I had a pleasant experience with Firestone. The gentleman was very polite. He showed me what was wrong before the work was done on my car which I appreciated. I was a walk-in and the wait was 45 minutes before my car was looked at. I may not be so lucky should I have another issue but hey, I would prefer the wait than a rushed diagnostic and job.

This is my second time coming to have my car serviced. 1st time I came for an oil change and the service was friendly and fairly quick. This trip I needed oil change and brakes so I decided to schedule an appointment. My appointment was set for 11am. I arrived at 11am and was told by the attendant the wait time would be an hour. So I decided to walk to the plaza across the street to kill some time. After returning maybe 30min later my car was still in the parking space I'd parked. 2hrs later my car was still parked. Other customers came in and cars were serviced prior to my car. After waiting 2 1/2hrs I decided to get my keys from a mechanic and leave! The manager made a comment"everyone expect to be done in 3mins"! For me it was lack of communication! If you knew your team was behind why not advise your customers? Don't tell them one thing and not advise if something has changed!! I hate places like this....such a simple fix! COMMUNICATE!!!
