The first time I went here the gentleman was amazing quick service and everything was correct I go to this place again and there is a different gentleman that assisted me and he was horrible he first tried to give me a paper that had the complete wrong make and model on it and then when I bring it back to get it corrected he tried to tell me that he scanned my car and that s what came up which was impossible because I had the letter from the first time which was only in January that the first guy scanned and it came up with my correct make and model when I explained that to him he response was are you here to argue or to get it fixed..umm sir u messed up not me u need to correct it!!!..I then look at my bank statement and this man charged my card more than the 20.00 that s on my receipt!!!..this is all after me pulling up and a gentleman being there but couldn t help we had to wait and the man who messed up to come back from getting his food..don t go here I will never be going here again!!!.

Excellent and quick service. Definitely one of the most efficient emissions experience I ve had. When I left he said, I ll see you next year. That made me chuckle and smile

The experience was simple, fast & to the point! I wished the time of opening would be posted. This is my second year getting my "Emissions" done here, as, like everything else, the cost went up from $18. last year to $20. this year. (Cash, not sure if credit/debit can be used)

Says that they open at 8, but I am here and no one in sight. Hours need to be updated online.

The emissions tech at CPS is so friendly and welcoming. He s very organized and works quickly and efficiently. I stopped by one morning but didn t pass because I recently had repairs done on my car. He told me to put some miles on it and come back to retest. I had to work and told him I would try to come back after 5pm. He assured me he would be there until around 7pm. Almost every other emissions place closes by 5:30 or 6pm in the area. He was there when I went back and it took him no time to test my car again. Being that I hadn t had a failed test in many years, I was unaware that the retest was free of charge. When I handed him my $20, he gave it back and said it was free. For that I tipped him $10 and he was very appreciative and I appreciated his honesty. Highly recommend going here and please if you can tip this guy, he is great at what he does!

We've been getting our family "fleet" tested there for the last o years. Quick. Efficient...and with the hundreds of cars he does yearly he still takes the time to remember us and inquire about family members and their vehicles. Am headed there now. THANKS CPS AUTO EMISSIONS for 9 years of great service and customer care!

Not open until 6:30. Not even open until 6. I pulled in well before closing time and he wouldn t take my car nor give me any explanation.

Friendly and fast. Just randomly leaves unattended at times for long periods of times during business hours. That's a bit of an inconvenience.

I was extremely satisfied and pleasantly surprised.I really didn't know what to expect but I like the no nonsense approach to testing my car and not wasting my time.High recommendations to any one who sees this post.

The guy took my gas cap after I left my car check engine light came on my gas light started blinking I had to spend 55.00 for new gas cap just over all the experience wasn't great take your car their at your own risk the owner did give me 25.00 back has an act of good faith

Best price in town. Fast service but not very welcoming. When I say welcoming I mean...Pleasantries like Good morning and good evening you know the stuff you'd say to a customer who comes to your place of business for service.

Whoever posted that the owner is respectful must be someone of relation because he was everything but. Horrible customer service. If it weren't for the fact that I had to get back to work, I would've took my money elsewhere.
