Wentt today to try to return a corroded battery I bought a year ago from this man he tried to charge me $70 and he don't Install send you to someone else you have to pay to put in I will never use BANO Battery "shop around "

I called today looking for a CR -1/3N battery for my job, my gps took me to the wrong place. I called and asked for directions, and received horrible guidance as to where they were located. After driving for a couple minutes, I found it, but there was a scribbled sign that said be back in 20 and the doors were locked. No one came 20 minutes after I arrived. Horrible customer service and business and I didn t even get to actually get what I needed for work.

I ve been waiting for over 45 minutes they were supposed to be open at 9o clock and the owner is not here that shows that you are very unprofessional I should not have to wait this long for a door to open to get a battery called they said they would be here in 5-10 mins it s 9:48 I will not be coming here to get a battery

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!! The owner sold me a bad battery and it came with a 30 warranty and less then 30 days the battery kept dying. Every time I started my car I would have to get a jump. I called and he told mf to bring it back.... after bring it back he offered to replace it. I demanded a refund due to I brought a brand new battery he still refused to refund me. Worthless ass company

DON'T BUY FROM THIS PLACE.. THE OLD GUY SOLD ME A BAD BATTERY.. THE BATTERY WENT DEAD A MONTH AFTER ME PURCHASING THE BATTERY.. HE DOES NOT GIVE REFUNDS.. AND BARELY WANTS TO REPLACE HIS "BAD BATTERIES".. HE TAKES ADVANTAGE OF FEMALE CUSTOMERS.

I called trying to find the location and got hung up on, after driving down 85 and finding it a few minutes later, there was a sign up only minutes after I was hung up on and no one came for a while.

The warranty on the batter is for 30 days...they battery had a bad cell in it in 90 days..save your money and get a good batter with a warranty!

NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP, THE SELLER SOLD ME A A FAKE BATTERY, I RETURNED IT 15MINS LATER AND HE GOT MAD AND THREATENED TO SHOOT ME
