They are always friendly and helpful, but they sold me a rear wiper blade that was a little too big to fit with the factory cover piece that hides the actual wiper blade.... but it still works without the cover... so 4 stars.

Whenever u check I with Lawandas, she's the bomb with the good deal because she won't want you to spend too much in your vehicle part. She always got my back with her beautiful smiles.

I needed a new battery today, so I went straight to AutoZone because of previous good experience. Patrick installed my battery was amazing!!!!! He was very patient and knowledgeable which was great because I had absolutely no idea what I was looking for exactly. Great personality, and great sense of humor Really got my day off to a good start!! I will be returning for any car needs, and I hope that Patrick is still there to provide his great service. Thanks again and my battery is running great

I recently bought a battery from this Auto Zone. I had a great experience. The staff was polite and friendly. The manger Patrick installed my battery fast considering they were busy. I was in and out in no time. The costumer service was outstanding. I ll definitely come back to this store.

Great location. Great customer service. The manager Felicia was overly pleasant and helpful my entire visit. She assisted me immediately and courteously. Will definitely be returning. Definitely a plus and a major need as it is already so stressful to have to be dealing with car issues. Thank you Auto Zone !!

I just had a wonderful customer service experience at the Riverdale Georgia {0905} store. So much so that I had to write this review. The store associate Kristy went way beyond her normal duties to assist me. Customer service like this is extremely rear nowadays. Hire more folks like this and your company will always stay ahead of the pack. I can't thank you enough Kristy. I hope this helps with your next pay raise or promotion.

Thank you Patrick for being nice and friendly!!! He put my battery in my 2015 jeep and it started right up! I don't remember the young lady's name who helped me but she was amazing also!!

Patrick was a life saver. I came into the store he helped me from start to finish. All my lights were out on my car and we had a little fickle but he wouldn t let me leave the store until my problem was solved. Thanks you Patrick with your amazing customer service.

This awesome Auto Zone Store in Riverdale is one of the best stores that I have frequented. Staff is very friendly. Always ready and willing to assist their customers. Special thanks to Patrick at the Riverdale, Georgia location. He saw I was distressed and unsure of why my vehicle wouldn t start. He suggested it may be my battery and he would be happy to check if it was the battery. He made me feel comfortable with the process. He installed the new battery and I was on my way within 20 minutes. Thank you Patrick for being professional and knowledgeable.

Nikko was very helpful to me when I came in to have my check engine light read. I had previously come by to pick up windshield wipers, and a very kind young lady sold me the wrong ones. Nikko quickly assisted and even put them on for me!
