Valvoline took over Greased lightning our go-to place for a quick honest oil change for our company and personal vehicles. My employee stopped yesterday for an oil change. They tried to upsell him everything from an air filter to a battery. Battery just over a year old, he was told it was on its last leg. The air filter was changed 6k miles ago. What should have been a 10 - to 15-minute oil change turned into a 45 minute high pressure sales meeting. Also, charging more for the same service we used to get. Not a happy customer.

In order of complaints most important ..they forgot to reattach my skid plate which mangled it, the manager did offer to reattach it, but that is all be careful of the prices, I should have asked before hand, but they charged $55 for a cabin filter ..last, the wait time, you can expect to wait twice as long if not longer than when it was greased lightning. All of this for the most expensive oil change I ve ever gotten.

I ve always used grease lightning, which is now Valvoline. Appreciate how helpful Frankie was and this may be my new go to place. Even though it is more expensive and takes longer than grease lightning.

Excellent service. Great customer care by Seth. Sooooo glad they opened in Ringgold. Used to go to Hamilton place and it took forever. Ringgold. In and out. Thank you

Really pleased to know there is now a valvoline closer to home. Geographically, this was a great place to plant a site.I visited for an oil change and the staff on site were all very cordial and professional. I am very pleased with the service provided and the experience. A very happy customer.Thank you Ringgold Valvoline team!
