Blew a steer tire on my semi truck on I-75 at midnight, called and they answered right away. My Hero Leonard showed up within 45 minutes with a brand new tire and wheel already mounted. He had me up and running 15 minutes later. Charges and fees were fair as well considering my situation. Highly recommend this shop.

We called Shackleford Towing last minute in a weekend night for an hour one way tow home. We had an exceptional experience, especially considering the circumstances. The entire staff were friendly and helpful. The owner even went out of his way to help us. They handled my my Jeep with care and helped us out by letting us ride in the truck with them to our house. Their prices were fair. I would use them again for any towing needs!

Very rude behavior they are used to bad words and yelling on customers if you will talk about price even u talking with polite way . Mark need to learn how to talk with customers. Fear God He is watching all. Do not speak bad to anyone in the pride of money. You never know when God will turn a hero into a zero

I asked these guys to fix a flat tire on my truck. They said that can t repair the tire instead changing it with a new one they re selling. I said ok let s change it. Then after technician tire dismounted said he s out of stock of new tire and suggested me a used tire in good condition. I accepted since I haven t other options. After 100 miles of driving their used tire blow out. Now I have to pay again and waste an additional time and money to change it.My advice to people using services here to be aware of what they buying from this company.I put one star for product they sold to me.

Very friendly and clean. Lots of parking and they have most parts in stock. Brought 2011 thermo king reefer in needed alternator and had it in stock on a Saturday afternoon

We called this company at 11 pm. The owner answered and lightened our spirits in what seemed like the biggest misfortune headed for vacation with 5 kids. He got us started as soon as they opened the next morning and even took us to and from our hotel. They worked to get us on the road in a matter of hours with a repaired vehicle! I highly recommend this company!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

It took 36 hours and $1024 dollars to fix the driver's side brake on my bus. On what should have been a 2 hour job I was charged for 5 labor hours. It doesn't take 5 hours to rebuild one brake. The wrong parts were sent out 3 separate time and I was forced to miss a day of work. While the technician was very nice and knowledgeable I definitely feel like I was overcharged and taken advantage of.

These guys are Heaven sent. I was stuck on the side of the road with my Uhaul truck when Mike seen my husband and I. He stop and offered us some help. He started making phone calls to make sure we get the help we needed. Moments later, help arrived. Mike sent Rex and Kyle. They made sure everything was secured and we were safe. I want to thank you guys for your kindness. You guys saved the day. You deserve 10 stars. Very friendly and kind. We had a wonderful experience with this company. We are moving from TN to CA and had to get our tires replaced. We don't have the truck to bring the RV in so it's great they came to us! The technician was very friendly and professional. I also loved the dispatcher. Candy was very sweet to work with us and our timeline for getting this done. I am extremely satisfied with the service we got and highly recommend them for anyone in their service area who needs mobile repairs to their RV.

Our company has been working this area for about 3 weeks now. Have had some truck issues with tires and what not. The friendly service that they provided us with, From the front door ladies to the mechanics in the back. Quality, quality, and so professional. Im glad I saw the Billboard passing up hwy 75. Moving up the ladder excellent service Good timing understanding patient and Has knowledge of what he is doing. Jamie was my tech. Not everyday you can find technicians that know what they are doing. Outstanding customer service. One in a million! We were stuck in I-75 with a flat tire that we could not repair. Shackleford towed our truck, got us to a safe location, retrieved our spare tire and put it on our truck. We were back on the road in no time. We recommend Shackleford not only for their customer service but for the way they cared about us as a customer. Don't call another company, they are available 24/7. I was calling several places and no one could get us in the same day. I was actually surprised when the young lady who answered said "yes"... They could replace our fuel tank strap and do a oil change. Everyone from Matt, to Brian... even Robert... all great people. They even have an amazing variety of coffee and hot chocolate in the waiting area....and yes, the job was done that day. Thank you for your professional & friendly service.

Called this location, explained to them what I needed and they immediately said come down. Arrived and both gentleman were very professional and took care of my tire immediately. Not to mention the waiting area Was clean and had free coffee and and water. Would recommend any driver in the area to check out this shop.

Hands down the best service I have ever received! I was stranded at 3 am in 10 degree temps. Shackleford was there in 20 minutes and found out that the truck needed to be towed. The owner Mark had it towed to his shop and put me in a hotel while he fixed it. I was back on the road and it was all at an extremely fair price. Anybody on here that wants to bash this company obviously has bigger issues than a bad truck because none of these bad reviews are true. They are extremely professional and have amazing technicians. I d highly recommend them

I went in yesterday to have my roof repaired on my trailer.Where my roof was leaking from previous work that was done. All I wanted Shackleford to do is seal the cracks on the roof a thirty minute job costed me over three hundred dollars. Which was very unreasonable.I waited about two hours for the tech to come which I understood.I quess I was charged for my wait as well. But the place was very clean...

These guys are true professionals, fair price, and stellar service. My carrier's owner is not easiest person to work with and can be pretty rude and disrespectful. The guys at shackleford were completely professional, I was worried that were going to take out on me, if anything they felt bad for me and recommended some other trucking companies to drive for. They even let me park on their property after my owner behaved horrible. You will not be disappointed with the level of service and expertise you'll get from these people.

Heading home to Indianapolis, had a loose oil filter, the oil was out of my engine in seconds. Thanks to Billy and shackleford enterprise, not only being there earlier than the ETA I got, and taking care of the problem but for making sure there was a truck wash staying open just so I can get my truck washed and get all that oil. Billy was very professional and I knew I was in good hands. You re doing a great job, Keep it up brother

I do not recommend it! completely unorganized work of the staff! ordered their service, the payment was said hourly at $ 95 per hour. Worked took 1 hour 50 minutes. at the end of the work put out the bill for 3, 5 hours! saying that this is the recommended time for this work! delirium full! people worked for less than two hours, and they ask for payment for 3.5 hours. Anyone who wants to order their service needs to negotiate the amount in advance! what they do not want to do! Terrible work from the office staff! I do not recommend it!

My dad and I were on our way to Florida when we had a steer tire blow out on the highway of our motor home . Thanks to Billy and Shackleford In Ringgold GA., we safely made it off the busy highway. Billy did an awesome job at making us feel at ease while he worked on replacing the tire and trying to straighten out our bent rim. Unfortunately the rim would not hold so we were welcomed to stay at the tire yard overnight while they worked hard to find a new one. While there Tabitha , Billy and Bill continued to make us feel at home and welcome. We would highly recommend Shackleford Enterprises. Thank you!

On May 11, 2020 my wife and I were on a road trip leaving Savannah, GA and headed for the northwest. At one point early in the trip I noticed a leaning in our van. I stopped at a truck stop but they could not help me. We drove up I-75 hoping for what would be an appropriate auto shop. I saw the Shackleford shop from the Interstate and immediately jumped off. I met Mark the owner and one of his mechanics, Scott. After ascessing the problem and discussing the remedy, Scott began the tedious process of correcting the problem. As it turned out it was a misaligned overload spring. Scott removed the tire and proceeded to use his skills to correct the problem. This was a very professional shop and the entire staff was courteous and efficient. Mark is a big bundle of teddy bear and seems to get things done by enlisting his staff's skills. Scott is a man of few words but he is proficient at his craft. On a scale of 1 to 10 it was most certainly a 10.Thanks Guys,Mike Patterson

Frost time I used this company it was a decent enough experience. So when my truck broke down I called them again. They came out found my truck to be empty. Told me they would put 40 gallons of fuel in it. Also told that was the minimum amount of fuel I could buy. After fueling up tech told me the price I paid and went on my way. It was two days later that they call me to tell me I did not pay them enough. They admitted that they were at fault for only charging me for 4 gallons and now I owe them an additional $195. It took two days as well to even get a invoice of the job. Of Co when they send me an invoice it is saying I owe more. This is literally highway robbery. Tell someone one price is owed get paid and a signature agreeing to that amount and putting your signature on a invoice 2 days later saying you owe more. And make it out to be my fault that I must pay for. It is shameful you would treat return costumers this way!!!!

I broke down over the holidays and took my truck in to get it repaired but they wasn't able to get the part for a few days. Billy tried a couple of things that possibly could have worked and they didn't charge me after a couple hours of labor. Not only was Billy a stand up guy but Woody and Joe where also awesome. What an outstanding company. Thanks to the owner for giving me a break. We need more people in the world like you guys. I will most definitely be back to the shop even if I don't have to get any work done just to say hi and purchase lunch. Thanks again for being such great people.
