This Is The Worst Car Dealership!! I Bought A Dodge Avenger 2008 & They Light Off On Dashboard , Throttle Body is messed up , the starter Not Working , They Heat Or Ac Never worked after they said it did && I HAVENT EVEN HAD THIS CAR FOR A FULL 30 days !! Y all Pls Don t Buy From Here !! it s a waste of time && MONEY !!!

I bought my vehicle 2.5 months ago. I gave them $4K down and financed the rest through a finance company. After I bought it the rear camera doesn't work and the navigation doesn't work. It was advertised as having all the features. I let them know and they didn't do anything to fix it. I was also told it had good tires and brakes and that this vehicle would last me a long time. I just had to replace both the tires and the brakes. Right after that the engine blew. I left them a message to see if there was something they could do to help me out and they completely ignored me and never called back. Now I still owe $10K and have an unusable vehicle. It will cost me another $7K to install a new engine. Buyer beware.

Great folks!, and very easy to work with. In under an hour I had a new (to me), Mazda MPV at a great price I could afford. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good used vehicle. They are extremely honest and helpful!

Sorry guys but I got to tell the truth. Of the 4-5 cars we drove only one was worth buying. It was about 2k over priced and they wouldn t come down. We went to another dealer and found a great car that drove good and looked great for 4500 so we bought it. I do have to say they were very nice and treated us nice.

Drove from Cleveland Tn and purchased a Chevrolet Equinox from this dealership. We were told that the tires had approx 30,000 miles on them and the brakes were new. Found out once home with vehicle tires were not good and only rear brakes changed. Drove this vehicle approximately one month and the engine blew. Called the dealership (in tears) several times but owner Scott was conveniently never there. Left several messages and never received a call back. I know this is a As Is No Warranty, but I feel a good business would want their customers satisfied. I paid almost 8k for a vehicle that will now need another 6k-7k to repair. This vehicle is not worth 15k. I regret ever stepping foot on this property. Buyer beware!!!

Don t do business with them. Picked out a truck. Sent me to get a loan, no communication, told me I didn t have to put money down to save it. Waited to hear back so called and they told me they d do everything they can to get me in the truck and wait few more days. Just to have sold the truck out from under me that same day. Bad part is they did it to family and I needed a vehicle.Bunch of shady people and liars.

Please Think twice before buying at this place bought a car for 7 g saying they wasn t no issues mechanically and after purchasing it after 20 minutes on the highway it overheats they couldn t give me a solution, so please don t buy from them they sell bad car

Scott was great! My daughter bought a nice little Chevrolet Cruz it was her very first car and he had everything ready for her had all the paperwork done all we had to do was sign on the dotted line and handover the check he had the car washed and ready to go it was a great easy smooth best car buying experience I have ever had. They did a fabulous job I would recommend them to anybody.

Drove down to Ringgold Auto Outlet from Crossville TN for a 2016 Mazda that they had advertised. The car was just as advertised, if not better. The staff were very helpful. When I went to test drive the car, it only had 8 miles left on the gas tank. They used a gas tank to put some fuel in it and made sure it'd be good to go. I bought the car, and they were very quick and efficient with all the paperwork. Would definitely go back for future car purchases. Thanks guys!

I just bought my Optima from this dealership. It was a fast super easy experience the owner and his wife were so so sweet even with technical difficulties they made everything happen for me and were absolutely the nicest people I've done business with. They have great cars for great prices so if you're in the market check here first!!!

Great buying experience. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Pricing on the cars and your trade in will be fair, the buying process is easy, and I left with a great deal on my new (used) car. I will go back here again because of the excellent customer service and high quality vehicles.

My husband just purchased a vehicle from this place. The Craigslist ad photos were taken in the perfect lighting to NOT show all the messed up interior (major door scratches, torn driver seat, etc.) We were advised that it was in great condition however we show up and they tell us the trunk doesn't latch and the passenger door handle doesn't work so you have to open it from the inside. We advised that we were going to be driving TWO hours to pick up this vehicle so I believe any professional business person would let us know the minor issues wrong with it instead of saying its perfect. Luckily the engine is good and strong and only the cosmetic stuff needs to be fixed.

Scott Schmidt sold my wife a "reliable " vehicle. A 2003 ford explorer. Had an OD light flashing. Was told it was nothing. Within 3 days it was at the transmission shop. Was told by shop that there was metal shavings in transmission. The transmission has been totally rebuilt. Supposed to be 4 wheel drive but was told that the gears for 4 wheel drive had been removed. 2 wheel drive only now. Rear gasket had to be replaced and now heater coil pack has to be replaced. So much for a reliable transportation. He took her money and when I tried to contact him he refused my calls but had no problem calling my wife cussing her and threatening to sue her for slander. Truth hurts. Now I'm blocked by him on all of his contact sites. Be for warned if you buy from him,

HORRIBLE!!! Bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze for $3,400 and didn t have it 24 hours and the heads blew!!! ToldMe nothing was wrong with it knowing I had 2 kids and come to find out he put stop leak in it! Called and told Him what happened he said not my problem im telling everyone I know DO NOT GO HERE!!!! And rude service

Worst experience ever. Made a GOOD down payment. The vehicle we wanted ended up having an oil pump that didn't work at all and was on back order for a year. He put us in another vehicle 'for the same price'. In 4 months we paid him $5000, and when we asked for the payoff he left ALL financing charges on and wanted another $5000 for a 2006 Ford Explorer that they had bandaged up. So then when this COVID hit and we got behind $350 (1 month payment) they came and got my vehicle. What comes around goes around. Don't trust them.

I saw a great looking f-150 on the website. Checked out all the pictures and drove 1 hour to possibly buy the truck. Upon arrival I checked out the vehicle and saw that the front windshield was cracked all the way across the front. This was not on the description on the website. Guys, don't bait us in to look at your vehicles without telling us something this important. That just isn't fair.

A 1 star rating is too good of a rating!My daughter bought a 2010 Equinox in May 2021. Her car has been in a shop TEN TIMES since the very FIRST DAY that she drove it off the lot!!!Trust us, there is a reason they have you to sign a "AS IS" paper!!!

Scott and Scarlett whom own the business are fantastic! The service was phenomenal, and after spending forever without a car, i now own an awesome Mazda Tribute! I love love love it!! I definitely recommend Ringgold Auto Outlet to anyone who needs an affordable car, SUV, or truck!

I would definitely recommend Ringgold Auto Outlet extremely fair prices excellent service very easy to work with and will do their best to get you what you want. Recommended that we go to Southeast Financial to see about getting a loan Southeast is also really excellent service. Would definitely go back to Ringgold Auto Outlet if I need another vehicle. Don't waste your money. Bought a vehicle with one light on. Probably should have had that checked out before I bought. My bad on that issue. Now it's having more issues.Work done and I only drove it 2 days.Transmission rebuilt 2300Radiator replaced another 600Switch that controls the brake lights 28Cost of vehicle 2200Total cost of the piece of garbage they sold me5128Vehicle is only worth 4000 by Kelly blue book value.

I absolutely love this place .. not only did I just buy my second vehicle today but my family loves this place also . Not one problem have we had in 3 years buying from here. They make you feel like family unlike other car lots that just want you money.. good people I will never buy from another place they have my business for life thanks Schmit Family love you guys!!!!

We went to court back in March with this business,got awarded our money back per the judge.Seven months later &still haven't recieved the money owed.I think thats ample amount of time to be reimbursed! So another $91 for a garnishment against this business, hopefully it'll get the ball rolling this time, if not we'll take further action. Very bad for business if you take someone's money, don't present a car for it, go to court, &still don't give the money back. Just a heads up for honest hardworking people that want to be treated with dignity&such,avoid Ringgold Auto Outlet at all cost.
