At first, I took my car somewhere else. I took my car to have the wheels balanced and rotated. When they were finished it was worse than when I started. It was driving rough. I looked and found a nail in my front tire. I don't know how they missed the nail. I looked around and found Greased Light'n website and it looked good. I took it to Mike and when he was finished balancing, rotating and repairing the nail hole, it's driving awesome. He really fixed my issue and did the best balancing the tires better than anybody ever has in my life. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

While passing through N. GA on I75, I had a blowout. Called there spoke with Mike and he was able to get me in his shop immediately for all 4 tires. Because g shoutout to Marvin, tire tech., who noted a bad bearing and advised me where I could get parts to fix myself.Awesome place and great customer service.

Fantastic service, everyone was so friendly and helpful!My car was in and out within a day, which I'm not used to.. but which I definitely appreciate! My issue was less extensive than other things, which could have been wrong, but at other shops, it would have taken at least a day to diagnose and then maybe a few more to repair. The name speaks for itself. These guys are FAST, and their work is solid!If you have an issue with your car, definitely give them a chance to fix her up for you. I'll be bringing mine there in the future, I appreciate them so much!

Went to get oil changed and service and had to wait 3 1/2 hours because they didn t have an oil filter and had to call a dealer in Chattanooga to deliver one and only wanted to give a $10 discount for the 3 1/2 wait.What kind of service is that ?I have used Greased Light n for years but after this kind of service, will not be back.Obviously they don t appreciate my business !!!!Service: Oil change

Got home to an oil leak in my garage floor where they forgot to tighten the filter. Went back and they made it right but now have stained floor

I have been using them for years when I moved here. My mom had recommended them and I have learned that they are very trustworthy and very reasonably priced! I really don't know of anywhere else to go where I would trust anyone to do my vehicles. They are always really friendly and try to work with you on scheduling, too. My vehicle repairs have always been great with no issues after. And I have been doing oil changes and tires with them and couldn't be happier.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Our car broke down on a Friday night. We got up early Saturday and the garage associated with this place fixed our car and had us on the road in less than 2 hours. The owner even drove us to breakfast while we waited. Excellent service and we made new friends in the bargain! Highly recommend Greased Light n in Ringgold, Ga. Alvin and his crew are the best!

I feel comfortable enough to just drop my car off or have it towed there and know that before they actually repair my ride he will call me just to verify the repairs and cost beforehand. I appreciate business ethics that leave you feeling like it was your choice and not something you got swindled into.

Made a terrible car situation into a blessing.Wonderful staff who was thorough and truly made sure I was taken care of. Tom promptly answered all my phone calls, and Brooke, the receptionist, personally gave me a ride to a nearby coffee shop off the clock where I could safely wait for a ride. They didn't even charge me for things I would've paid hundreds for at a dealership service center. Would recommend to anyone.Safe, honest company.

I love these guys. Always quality work at great prices. Oil changes are the cheapest around (really in the country, I do a lot of traveling) and don't sacrifice quality either. I really hate when I'm traveling and have no choice but to go elsewhere. I don't trust other places anymore after bad experiences but I always trust these guys and have never had a single bad experience in a decade of going there and in different cars too.. I'm usually in and out in 15min for oil change.

I've been getting my oil changed at Greased Lighning for 3 years, great employees. They raised the price of my oil change by 15.00. It went from 50.00 to 75.00. Crazy increase !!!!

Had 4 new tires put but 30 dollars a wheel 120.00 a little pricey but the 4 wheel alignment was fair 89.00 they did great job!!

The people at Grace lightning is always friendly and courteous and they know how to get the job done that's why I give them a five star and I would tell everybody to go to Greece lightning to get their oil changed or even their car worked on they all do a good job

Gave this place 5 stars once upon a time. Since Bug left, apparently the mechanics aren't vetted and they just have anybody working on cars they can get. Brought my sons car to be completely services from a 5 year sit....all fluids, EVERYTHING changed and new.The same 5 year old 1/2 tank of gas was still in the tank. Told them we couldn't drive it woth the old gas, the dude responds, "i wouldn't either we didn't know we were supposed to change that."This tells me they gave the car an oil change, and that was it...drained none of the other fluids in the car. im no mechanic, but was raised by one. Beyond idiotic. Will never go back. They lost a loyal customer of 5 years.John Arden.

Always take care of you when you get there.Had a screw in a tire and Discount Tire said I'd have to wait 3 hours for a plug.Go to Greased Light'n and it's plugged and paid for in 10 minutes.Terrific people.

Will never come back here again. I was on my way home and my car overheated. I was alone and just wanted to get home. I pulled in to the parking lot and shut the motor off. I was crying and had my head in my hands. Y'all were open. Not one of you came out to help. I sat an additional minute and drove off. Thank God I made it home. No thanks to you clowns.

Greased Light'n has been my auto shop since I moved here four years ago.The technicians are compident, courteous,and caring. They top my oil and fluids off for free .These guys are the best pit crew in North Georgia.

Last time I was there having my oil changed, I ask the guy 3 times to check my tire air pressure! He assured me that he did! My low pressure light was on! I looked at my tires a week later and my left front tire was low! I had someone fill it up and the light went off! I have been going there for years, I will never go back!

We were literally stranded, my car shutdown while we were driving through on I75 to my Father s funeral this weekend! Tom and Mike were our angels on earth! They were professional and quick! We can t thank them enough! Highly recommended!

Our tires almost blew out on the interstate. Stopped in, got brand new tires & battery, in and out in about 45 minutes. Fast, friendly service.

We were traveling through the area when our car began streaming. We were in and out quickly, with good work done, and a reasonable cost. Also, after returning home and misplacing the receipt, staff faxed me a cop of my receipt. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

They were fast and went above and beyond what I had expected. They even noticed a tire was low then checked them all and topped off the air. I was very pleased and I will go to Greased Light'n again for all of their services.

Came in for a simple tire patch, and they kept helping the higher paying customers that came in after me.When they finally got to me, they just took the tire in question off so I couldn't leave and began working on a completely different car.Won't be a repeat customer.
