Mack called me to let me know he was on his way, gave him info on what was going on and he asked if there was anything else. I joked and asked for a soda. He brought me one. I went to pay him for it and he wouldn't take the money. He check everything that he could to get me rolling but the repair required shop time and couldn't be done on the side of the road. A+ Mack thank you!!

If I could give negative stars I would!! As a business owner myself, I am utterly disappointed in this company/service. On Saturday morning September 9th, I called this company for lift gate assistance. I was told within 1-1.5 hours I would have that assistance. The dispatch provided the tech with the wrong address, so what should have not exceed a 1.5 hours wait, exceeded well over 2 hours. That should have been a red flag but I decided to proceed anyway. Although the tech was very nice, he was EXTREMELY inexperienced. They clearly dispatch anyone because this company was well aware of the issue and knew exactly what I needed assistance with. This tech knew absolutely NOTHING about lift-gates whatsoever. He couldn't even assist me latch the lift gate to keep it from dragging on the ground. I had to execute that myself. All he did, was literally hook up a volt meter and said it s reading low voltage . When he reached out to his dispatch, he specifically communicated a total time of 20 minutes to his dispatch. However, they still saw it fit to bill me over $500.00. Over $500.00 for him to literally do NOTHING!! I called another company who was able to diagnose my issue and repair it immediately. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR HARD EARNED MONEY ON FAST FLEET ROADSIDE SERVICE. They will not help nor properly diagnose you but will charge an exorbitant amount of money anyway.

Told the mechanic and the dispatch my problem and asked if they could fix it and they guaranteed me that they could fix it when mechanic came out mechanic didn't do anything try to charge me $800 and did not fix anything on my truck. They're not out to fix anything they're just out to drain you out of money. The was getting high in his truck. While his computer was doing the diagnostic. 3 hours later they try to charge me $800 and say that they couldn't do anything about the fixing my. Bunch of liars

I had an incredible experience with Fast Fleet. My driver got stuck on the side of the road in Dalton, Georgia and we were in a bind. Thankfully, we found Fast Fleet who helped us get back on the road quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

Stay away, what they did was so dumb and scam, technician came in and tells me his device is not compatible with my truck. I have 2017 KW. Technician left and came back after 30 mins, demanding payment. He stayed next to my truck for 3 hours until I paid, it was funny. Just stay away, dispatchers they full of S&(*^%, begs for job and cant get it done. Anyways, thats my experience. Bye

I recently had a great experience with Fast Fleet, and I can confidently say that they are the best roadside assistance company I've ever worked with. In the past, I've had some not so great experiences with other companies, but Fast Fleet completely changed my perception of what a roadside assistance experience should be. If you have a breakdown I recommend giving this company a call.

My driver had a breakdown on the interstate in Georgia and Fast Fleet came to my aid. The technician was friendly, professional, and got my truck running again in no time. I highly recommend Fast Fleet for all your mobile truck repair needs

This company is a scam! They quoted $410 for a repair. The mechanic came and after checking my truck he left to get a tool (supposedly). Came back and then said he needed another tool that was at his house. Came back, tried to fix the problem & could not. (This was about 5hrs, one hour working on the truck). Called the dispatcher to find out the price and miraculously it s now over $600. They wanted over $600 and my truck still had to go in the shop (with a bigger issue because the mechanic messed it up more). After we settled on a lower price, the dispatcher Mike, threatened us because we did not answer his calls (after 9pm on a Sunday). Wheww, anyway, I m reporting this company to BBB and I encourage you to do so too. Do not use them for truck repair!!!!!

Fast Fleet's dispatch team was incredibly responsive and easy to work with when we needed DOT inspections for our trailers. They were able to schedule the inspections quickly and at a time that was convenient for us. We highly recommend their services to anyone in need of DOT inspections or other fleet management services.

Diagnosed an injector and high pressure fuel pump issue for me on the side of I-20 at 2 AM. Even though you can t work on a high pressure fuel system on the interstate, the tech was able to quickly get the diagnosis so that I could get towed to a shop.

I had two blowouts, and the lug nuts were too rusted to come off. My dispatcher called 3 repair companies before contacting Justin at Fast Fleet. He arrived it only took him 45 minutes to get the job done! I'm so appreciative for the great service.

Now I see why the reviews are based off of what they are. After all my invoice was broken down, I asked whomever I spoke to on the phone. What was the shop supply fee since I was already charged for the supplies needed to repair my truck. The person I talked to told me it was because if the driver needs to clean up or clean himself that's what I'm paying for. So how was charged for something that didn't happen. After he told me that it was clear that they don't care about repeat business. I had to give an update so there's no misinformation. The call out rate isn't an issue the shop service fees was only mentioned after I called about the invoice. No other shop ever charges to clean their hands you can make whatever excuse you like.

I've been on the road for over 20 years and I've seen my fair share of road service, but I have to say, this one takes the cake...or should I say, the doughnut! The team at this road service not only got my truck back on I-75 in Atlanta in record time, but they also treated me to a freshly brewed, hot doughnut while they worked. Talk about a sweet deal!The cherry on top, was when they also went the extra mile and fixed my CB radio, which was not working properly, now I can listen to the trucker jokes again. To sum it all up, this road service not only delivers on speedy and efficient repairs, but also on customer service and a good sense of humor. I'll definitely be back for more doughnuts...and tire repairs, of course.

You have said that your visit charges are $ 410, but after the visit you charged $ 130 extra for diagnosed, but you diagnosed nothing & fixed nothing due to lack of experience.Then I had to go to another mechanic which charged me more money.

Justin Beith was amazing! Quick, thorough, and kind. Took care of my brake adjustment in minutes and I was good to go. If you're in Georgia or Tennessee and you have a roadside issue, these are the guys to call!

I just wanna thank Dalton Ray from fast fleet for being a very great technician for coming to my rescue on my freightliner to solve a problem that happened the night before which had nothing to do with him. But he fixed that problem also. Thank you fast fleet for having a concern employee. He was very nice and respectful I will recommend y all devices to all my friends thanks to him.

My company paid for services twice. The first night the technician stated it was CECU unit. He was at the site for 20min over $300+ dollars later.... nothing fixed he instructed us to buy the CECU unit we did. Keep in mind the past cost $1200 he arrived back and guess what his diagnosis was incorrect. The part didn't work but we had to pay him $300+ for nothing. Only to have the truck towed to the shop and find out it was a relay switch. That he should have been able to diagnosis easy. Please stay away. They are a rip off and they will still your money almost $800 dollars letter I know for a fact they are out to beat you out of your money if you are in need of truck repair services. Beware Beware Beware

My technician Shawn was amazing. It didn't take long for him to have my tire changed and have me on my way. He was a kind person and very professional. Would recommend 1000% thank you Shawn

Horrible service. Had a air leak. Technician came out for 30min. Said I had a air leak in front of truck needed to take to shop. It was a brake chamber that needed to be replaced. 405$ I was charged. For nothing. Had to pay another mechanic to change out brake chamber.

I had a break down from fuel loss, I called a local mobile mechanic from a friend's referral but he came out and didn't know what he was doing. I had to call the best and Fleet Service is where it is. The service rep came out and got it done in no time. Very thankful and very grateful

They where pretty fast in the Getting me back rolling in the Metro Atl area. On the side of road on 285. Justin airline broke and he was able to fix that issue quick and get my tire up and running perfectly.

This company company will come look at your equipment do a diagnostic for $500. Never trash service.
